I will give the actual manager of the Batavia store credit, because he was very nice and…read moreunderstanding. however country max customer service in total, epic fail and I will never give them my business again. we bought a bearded dragon around Christmas time. the lizard was thriving. probably about a week ago we order a batch of crickets. since you can order them in bulk. we got notification they were in. picked them up. gave them to our lizard. noticed he started acting odd. then went out for the day. came home and noticed he has unfortunately passed. i am blaming the crickets because it just so happened, sadly my mother in laws skink died. within the same day as our lizard. the only thing I'm coming, was the crickets. so called the corporate number. Someone said they would get back to me. They definitely got back to me. At first the conversation was going well and then all of sudden the corporate manager that deals with the reptiles of country max decided to pretty much say we do not know how to take care of our lizard. Said how it couldn't be the crickets. Well she definitely heard the change in my voice. She rudely began to say how I barely know you so I can't excuse of anything. I said how I don't appreciate you speaking to me that way and I would like more than just a refund of crickets. She said I guess I can work something out. Maybe half off a new lizard but this isn't the time to buy a lizard. I said at this point with how you're treating me I would appreciate just a full refund of everything so I can take my business else ware. At this point she wants nothing to do with conversation anymore and tells me best wishes. at this point I call back corporate and ask for the bigger boss. The problem lies within the communication of the office team, those responsible for posting payments and the owner himself. Several years ago, we had an issue where we were blatantly accused of not paying our invoice once the job was completed. My husband had handed the employee himself an envelope with payment IN FULL in cash. Lesson learned that we should have asked for a receipt, but we didn't anticipate our cash payment not getting posted by the accounting staff. I posted about our dissatisfaction on social media and the owner DMd me and apologized and asked for the negative post to be removed and for us to give Bubba's a second try the following spring. The following spring we did just that and it took an act of congress to get return calls, quotes etc. But again, they did a great job, so hats off to the landscapers! Last year, we decided to forego it all together and this year we decided our yard needed some TLC. Again, we call Bubba's beginning on 5/1/2019. Twenty-two days later, still no call returned. The man in the office had told my husband the owner would be calling back to confirm they'd be returning to do work the same days as our neighbor... NADA!!! I found another landscaper via Instagram, or rather they found me and I relayed our story. They offered to come over today. Today, we look out the window to see our neighbor's yard about two houses down full of Bubba's landscapers. I approached the 2 workers at their trucks and told them what had happened in the past. One was very nice, the other....not so friendly and told me my preface to asking for a business card with the correct phone numbers on it was unproductive and if I didn't mind moving along, he was changing his clothes! They handed me one card with the name Kevin on it, then switched to another with the owners on it and said that's most likely the reason no one was calling, we should have been calling the owner's, number. Within the hour, the owner called my husband. The irony. I will leave the details of their exchange out, but it's very safe to say that based on the staff behind the scenes and what it takes to actually get it touch with someone for a quote, or get any of your phone calls returned, we would NOT recommend Bubba's Landscape. It's very unfortunate as the guys that work the hardest on site are incredible and work magic at what they do!

My husband called them and they told him that they had a couple people not show up. I understand that these things happen and it would not have been a big deal if they had called us and communicated that. On top of that, when my husband called they told him that they wanted to come back out to look at the property because they thought the estimate was too low. Not my problem if your employee did our estimate incorrectly. I no longer trust Preston's. We cancelled our tree removal.

I rented a rolloff from Dumpsters.com (Tucson location) on 8/31/20 based on their 'reasonable'…read morerates. By the way I contacted corporate as well as the local Tucson office and neither would provide me their physical Tucson address. Things went well until six weeks after I contracted them out for a 15 yard rolloff rental. I soon found their business practice is to send out weight overages on the rentals 6-8 weeks after the fact. As a customer you have absolutely no recourse but to pay the penalty for the overage. It is why the business is able to offer low rental rates. And then when you contact them for their physical address all they will tell you is their corporate office is in Cleveland, OH. It's a shady way of doing business (bordering on unethical). As the saying goes, "buyer beware." I for one would never recommend doing business with Dumpsters.com unless you like surprise bills/fees after the fact.

They have a decent selection, you take a sled and saw and cut down the tree you want. They trim it, drill it, shake it, and wrap it up for you. They even tie it to your roof for you. Prices are definitely lower than most other tree farms.
