Eh about sums it up. It is definitely mediocre airport food, and, sadly, there does not seem to be too much better in PHL...

Are you annoyed and fatigued by being forced to eat unhealthy options because you travel? I sure…read moream! Saladworks at PHL helps me avoid such and can do the same for you too. They offer about ten different made to order salads. The salads range in calories with the majority at about 300 before adding dressing. The ingredients are standard such as lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and are fresh, being brought in daily. My favorite is the Bentley and my husband loves the cobb. Salads come with a choice of white or wheat roll which is also very tasty. The staff are friendly and move the line along quickly. Their menu can be found online and they do not increase the prices just because you are at the airport! About the Corporate Company: The franchise Saladworks is best known for serving made-to-order entrée salads. The restaurant also offers other items such as wraps, sandwiches, and soups. There are over 100 restaurants across the US with the majority located in this area because the chain is headquartered in Conshohocken. In addition to the US, the chain can be found in Canada, Dubai and Singapore.

I had to stand there waiting for (and staring at) my completely ready-to-go salad because the guy in front of me was waiting for his sandwich. That didn't make sense. Just let me pay! You're in an airport so you really need to be efficiently organized for hangry/rushed travelers! My salad was fine, but they dumped way too much dressing on it. I also didn't have much time to eat it, since they decided to start boarding not long after they handed out the vouchers. Glad I didn't pay, since that was one pricey salad. It used up most of my voucher! Ah, well. I'd pass on this place in the future, but it wasn't a terrible meal.

I personally love Ruby Tuesdays! The food you see in my pics was about $20 in total (via deals mentioned later). Unbeatable in this economy! The garden bar is always amazing. Sometimes the croutons run low (understandable being the highlight of any good salad haha) but most things get refilled consistently. Tastes fresh and never gets boring! Ok so you gotta join the free email rewards. They always have good deals throughout the week. $7 burger meals are hard to beat. Add on the garden bar for another $7, which has some pastas, potato salad, protein, and fruit, on top of your typical salad options. It's nice taking the onions, tomoatos, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and putting it in the entree (like a burger). It truly elevates the meal. If you have extras you can take it to go to really get your moneys worth I almost knocked it down a star for the restroom being not the cleanest, the stall door being wonky/not locking but hey I really can't complain with the value we're getting here, it's easily overlookable. One other thing to note was it looked like our server was the bartender (a bit understaffed) which added maybe a 10-15 min wait in total, not a problem especially given you can start out with the garden bar pretty much as soon as you're seated. The atmosphere is pretty chill and cozy. Not loud (no loud music or anything despite having a bar), nice dim/calm setting to relax and enjoy a nice meal. And plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

No complaints on service. But I'd go hungry before eating here again…read more The food was stale, overcooked and dry. Quality was as low as low can be. The one bright side, is that I survived the next day without having food poisoning. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

The cauliflower is cooked so well... it has a nice bite to it without being a raw crunch. I've also tried all of the other seasonal plates over the summer and early fall. Sweetgreen always adds several new feature items to its array of options each season. We get to experience items like mozzarella balls, heirloom tomatoes, maple glazed brussel sprouts, jammy tomatoes, and more all for a reasonable price. The salads and bowls are all well thought out combinations, but I like to mix it up a little bit by adding my favorites and subtracting other items. The beautiful thing is the total transparency of the price right on the app. As you build your salad or bowl, your final price is updated continuously. The app is great! My favorite meat protein is the roasted chicken. It is done REALLY WELL. Like... they deserve a prize of some kind for the chicken... at least for the Sweetgreen on 18th and Chestnut. I'm not as fond of the salmon or the garlic steak, but your mileage may vary. You might really like them. Every veggie is always super fresh. And service is always with a smile. Whoever is hiring the current crew is doing a great job because the food is always prepared really well and the servers are always really nice. Thank you, Sweetgreen, for your continued excellence!

The grainy and grassy are not flavors or components I desire in a meal especially as the star. My fiancée was craving Sweetgreen so I saught out the item that I "could" enjoy most. Hot honey chicken bowl. Remove the sweet potatoes, swap the quinoa for a rice, and give me somethings that would provide different compliment for this bowl and it'd be a rockstar. For now, its fine. It's manageable but not cravable. It's an oddity on a menu that isn't tailored to my taste buds. So for that, its a win - not an amazing one but a serviceable one.
