We ordered the grilled chicken, beef ćevapi, and the cucumber yogurt dip. Everything was freshly prepared in the open kitchen, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The portions were generous and offered excellent value for the price. The standout dish was the grilled chicken. We had the flattened chicken breast, and it was exceptionally juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled--a definite must-order. If they ever add grilled dark meat to the menu, I think it would be even better. As it stands, this is an easy 5-star dish. Interestingly, the flavor reminded us of Nando's flame-grilled chicken, but we actually enjoyed this even more. The beef ćevapi was also freshly made with a great texture and was enjoyable. Personally, I found it a little under-seasoned, but that's likely because I prefer bolder, saltier, and spicier flavors. That's purely a matter of personal taste, and next time I'll probably bring along my favorite hot sauce or spices. The quality of the meat itself was excellent. The cucumber yogurt dip deserves a special mention. It tasted like it was made in-house, with a wonderfully fresh texture and the pleasantly tangy, sour notes that are difficult to find in most store-bought yogurt. This last visit, I bought a gyulai $16, Cseresz kolbasz $8, and a container of prune and apricot jam, $4.75 each. It's difficult to find Hungarian products in Northern New Jersey let alone at reasonable prices and at this quality level. I must add that their apricot jam has the right texture, no added sugar however the sweetness of the fruit remains. I love it.
