    Tofu Rice Bowl

Amazing - water tastes of cucumber thus making it really refreshing!!! Without the need for corporate overdosing of water soluble vitamins (and let's not forget preservatives that increase our chances for chronic health issues). Food needs to ordered at a touchscreen kiosk! And paid. The service is done by the team bringing the items freshly prepared to the table. Order came within 10 minutes. Okay. I have to tell you that the drinks had that freshness that I expect from a Vietnamese fusion. The coffee had the kick I needed and the coolness for the day!!! The veggie cheesesteak had the tofu that was lightly but uniformly marinated and the pickled onions and cheese in the dry but not tough Vietnamese bread!!! What a treat!!! The bowl was filling as it was fresh and the spicy was fulfilling for me!!! The meat dishes were as flavorful as we expected!!!! All in all - great experience in a wonderfully lit and bright modern environment - what a great ambience.

Cute grab and go breakfast place near the liberty bell area. Great for grab and go. It's ready in about 10 minutes, but you can also eat in. Lox with avacado and capers, very good.

Their menu has lots of quick bites and beverages - think salads, wraps, paninis, and breakfast sandwiches too. Quite a big selection of choices for each with some interesting combinations and classics. Got the havana cubano panini and it was delicious. Good ingredients, meat, and the bread was grilled just right to melt the cheese nicely. Very tasty mustard and jalapeño completed the deal. There are some tables inside and out front, seems like a relaxed spot to read/work or just get breakfast / lunch. Thanks

A short walk from the hotel I was staying at, I placed an online order for pickup. I took the scenic route walking over but my order was ready when I walked in which was perfect. Quoted 20 minutes and I showed up in 15. Opted for the Eggceptional breakfast sammie and I was impressed that the sandwich was a good size (pictures are always hard to tell). Flavor was solid and the chipotle ketchup added a subtle kick. I'm always happy when a place has matcha and went outside my standard latte and went with the strawberry version with oat milk. Good balance and not too sweet, even with the purée. Would definitely order from here again when I'm in town.

Hands down the best tuna wrap I have had. Tuna to veggies are balanced into the wrap with a generous portion of sauce inside. Awesome!

Their sandwich menu is so extensive and everything looks so good that you will need more than a few minutes to decide what to get. We ended up just getting the spicy chicken sandwich which was oh so delicious! Fresh, quality ingredients and the chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Lots of seating.

I only ordered Dash from here 2x in row the Eggspanola was good but not amazing wish had more sauce and sort of wish did the Eggiesaurus instead with pork sausage. The Spicy Chicken Salad Panini had light heat but wish I had more sauce for this also, chicken I thought would be cold but came lukewarm with travel was good , the honey suckle latte and crème Caramel Brulee Latte both are good but pricey at $7.50 today was $9 for added expresso shot lol. Yesterdays clam chowder was decent and I think of what I've had so far the chicken Caesar wrap was the best thing but good looking menu and with have to try again some other week lol liked the tortilla chips that came with the wrap easily worth trying

Whoa This was a surprise. Been working in the Old City area for a couple months and decided to find a sandwich shop. I found Cafe Square One less than two blocks away. I ordered through Yelp and my food was ready when I arrived. The shop has some simple but clean seating so I decided to eat there. I may have startled some patrons with my sounds of delight over this sandwich. Damn it was amazingly tasty and delicious! Lots of meat and just the right amount of spice on the hot Italian panini. I may never bring lunch to work again!

    Sunrise Sammies

I stopped by Cafe Square One for breakfast and it was a cute little place for a solo meal with small tables. To order, you must use the self checkout tablets and your order will be called out when it is ready. The drinks come out first and then the food order. I ordered the breakfast Sunrise Sammie with a lavender latte. The sandwich came out hot and it was very filling. I enjoyed the latte and felt the taste of lavender was prominent in the drink.

While Christmas shopping I was looking for a place that was quick, a good selection and some seating to recharge and eat! This cafe fits the bill, perfectly. Order at the kiosk and grab a seat in one of the tables. Ordered Spicy Philly Panini which lived up to the billing. Quite a bite of heat with this sandwich of spicy chicken, bacon, avocado and cheese. A big meal for $11. The chicken shawarma wrap is fresh and flavorful. Great cappuccino and cafe Americano. For a quick bite that is quality, you are here!

