I personally love Ruby Tuesdays! Although I don't find it to be as strong in the flavor department as Denny's or Crackerbarrel, they win the in the value department by far so I end up going more often. The food you see in my pics was about $20 in total (via deals mentioned later). Unbeatable in this economy! The garden bar is always amazing. Sometimes the croutons run low (understandable being the highlight of any good salad haha) but most things get refilled consistently. Tastes fresh and never gets boring! Ok so you gotta join the free email rewards. They always have good deals throughout the week. $7 burger meals are hard to beat. Add on the garden bar for another $7, which has some pastas, potato salad, protein, and fruit, on top of your typical salad options. It's nice taking the onions, tomoatos, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and putting it in the entree (like a burger). It truly elevates the meal. If you have extras you can take it to go to really get your moneys worth I almost knocked it down a star for the restroom being not the cleanest, the stall door being wonky/not locking but hey I really can't complain with the value we're getting here, it's easily overlookable. One other thing to note was it looked like our server was the bartender (a bit understaffed) which added maybe a 10-15 min wait in total, not a problem especially given you can start out with the garden bar pretty much as soon as you're seated. The atmosphere is pretty chill and cozy. Not loud (no loud music or anything despite having a bar), nice dim/calm setting to relax and enjoy a nice meal. And plenty of parking. summary: Abominable service, did not receive half of what was ordered, and the food we did receive was tasteless and not what we bought. I ordered two items, loaded baked potato and sandwich. We did not receive the baked potato we ordered, matter of factly we got nothing but potato skin with more gloopy hard burnt cheese than potato. It was late at night, and I was severely looking upon this very potato, I had waited for so long to receive. This was an appalling disappointment. If you think it ends at low quality service, and grisly food (that we did not even order...) you are grossly mistaken. The sandwich was soggy, and absolutely tasteless, if anything it was like licking on a salt block like a poor mountain goat. One of the best parts about food isn't just the chewing sensation, but the flavor sensation as well. The way each seasoning used dances upon the tastebuds as well as the way each ingredient grinds in-between my teeth is something I deeply look forward to for a meal. Came here to eat because it was the only place to eat in the area because we were waiting for a flight out. I ordered the ribeye w mash and mushrooms. It was so hard, horribly cooked. The mushrooms were unrecognizable. Baked potato tasted like cardboard. The mac and cheese didnt taste like cheese at all. My husband got the chicken broccoli pasta and it looked like he enjoyed it. My son got the chicken tenders w fries and also looked like he enjoyed it. Our waitress was super kind and she isnt in control of how my food was cooked. Horrible meal but the vibes were still nice. Ok the only redeeming quality was this place had good service. The hostess and waitress were excellent. The restaurant was nasty. The bathroom was nastier and no soap to wash your hands. My coconut shrimp were well done but at least that should have killed any disease in them. The salad bar was trashed. They were out of most salad dressing and the salad bar was in severe need of cleaning and restocking. Had there been another option close by other than doing without I would opt for that. This place was the only restraunt that was not in a hotel within walking distance. This place is a food desert, especially with as many hotels are right there. You can usually depend on Ruby Tuesday to have a solid salad bar. This one was very minimal and not well stocked. I tried it but it just wasn't great. I ordered an unsweet iced tea. It tasted like that tea you get from a fountain but the server assured me it was brewed in house, anyway I sent it back. I had the fish for dinner. Catfish should flake apart with a fork. this required a knife. It wasn't the fish it was the batter. It was really bad. Once I finally finished, I asked for a check 3 times. The lady kept telling me she had to get a machine. When I paid, she said the machine would not print a receipt and she would have to get it from the bar. I was there more than 30 minutes longer than needed just trying to pay and get a receipt. This is exactly the experience that is causing financial trouble for Ruby Tuesday throughout the country. read more

We stopped in with a group of 5 during a weekday. The space was nearly empty and we were seated quickly. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip. This was very watery with little taste and the chips were stale and covered with a seasoning that I might expect on nachos. I would not get this again and would not recommend. Mark and I are staying at the adjacent Hilton Embassy Suites hotel for a financial crimes conference for my job. This small stretch of hotels next to the airport is a food dead zone. Ruby Tuesday's and a WaWa gas station are the only dining options other than the mediocre dining options inside the strip of budget hotels. The restaurant is an easy walk from five budget hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient and our server Shaun was friendly and efficient. The menu is a bit large and overwhelming. We ordered the appetizer trio with loaded potato skins, chicken tenders and fried stuffed mushrooms- it tasted decent but was clearly all frozen products that had been fried or convection cooked. Mark ordered the triple patty smashed burger with fries and he found it to be hot and delicious. I ordered the hickory bourbon salmon entree with the side of grilled zucchini and rice pilaf- it was decent but a little bland and in need of more seasonings. We enjoyed dirty martinis and the Monday night discounted wine by the glass specials. For dessert we split the carrot cake and it was delicious. The dining area is spacious and clean and features an all you can eat salad bar that is a throwback to the 80s. Overall we enjoyed our dinner here and it's a decent value for the money in an area that lacks dining options. read more

