Dr. Chan not only demonstrated herself to be highly knowledgeable, but expressed herself in a manner which was soothing and sensitive-- very holistically oriented. I felt she really cared about me as an individual. I decided to get braces... at 56! While she put me at ease, offering sound advice and reassurance, she also worked closely and communicated effectively with my regular dentist. Dr. John Cross made a mouth guard for me to help with my teeth grinding issue at night. I was having pain in my jaw during the day, while chewing, and a clicking noise.
