Review#1099~(Inland Empire, CA)~ Can't be a more convenient location than this branch existing here at 'The Shops at Dos Lagos,' Corona, CA. I was in and out of here fast because the weather dropped down colder fast. Luckily, i located an extremely convenient parking space right in front of this store location today on 02/15/2025. I just recently bought a ton of their 'Emily in Paris,' Edition of lip glosses from another Inland Empire branch, so i wasn't looking for anything specific here this time. Nevertheless, This 'Bath & Body Works,' Corona, CA., branch was another very organized store to shop and browse or just to have fun trying on scents. I always enjoy trying on new scents of hand soaps they would be selling. Well, who doesn't need hand soaps or mini sized hand sanitizers? My phone was acting up again already, so this was just a quick trip checking out their sales and trying on various scents having fun inside. I will be back on a longer trip next time i'll be in town which should be soon. read more

Came in for their winter sale and this store is nicely stocked with their specials and regular items. As all Bath & Body Works shops, they all smell so good, and this shop also smelled nice. Though at my last visit, I walked in, and a blonde lady clerk with her hair up was at the entrance. I walked around the display table, but not once did she acknowledged or greeted me, but she spoke to everyone else. Like girl...*everyone* is a customer! But at the register, there was another sweet blonde lady that was so pleasant to have a small chat with and just very friendly. I honestly think they should put their friendlier clerks at the front entrance and they'll do much better. There's parking outside the store, though it may be limited and you may have to park a few stores down. read more

Staff is friendly and helpful. Even if you're there for just a free item. I feel valued and welcomed and staff is highly knowledgeable of where stuff is and what is out of season. This is for all well all except the one in the Tyler Galleria but maybe they deserve a second chance. read more

Love coming here and trying the new scents. I like how their samples are labeld "try me" so that you know customers don't open other packages. My favorite scents are still their Japanese Cherry Blossom and Dressed in White. Sometimes if I want to smell sweet like dessert I put on their Strawberry Pound Cake and Whipped Coconut Milkshake. HAHAHA. My original go to scent was Freesia but that was back in the good old college days. Anyways, this store is relatively clean and well organized. The employees are so kind and helpful, glad there's a bath and body works at the Corona Crossings. Took advantage of the buy 3 get 3 promotion (which should be used with higher priced items to get the most discount) and went crazy with my favorite sent, Turquoise waters!!! I want to feel like I'm being teleported to a place where the waters are turquoise! Hope this scent doesn't get discounted. I bought the twin sea turtle car air freshener holder and loooove how it looks in my car. I want to thank the two employees that helped me find items today, they were really pleasant. read more

Located off the 15 freeway and Corona, Bath and Body works, this is a really good one, really nice area to, every time when I shop this store, the workers are friendly and helpful, the customer service has been so good, the selection has been SPOT ON ALSO. The displays and marketing here are really good also. Kudos to the workers who work there. I really like BBW I have had some good experience shopping here, although its about a 20 minute drive give or take, Worth it we usually go on weekends. I visit this store often and today was a wow experience, the girl Jamie who was to greet at front door was so busy texting and talking about her weed pills. I shopped the store for about 30 min and approached her about 15 min in asking about a certain candle. I apparently interrupted her texting for she didn't even walk me over to show me where to locate them. As soon as I walked away back to texting. Just shocked. When I checked out I told the cashier about my experience, I hope this is addressed it's a terrible face and greeter to represent your company. read more

