This is my neighborhood location and I prefer coming here versus the mall locations which tend to be busier. They always have a row of sanitizers to use, they are always helpful and I have a really positive experience every time I come here. I'm beyond pissed! I've been calling for at least 2 weeks every few days trying to find the Jack-o-lantern pocketbac holders. I understand that they cannot hold them because they're so popular, but I've been calling to save myself the trip of driving to the store if they absolutely don't have them. After work today, I called the Birdcage store first because it is closest to me, then I called this store. I asked the associate who answered if they had any Jack-o-Lantern pocketbac holders in stock yet. The associate paused then said, actually yes! OMG! Great! I confirmed they couldn't hold them for me and then I said I'd be right there. I called them at 5:06 PM today. I walked in at about 5:21PM, I flew there as fast as I could and I went straight for the pocketbac holders. And I couldn't find any jack-o-lanterns. I asked the assistant manager Chantelle at the door if she knew where they were, and she was confused as to why I was even looking. I explained to her that I had just called and someone said they were in stock. She went around asking the girls working if any of them answered the phone, and no one would admit to answering the phone. I'm fuming mad now. So I confirmed the phone number with her and I dialed it and heard their phone ring. So again, she went around to the girls working and still, no one would admit to giving me wrong information and wasting my time. You have a coward and liar working at this location who is giving false information to customers. I suggest checking the security camera footage to see who answered the phone September 9, 2020 at 5:06PM. Of course the phone center for complaints closes at 5PM, but I will be calling them tomorrow. And in case you're wondering, I called back the Birdcage store and confirmed that I had just called there and that they did not have the jack-o-lantern pocketbac holders in stock, and I must have gotten the same associate because she said yeah, I think you did just call us and no we don't have any in stock. I called in case by chance I was mixing my stores up, even though I was positive I hadn't. read more

Today I had excellent customer service with Mary and I want to say Shannon but I can not remember but it started with an S and she was working around 445 tonight. There was only 2 women at the registrar and I loved both of them. And honestly I don't even know if Mary is the right name I came in for a Christmas smelling candle and left with your Christmas penguin. These women where top notch in knowing what was in stock and how I could get better deals. Great sales team. I found a fantastic laptop tote bag and some honeysuckle scented slow tanning lotion. Grand total came to less than $5. I've always been curious as to how all these chains stay in business! Rude customer service. It is apparent that the workers here are racist being the fact that as soon as they saw me and my Asian family walk in they didn't greet us at all. Instead the worker in the front said "put hand sanitizer on." very rudely. YET, a white family right behind us was greeted as soon as possible and weren't asked to sanitize. I understand we are amongst a huge pandemic, and my family and I have no problem being sanitary but the way we were treated was ridiculous. While walking around the store for products, we were followed by the workers. As soon as we checked out they didn't ask if we had any rewards nor asked for our email. Popped in BBW after shopping at Ross just to make a return, and ended ok shopping...I blame Chrissie and Sara! Sara greeted me when I arrived to the store and asked what I was shopping for. We made small talk and I shared how I am so in love with the (new) Gingham scent, having also loved the original line that was released in the 90's (BBW...Bring back Heartland!). I explained I was there to make a return, and Sara began to talk about some of the new collections that were just released (big mistake!). I picked my smell goods and hurried to the cash register (running late for an appointment), and Chrissie helped me. We laughed and chatted and talked about some of the old collections in anticipation of the biannual sale coming up this month. Excellent customer service and friendliness. This store is somewhat out of my way (only visited because it was close to Ross), but I'll certainly be back due to the kindness and service I experienced. read more

Yesterday I went into this particular store with my girlfriend to purchase some of our products. The greeting from one of the sales associates was very pleasant she gave us hand sanitizer and gave us a bag instead of a basket to put our products in which was very nice. And we proceeded to shop in the store. My girlfriend ended up with her favorite products. ($75.00 purchase) And i got some of my favorite products as well. I am a fan of the Japanese cherry blossom. And I had probably about 65 or $75 worth of product in my bag now the Japanese cherry blossom soap there is only three of them left in all three of these soaps had the sticker try me on it they were all brand new completely closed I myself said there's no way that all three of these are samples so I put them all in my bag figuring that they will sell it to me anyway well low and behold the sales associate says it's against our policy to sell a try me Product I'm like okay do you have any more in the back know this is it and ask her to sell it to me they would not sell it to me and I guarantee you if I talk to the GM of that store or the regional manager of that store they would have sold it to me I voice my concerns on the way out and talk to the store manager and told her exactly why I didn't buy anything and I walked out of the store is because they wouldn't sell me that's so that had to try me sticker on it. She should have done her due diligence and said sir let me take care of you and let's get you your products that you would like plain and simple. So they lost a sale because of sticker on a bottle of soap. Poor customer service read more

Years and years shopping at Bath and Body works and I have NEVER had terrible customer service until today. As soon as I stepped foot in the store picked up one item the rudest girl, ASHLEIGH said are you ready to check out? I barely started to shop; I needed to stock up on hand soaps, room sprays, hand lotion and wallflowers. I asked for a bag she said we don't have any. Her demeanor was so rude it was hard to ignore. I felt like leaving but decided to check out, she didn't ring my transaction up correctly (splitting cash and credit card) but instead she said it didn't go through run my card again I said it did go through she realized she did it wrong and didn't put the cash first. So she needed to call a manager for assistance and told the manager I pulled my card out too soon totally LIED and she was talking over me when I tried to explain. I finally could t take it anymore and told her how rude she is she should just stop talking. That didn't stop her she just kept talking over me! I asked to cancel my order and for my cash and coupons back, she said I ripped them up can't give them back! ITS OUR POILICY. I've never had such negative customer service in my entire life! * Side note- the other employees were busy talking to each other instead of helping customers. I'm putting 1 Star because the girl named Andy/Andee is rude. I overheard that she's a manager--too bad because she's disrespectful and condescending. Directions should be given to all employees because as a customer when I am told one thing by the girl at the front door and another by you--you would assume that she would be polite about it and try and reconcile the issue. Instead she was rude. Not just to me--but several other customers as well. You actually list a customer or two because they were upset with how you treated people. When this was brought up she continued to say "I'm sorry you feel that way, but....and I'm sorry you feel that way, but..." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The gal said yeah your not the first to mention it because the formula has been changed. The gal then directed me to another perfume which I thought smelled like a teenie bopper stripper. She was very patient with me by having me try about 6 or 7 fragrances and ta da I found one 'Be Enchanted' I got the buy two get one free deal. Got the lotion, shower gel n perfume. I'm so happy with my purchase n service the gal was so friendly n very accepting with my bluntness when it came to my opinion. I wasn't rude but I wasn't going to hold back what I thought cause come on its my money n my body who is going to smell like this I need to love love love it. I walked in and staff helped me find a scent I was looking for and then gave me space to continue looking around. I love this store. I've been here serval times. Perfectly nice location with tons of parking. The strip mall itself is old and still has stores hanging on--it's a great location so I really wish they'd fill some of the empty store fronts. The store is clean... the associates are lazy when it comes to customer service. I don't like to carry credit cards on me if I don't think I'll be using them. I stopped by this location because it was close and I received an email informing me on the 3 dollar wallflower bulb sale. I figured I'd stop by and they could look up my angels card number seeing as how every other location has done this for me in the past. I come up to the register with 8 bulbs, 2 car scent portables, a hand cream, and as few other items $$$$$! Unfortunately this girl was not wanting to call. She kept saying that only Victoria's Secret could do that (lie! BBW has done this for me many times) this is a slow store so you'd think they want to keep business. Guess not!
