Customer service is excellent. Store is fully stocked with plenty of product featuring staple items and scents, along with seasonal selections. They even have items that are relevant to current social trends like Disney princesses and Mandalorian. Summer scents are great. Men's selection has a great stream-lined look, and simple in its presentation. It is a bit pricey though, especially for the type of store. My only gripe is having the rewards app. Not only to the points expired, but they expire very quickly. I spent quite a bit in May for a large purchase had over 400 points and come back in June and the points are completely wiped out because I didn't use them within a certain number of days that's a little much for the amount of money that you're spending. So unless you shopped several times a month, it's not really worth it to have the app. I don't even get coupons in the mail or emails with it. That's kind of disappointing, especially since I just made another purchase for over $100. We purchase items not only for body and bath care but also for our laundry. So, I took her word only to find out later that she was wrong. I only wanted the single wick candle, not the three wick candle. Came here today, thinking I could redeem my Birthday reward I thought wrong,apparently you have to buy something along with it in order to use your Birthday reward,What? When did they start doing that? It used to be fun going there and getting a little something, but not Now. Everything is skyrocketing in price now every time I go in there, in the early 00's, it was so much Fun because they had reasonable deals, but not no I missed when they had 2 candles for 20$. Don't go here! If they're having the semiannual sale, You would think more than one person would work the cash register. There was only two people ahead of us and we waited 20 minutes, and the person in front of us had 60 hand sanitizers and we were asking if we can use a machine to pay for card so it can be quick because my friend is on her lunch break. This location is always super welcoming! The staff are constantly smiling and always look so jolly, not to mention they're always super helpful in terms of knowing the sales and where everything is. Today I walk inside and instantly ask if they had a clearance section for 3 wick candles and the associate guided me with such ease. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Love that they are super straight to the point. The other employees were also helpful as they were super knowledgeable with the prices. The store is also always super clean and tidy. The employees don't mind you sniffing candles etc. and they always have testers for new products. Love the atmosphere here. Positivity all around! read more

I shopped here over the weekend for body lotion and home fragrance wallflower refills. It appears this is the first go to shop at the Cerritos Mall because there was a line already upon my arrival. I waited 20 minutes in line just to enter the store. Due to covid guidelines, there is a low volume of shoppers allowed at a time in the store. The store clerks do a good job at greeting us customers while we wait in line & hand out shopping bags. Once inside, there was plenty of clerks available to assist with my purchases. As usual, they didn't have stock of the creme scents that I wanted:( So I settled for something else. No issues with the line to pay & using my rewards gift. read more

This is a review based off the customer service at the front register. I am annoyed. As I was being checked out for my products, I was told that my screenshot coupon wasn't valid to use in the store. Which is fine, I understand. But I DONT APPRECIATE the snooty and snobby attitude at the register. The cashier STEPHANIE and another male worker literally made comments underneath their breaths as if I didn't hear them. Horrible customer service. I literally should have returned all the items I had just bought. Management you need to retrain these employees on their customer service and tell them to keep their shit talking to themselves and NOT to do it in front of their customer who is literally paying. This location has a pretty good selection of products, compared to what they lacked in the past. I love the fact that when you walk in the store you are greeted by a friendly face and they offer to assist you. I was pretty much in and out within about five minutes. The only thing that was a turn off was the cashier. She said hello to me but she continuously was chatting with the girls on the other register and it was not about the work. This is a decent Bath & Body Works. Although I only really go here during the holiday season. I spend no time browsing and I typically just get a pre-made gift package that's ready to give. I may wash my hands in the sink just to prep myself up for lunch or dinner afterwards. It's my last opportunity to use kick-ass soap rather than the standard stuff you find in public restrooms. You can spot the husbands getting their wives something because they're about as lost as I am and they have one or two pre-packaged things in their hands as they stand in line. The major setback are the long lines here. I'm sure it's like this with all other Bath & Body Works, but for some reason, despite there being like four or five registers open, lines that extend from each register in the back all the way to the entrance of the store exist during the Christmas shopping season. I literally waited 45 minutes yesterday in line holding onto my pre-made gift until I got to the front of the line. I don't get what everyone's deal is. I just go up, get my item scanned, swipe a card, sign and get the receipt in the bag. That's it. I don't change my mind halfway through that I need or not need something else. I also don't fiddle with finding exact change or pay in cash for that matter. I also don't buy half the store. This location can really do something to fix the long lines that happen each Christmas. Perhaps have more hired help. Perhaps have another couple of registers towards the entrance so that people don't have to back track and swim through a sea of people to get back out. I felt like Moses parting the Red Sea after I finished paying for my item, making my way back out to the mall. This location, and most others either need to have less sales or reconfigure their set up so that people line up and leave rather than line up and get lost in a crowd. They did initiate a cool thing this year by which people who were paying credit card had a person take their card and swipe them from where they were standing, so as to help thin out the line a bit. That's actually how I was processed last night. If only that had come by sooner, it would have been a greater help. read more

Oh gawd.... I LOVE cerritos mall and I LOVE BBW!!! It's a wonderful combo. Super helpful employees and lots of things that my little girl can touch (without being reprimanded). It's a store made in heaven for me. I usually don't shop unless I have a coupon or there's a big sale going on, but I stop by every time I am in the mall just to browse because I enjoy being in here. It can be a little tight in here some times, when there's a lot of other people shopping too, but other than that - it's enjoyable! read more

I went in on Saturday evening with very little time to buy a gift. There was a young lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) there who was very helpful. She showed me some great options and how they offered gift wrapping. Then there was Joshua at the register. He was so awesome. He took the time to take off all of the price tags and placed the gift receipt in the gift bag and even added tissue paper. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. I frequent Bath & Body Works at other locations, but this was the first time I have ever felt taken care of. Most stores greet you and offer help. This store goes above and beyond that. Some of the staff are very helpful and did a pretty good job at social distancing but why offer customer to smell their new scent? That mean they have to either pull down their mask if they cant smell it through their mask. I told them I wont be able to smell it so it's okay. The girl said I can pull down my mask. Ohhh noo.. that's not good. That's a chance you can breath in the viruses. That's not safe. I really like this store but hope you guys stop offering pple to smell your new products. Also please dont let pple bring food into the store cuz I saw pple bring food and drink in the store and eat it while walkng around with their mask down. I had to just walk out and leave.... For at least two years, I've smelled like Japanese cherry blossom because my cousin's girlfriend would give me a box of the body wash and bubble bath for Christmas. I don't usually have problems with lines here but I only buy hand sanitizer on sale. I have the shimmer body lotion which would be great in the summer when you look shiny anyway. It just so happened to be what my husband was looking for!! We like the aromatherapy lotions for stress. They smell AMAZING!!! We went in, and got what we needed, and headed out. No lines.