Great store with nice employees. I only have one complaint. This store removed the spray cologne fragrances and replaced them with to a body spray version that " suck donkeys buttholes" (keeping it "G" rated) The flour-carbons scent and cloud fills the bathroom and is nauseating to my wife and I. It's horrible. Respectfully asking to remove this product from your men's line and bring back the spray cologne fragrances. Very weird vibe here, and I have only been here twice in ANY store The first time, sometime last year, "Jamie" seemed pissed off and dismissive that I asked about a discontinued scent. My grandmother had loved it. Shrug. Still spent 200. The next time, (last week) I was dressed down on my day off. Supremely uncomfortable to be there. I walked in knowing what I wanted but I ordered 1400 in party favors from somewhere else (similar but with better quality) online. Spraying something on a card that I have ALREADY SAID I AM ALLERGIC TO does not make me happy. I had to leave. I'm sure this is not the usual experience, but I don't know. Today was their first day opening. Arrived shortly after the store opened, and waited in line for approximately 45 minutes before I got in. Employees monitoring the line were friendly, greeting us and offering water and disposable face masks. One thing that kind of irked me was seeing a customer in line ask if masks were required (employee said no) and shortly after I see the customer leave the line...then about 15 minutes later I see the same customer leave the store with bags of merchandise!!! Prior to entering, the employees have you take a paper bag(s) to place your items in and also offer hand sanitizer to sanitize your hands. There are blue tape markings outside the store for physical distancing. Employee said the number of people in the store at one time is supposed to be 26. I was able to purchase everything I needed. Hand soaps are limited to 12. Don't think about filling your bag with items & walk out of the store! Employees staple the bags shut with your receipt attached. read more

my mom and i came on a saturday afternoon at about 1pm and we had a very pleasant experience! we were greeted by all of the employees, they told us about the candles on sale and they asked if we were looking for anything in particular. excellent customer service and it seemed like all of the employees were having a nice time working there. the vibes in the store that the employees were giving off were really great! we were asked a few times if we were still doing okay after roaming around for quite a while. they have a good selection of everything and they had everything we were looking for! really great location and really great customer service! read more

A woman by the name of Karen was extraordinary rude and condescending. She would whisper personal insults under her breath as she was taking to me (this hurt my feeling and put my mental health in a scary place) this will take me a while with the help of my therapist to get past . I just don't want this woman to to do this to anybody else that goes to this store in the future. The store itself is very nice but the employee Karen is dangerously rude and should be avoided. This location and its employees have a love/hate relationship with their customers. I come pretty often since it is in my area and boy have I seen better days. The location itself is pretty well stocked and always is clean. Sometimes you'll get a pleasant customer service experience other days you'll get these evil eyes looking up and down at you. Try not to bring your children around this location because they will tell them to stop sampling things and it's for "adults". Yeah okay, so rude. Children wash their hands too... I brought in a candle for an exchange because it did not burn completely and they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" policy. I brought this in picked out another candle for the swap and asked him to do an exchange. He simply replied with "you used the candle it looks like you burned half of it". ....NO SH!T that's why I am exchanging it because these candles are $22 and burning them to the bottom should be the goal. Not only did he question me he rolled his eyes and scoffed. Again, I come here often and this is incident one. Second, I was accused of stealing because I took a photo of a Chapstick (which was also a tester might I add) to read the ingredients because I have a sensitivity to heavy product which causes me to break out. This review has nothing to do with Melissa and Virginia, they were actually helpful and did as much to prevent annoyance in the store. The other two working today can not stop giggling to themselves and pretending to work, in example one only got on the register when she thought she was getting a big sale- the other walked around the entirety of the store with one candle in her hand. I speak as someone who takes leadership and teamwork seriously- even if they were a higher up member the energy they showed was appalling that they were not working with the team. And no I am not being a karen, but there's a reason the ambiance of the store was off, and if I were the two mentioned by name, I wouldn't work there with the others. They seem like the type of girls who do nothing on a group project yet expect a high performance grade. read more

I'd been looking for a certain wallflower plugin for a bit and was actually very happy that they had 1 left when I came into the store. A nice lady found it for me, didn't catch her name. However, upon checking out, the cashier seemed annoyed when I said I had a coupon in my email. Then another employee chimed in saying "we don't have any coupons circulating right now." I replied with, "well I have one in my email so...", like did they think I was lying? It just took me a second to pull it up because I don't have the "app" on my phone, and of course the email redirects u to the website where u have to login and it takes forever. I kindly stepped aside and told the cashier she could ring the guest behind me. I usually always have my coupons ready beforehand; I work in retail so I know how annoying guests can be making you wait for them. I thought the coupon code was just in my email so I could pull it up quickly. But once I had it ready for the cashier, she said something along the lines of "oh you DO have a coupon, for signing up". Yeah? So? It was just an unpleasant experience. It seemed as if I was bothering them and considering how badly the Dos Lagos center does, I'd expect better customer service since most of the buildings in the center are vacant. My mother has been shopping at this location for years so I was upset that they weren't very friendly to me. read more

