Ate all over Philly but the frog has some of the most delicious food and for an affordable price. I would even go to say it's in the top 10 Philly-wide restaurant. They have 6 different food lines: pizza, sandwich, sushi, salad, composed, and grill. My go-to is the composed where they allow the customer to pick what they would like to eat from a variety of delicious and fresh-made plates. The veggies are soo good with the brussel sprouts and mushrooms my top two favorite. Be also on the lookout for the limited seasonal items the serve through out the year. Service staff are friendly and depending on how well you dress, may even get the urban discount. Military discount also available. Always a bunch of tables, indoors or outdoors to sit at. If you haven't given this place a try, you should absolutely do so!

Went back for another visit. I did the sushi line this time. While it took longer to get thru compared to the compost line, it was really cool that the rolls are made on demand. There was a numerous amount of options when it came to sushi rolls. It was an average sushi roll. Probably a bit better than the rolls at Giant grocery store.

This place is dope. When my coworker said cafeteria I was expecting far less. It's beautiful inside & has lovely outdoor areas. Being in the hub of the Anthropologie/Free People/Urban Outfitters HQ is kind of funny, but no complaints if it means this cool spot is here. Food court is yummy, just gets really busy. Price for the wrap felt a little steep in my opinion, but the value for the "throw together" pre-made various foods was really good. Don't know how to describe it, but all the platters of veggies that you can add to your tray. Mhm tasty!

Was here on business and went here for lunch. Beautiful reuse of a facility at the Navy Yard. Stopped for lunch the four of us liked it. Personally had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of steak and cheese. Pepperoni not bad but not a game changer. The steak whole different story, fantastic crust and toppings...great slice! Would go here again to try the other options

URBN cafe Bldg 543, Philly Navy Shipyard. This place looks a lot different from 32 yrs ago when I did an active duty here. I love the shipyard. You can walk practically right up to the JFK aircraft carrier. The most decorated war ship ever. The Cheesesteak was very tasty. The roll was a very good roll. It came with (cold) french fries. The CS could have been much better. I may have had sandwich envy. The huge bowl of Brussels Sprouts at the salad section looked better than my CS. Other than my CS and the fact that I don't fit in with hipsters, the place is amazing!!

This "full service cafeteria-style restaurant with delicious and healthy lunch options, conveniently located in the heart of The Navy Yard" is inside one of the Urban Outfitters headquarters buildings (Building 543), but is open to the public. Because I've been going here for lunch no less than four days a week for the past three weeks, I thought I'd give it some love. This is definitely not your typical cafeteria, though (is anything that UO ever does ever typical? no). There are six stations (grill, sandwhich, salad, pizza, etc. etc.) that have some fixed items that are there every day that are delish (my default: turkey gouda sandwhich - is grilled and has sundried tomato pesto on it. YUM!), and then they have specials that change every day. The menu is inventive and creative. I have definitely enjoyed trying the things that they've got. And everything is made to order! It's a tad pricey (~$8 for a sandwhich), but not too terrible. And you may have to wait a short while if you hit the lunch rush. And once you get your food, you can sit outside - it's right on the water! (Navy Yard, duh) But I'd say it's worth the trip to the yard. Fo sho.

Composed Dishes - have a little bit of everything. Pay by weight

Ask the Community - Urban Shop 543

Apparently, they are only open to Urban employees, and not the general public. When will you be open to the rest of us?

I saw a sign on the door that said open to the public today. I am from the public too.

I'm not sure that most Philadelphians realize there's a fully serviced restaurant at the bottom tip of the Navy Yard on URBN's corporate campus.

We sat at the bar, and the super friendly staff made us feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. We started with the buffalo chicken flatbread, which had a nice crispy bottom and just enough celery for a satisfying crunch. They also had a special burger on the menu with a salty pretzel bun that was really good and definitely a mouthful. The chicken sandwich was big too, and they didn't skimp on the fries or crispy chips. The drinks were great, and with the happy hour deal, the bill felt very reasonable. We're so glad this spot is near home, and we're already looking forward to the next visit.

If a person wants one with cheese, they just need to order the The Pennsport Burger. This makes it fair for us lactose intolerant people, because we are not having to pay $16 for a burger that has cheese we cannot eat. Instead, we order a classic burger for $13 and it is quite good! Most places in philly have tried to get me to pay for the burger with cheese price and they become angry when I say "No thank you, I will not pay for cheese that I'm not going to eat, so I will refrain from ordering". Then I walk out. Some of them offer to refrain from adding the cheese, but they still want me to pay for the cheese. Outrageous. Anyhow, Moonshine has a new fan because they are not unethical. They serve you fresh waster (Drinks to order include Hanks, Boylan's, Harney and Sons, Teas etc.) and will serve you at the table or you can walk up and order at the counter. Their menu has a great mix of deli, steak, "chicken" steak, meatball, sausage and cutlet sandwiches with interesting flavor combos. You can also get breakfast (till 11AM) or a salad. They also have sides that include - tots, fried pickle chips, onion rings, fries, fried mozzarella and Zayda's pickle spears, chips and cherry pepper shooters. They have a couple of vegan options and GF rolls for extra $$. The staff was more than happy to give recommendations and their favs. My first lunch was The Eye - $15 Ribeye steak, Cooper Sharp American, fried onions came on a seeded Liscio's roll. If you enjoy the somewhat newer Cooper sharp style that's out there you'll like theirs. The Cooper sharp was gooey, mixed in well with the meat and on the heavier side. The ribeye was thin cut, delicious and the portion was pretty hefty. Second visit I went with - The Nad - $15 Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, Mike's Hot Honey that came on an unseeded Liscio's roll. The portion size was good, chicken was fresh with good breading, the hot honey was a tad on the heavy side, but the flavors all came together pretty good on this one. Sweet, salty, light bitterness from the arugula and some heat from the hot honey. I added Thin Cut Idaho fries to make it a combo for $3 extra and I have to say they were delicious. They smelled like McD's and tasted similar. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site. You can use a card if you order online. The one bathroom they have was pretty clean and organized. I will certainly stop back for a visit if I'm in the area to try out more of their menu. Thanks guys!