Very well could have been the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The food was amazing, but the decided is also super delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Food came out fast and was great. Totally recommend eating here. The chori crunch was spicy in a good way. Thank you.

They recommended Nick's, one of their local spots. Glad they did! The space is nothing fancy, but it was nice to have a table by the window to people watch as we enjoyed beer and eats together. The music was good, but at a level we could have a great conversation. The roast beef sandwich on a Kaiser roll was tasty, although I'm more used to it on a hoagie or slightly shorter sub roll. That being said, my reco would be like we did - go for the superb (wow!) smoked, dry rub wings and onion rings with Sriracha aioli. (Note - The light, large rings used a Tempura batter.) Both items were totally awesome! If you're in Olde City, definitely should consider stopping by Nick's friendly bar & grille.

We arrived with a party of 7 and no reservation but were seated quickly with no hassle. The bartender appeared to be doubling as the server but took great care of us. The menu and draft beer list aren't extensive but what Nicks does they do well. There were enough selections to accommodate everyone, including a vegetarian member of our party. My waffle fries were to die for. Nicks is a great spot for a solid meal in the heart of Old City Philadelphia.

And I will say it was a little better than I remember last time. I got the works with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and provolone. On this one the beef was a little better than last time. The roll is a little too soft for my tastes. It doesn't hold up as well as others. But it was solid. It's still not in my top 10 in the city. But it will go on my more recommended list.

Campos is a small strip fast food dine in that appears to be well kept in and out. unfamiliar with the social popular attraction this restaurant gets.. but i chose to eat here as it was closest to us after visiting the adventure aquarium (great aquarium i recommend it) so that we could try authentic philly cheesesteak but sadly i was slightly disappointed and here s why: before i give my opinion i'd like to state i got a the italian cheesesteak rather get a simple cheesesteak and that's my mistake there but after noticing no prices were marked on the menus i already felt off about it. in total my gf and i each got 1 sandwich and a fountain drink bringing the total up to 49 dollars.. i didn't have time to react but seeing the prices set my expectations high. i was expecting to be blown away by being served the messiest cheesesteak i'd ever eaten so gooey and greasy it'd take years off my life but when we unrolled our sandwiches i was immediately let down. sandwiches didnt look appetizing and the italian cheesesteak tasted like i was eating one large cooked broccoli. there were peppers in my sandwich that had a whole lot of heat which i enjoy in a good sandwich but the heat came with no flavor and was too intense for me to taste and enjoy even the overwhelming broccoli flavor from the sandwich. i will say the sharp provolone was delicious when i could taste it but sadly that's all i take from my sandwich. my gf got the cheesesteak hoagie and says the flavor was good and enjoyed her sandwich but feels the price is ridiculous for the quality and i sadly have to agree. if i'm going to spend more than i would at applebees.. yes.. applebees.. for food that wasn't as good as applebees then i expect to be blown away. staff was average they weren't rude no complaints there. the store is air conditioned and well kept considering the very limited seating due to high traffic with pictures and painting on the walls with some historic look-backs to its earlier years. Overall i won't base my entire opinion on philly cheesesteaks from this review. i've heard from locals and family that you want to find the food trucks that serve cheesesteak as they have what i'm looking for. will i come back here? no. -update: the owner posted a comment to my review saying i should get out more then began to compare prices to other places that might just have better food i've never received this type of feedback but this is also my lowest rating so far so i'm i guess i'm not too surprised.

It's possible the bagels weren't fresh when we visited (Tuesday morning). I ordered a cereal latte and a mango smoothie. The coffee was fine but not something I'd order again, while the smoothie was really good and something I would recommend. While dining in, the overall presentation felt more like a cafeteria experience than a sit-down café. We were given plastic to-go utensil sets, plastic cups, plastic straws, and our food was served on a baking sheet. The overwhelming use of plastic felt underwhelming for dining in and didn't align with the price point, especially when the average coffee + bagel total exceeds $15. Service: The staff was friendly overall, but not very mindful of professional behavior while working. While the atmosphere is meant to be relaxed, one barista was sitting on the countertops and taking personal calls on speaker, which felt off-putting as a customer. Ambiance: It's a nice open space with great natural lighting and plenty of seating. Overall, it's a good place to work, hang out, and get caffeinated.