This store has the absolute WORST customer service! I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up an online order. Never again! Save yourself the time and aggravation and just ship to your house. (There were only 5 people ahead of me in the online pick up line and it still took this long). Also the lady behind me said she had an item cancelled of her online order and wanted to go in the store to pick another item. The lady who worked there said she'd have to stand in a separate line to go inside the store. So ridiculous. I am patient to the changes that may come along with COVID, but there has to be a better and more efficient way to do business. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to Bath & Body Works since I typically stock up after Christmas and like to shop online. I visited this location three times this week to purchase gifts and had a great experience each time. I was greeted when entering the store, received help locating specific products, told about their promotions, new rewards program (only available at select Los Angeles and Chicago-area stores), and even was offered free gift-wrapping for the gifts I purchased! On two occasions I had my toddler daughter with me and the associates were so friendly and engaged in conversation with her, which she enjoyed. I plan on always shopping this location for gifts and for personal purchases since it is always well-stocked and clean but especially since the staff is so friendly and helpful. read more

If I could give Sylvia "store manager" zero stars I would. She was not the least bit helpful constantly scoffing and had the worst attitude. The older Asian lady at the front was extremely dismissive and condescending. The store employees whisper to one another and stare as if your some thief. I called ahead to ask about doing an exchange with ID and they said it would be totally fine only to find out they wouldn't honor my even exchange. Online customer service didn't even comprehend why I was denied and now I have to go through the hassle of online customer service. Save yourself the trip to this store and go somewhere else. I just had the best experience at Bath and Bodyworks in corona thanks to Norma! As soon as I stepped through the door Norma was so kind to me very helpful. She was so friendly AND really good at her job. I left there with three items after I told myself I would only get one thing because of her sales skills. She had the best energy in the room and I think that's something that should be rewarded. I really enjoyed talking to her and my overall experience at this store was great thank you to Norma. As I was leaving she was providing that same service with a big smile on her face to the next people walking in and I think that is a really good employee to have. read more

Wow! Rude employees! While I was checking out I saw a coupon online saying "free item" and I asked the cashier what the free item was and she said rudely "well it's an item for free" well obviously!!!!! I'm not stupid and then I showed her a coupon on my phone for the free item and she said "sorry we don't use that" and I said "I used a coupon on this app at old navy" and she said "that coupon is for here not old navy" so I said I know that, I'm not talking about this exact coupon I'm talking about the app. I couldn't believe the rudeness and unprofessional customer service I received. I work with customers and never treat them like crap or act like a smartass. As soon as I looked up this store on yelp, I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with their attitudes. Second time stopping by this location as it is closer to home. Walked in, had some questions regarding some items I couldn't locate. I was able to find some of the items but needed more. I walked around and I was able to find a older Asian lady who has a terrible attitude. I had to interrupt her conversation with another employee, which I immediately regretted as she gave me a death stare. I asked about a item and she rudely replied with " we don't have any" How would you know you don't have any if you haven't checked? Plus if you didn't have any where would I have gotten the ones I had in the bag? Out of a hat? I will not be going back to this location, I would rather take the drive to the Tyler galleria where they have better customer service. read more

I have seen plenty of other similar reviews mentioning detailed experiences. I shop at B&BW religiously, making $100-$200 in purchases EVERY month. Either online or at the various brick & mortar locations. I will give them another opportunity and try going back to this particular location one more time. Love all of the beautiful smells in here! Well almost all of them. I do prefer some scents over others. My favorite right now is a seasonal one called, Beautiful Day. I have it in a hand sanitizer, a body cream, and a body lotion. I love when they have sales as well which seems like always. When you purchase an item they also give you a coupon. The staff here is okay. I feel that I helped myself more than they did. I shall continue coming here more for the products than the staff. I can't wait to experiment with other seasonal scents. I also love that this location is very close to my all time favorite clothing store so coming here for future scent purchases is going to be a no brainer. read more