Came here while staying across the street at the Marriott. The venue accommodated our party of 11. Most of us had been here before so we knew what to get. I got the spinach and artichoke dip and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. They were both good, the Caesar salad comes with brown croutons. This place is completely outdated and dirty. Extremely small bar area. There were next to no patrons...for a reason. Bartender did her best. Not sure why she was waiting tables when there was wait staff there in an empty dining room. Food was extremely bad. Soggy undercooked fries. Chewy buns. Overcooked meat. Absolutely no pride in ownership here. You have 6 hotels within walking distance so the traffic is there. Ordered a Jim Beam on the rocks. Been drinking that for years. It wasn't Jim Beam. My guess, because of flavor and color, this was watered down in the bottle. Bartender was great but she can only do so much. Owner should sell to someone willing to put time and money in. Horrible representation for Ruby Tuesdays. If you're in the area and want food, go to Stingers Waterfront. 12 minutes away and 10x better, not exaggerating. I went here with my girlfriend and her mother, sweetest waitress, not the best food. The mashed potatoes looked and tasted instant, the salad bar mirror was all dirty and smudged up, and when i went to the bathroom i saw mold behind the sink. Got to be the worst Ruby Tuesday I've ever been to. Very poor food, Even worse service. Ordered a couple burgers and fry's with sodas. Got food pretty fast and I see why. Luke warm fry's that were sitting under a light, soggy and just gross. Also ketchup bottle empty. My burger was just warm and bland, missing sauce or mayo. Other burger was just ok at least it had temperature. Also Luke warm soggy fry's. I don't understand the point of keeping fry's under a light. Fresh is always better. I stayed at hotel next to restaurant went in for dinner got seated and waited for over 30 minutes to get service then the waitress decided to have an attitude when I asked what took so long. Her response was well I thought someone else was helping you. I said no you saw me here you waited on two tables getting there food removing their food then getting them desert and still could not even get so much as a water. Then when the lady does help it is with resistance or attitude. Horrible place and I have NEVER left a review regardless of how bad the service. Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was less than great. We ordered two steaks - one medium and one medium well. Both came out extremely overcooked. The three stars is for the bar tender ONLY. I believe his name is Sean. He is an African American male with long dreads. His service was speedy and the drinks were delicious. Service was terrible. I walked over from my hotel at 11:15 after getting into Philly on a late flight from Houston. Nobody greeted me. A female manager was seated 35 feet away folding napkins. She knew I was there, but did nothing. After waiting for three or four minutes, I approached her and asked her if I should just seat myself. She seated me and said she'd sent most of her crew home. Two other diners observed this and commented on the poor service. Then things got better. A young waiter greeted me at my table and took my order. He brought me my drink and my food came out ten minutes later. I had the deconsructed kabobs. The food was was tasty, but it was kind of a small portion. My expectations weren't very high considering all these reviews. However, if I had to starve or eat at this establishment again, I'd starve. There are many factors that made me decide to steer nearly every single person considering going to this establishment far, far away. Cleanliness: I don't think there are enough staff members to keep this place clean. It's apparent that they're overwhelmed by the patrons that decided to visit this establishment. It needs a thorough power washing and bleaching, as well as an overhaul on the tables and seats. 1/5 stars. The reason they get 1 star, my table wasn't wobbly. Service: Unfortunately, I don't think our server was ever properly trained. We continuously had other peoples food coming to our table, we had our food going to other tables--our drinks took well over 20 minutes to arrive, and they weren't anything extravagant. Orders weren't correct and the wait was excruciatingly long. If we didn't opt to get the salad bar, we would have sat waiting for our food for 48 minutes. Again, nothing too difficult was ordered. 0/5 stars...I could have done a better job with no training and provided our table with better service than we received. Food: I'm not quite sure how I managed to eat half of my burger or how my friend managed to eat what we called mysterymeattacodillas. The other item ordered was the Triple Play, and the shrimp that came with it tasted as if it was bought from the grocery store frozen section, ribs were dry and didn't even look edible. The salad bar held us over, but it was not refreshed, bowls were bare from the time we arrived until the time we left. Half of our items were under heat lamps for at least 5 minutes. Again, not expecting much, but this really was a terrible experience. 1/5 stars, because our French fries were fresh. It's pretty hard to mess French fries up though... It took over 20 minutes to be able to pay our bill. Our server didn't have any idea how to reconcile our checks and repeatedly told us a manager was coming to assist. No manager ever showed up, and we pretty much had to figure out their "cash register" device ourselves and just sort it out.
