DO NOT SHOP HERE! I understand we are all in turmoil with this Covid-19 crap but nuntheless we went down to the store for a curbside pick up with specific items listed on order. I should've known leaving these teens to shop for me would be bad considering the service has been terrible here before this Political Virus showed up. Now back to the complaint.... Sally's is already overpriced and I can't stand that but I went in out of desperation. The employees breathe down your neck and don't let you shop around. It made me extremely uncomfortable as I am naturally an anxious person...definitely felt pressured to spend more than I intended and am too nervous to return. Poor customer service, use to go to Sally's in corona on McKinley allot then the staff changed. After being treated very poorly and rudely! Several times... I won't step foot in there again. There is only one newer employee who is friendly the rest are rude and god forbid if you question your receipt total, which you often have to because the membership specials (like buy two get one free ) often your charged for all 3, when pointing that mistake out to cashier you get an eye roll and a scolding. I certainly will not pay hard earned money to be treated like that. I'm giving two stars for the one decent employee and the location is convenient. read more

I am a fan of Sally's Beauty Supply but not so much a fan of this location. I came 3 times in 2 days because I am transitioning to blond... again. ladies, you know the struggle with changing up your hair ALL the time. Anyway, the ladies that work here aren't helpful. In the 3 times that i visited this location I was told 3 different things about the same products. this location wouldn't allow combination of receipts for the beauty perks they were offering. All in all i ended up spending over $100 for cheap service and confusion. My hair came out good though, no thanks to anyone but me. This location needs to get on board. I went in to purchase a boar bristle brush and find a dark green nail polish similar to Marc Jacob's Jungle which is sold out. I'd originally gone into Walmart next door but had an anxiety attack due to the amount of people and commotion going on in there at which point I said to myself "the hell with it I'm going to Sally's next door". Boy am I glad I did! I was unable find the green polish similar to the Marc Jacob still I did find a beautiful dark OPI blue polish and bought that instead. Now the majority of my shopping experiences at other Sally stores have never been anywhere near as informative or pleasant as this one was but it's convenient so I deal. When I go into shop at Sally's tends to be when I need specific items and would rather not deal with the delivery times from Amazon vendors except that day I just wanted to get away form Walmart. The day I went in Ashley helped me and she had tons of product knowledge about boar bristled brushes and the different uses and shapes of the brushes for sale. She also explained how a hair masque works and what you would need for a scalp treatment. The woman knows her store! I recently got one of the best cuts of my life and I need to blow-dry it in order to bring out the style. Well Ashley was wonderful in helping me find the right brush and tried as she might the green polish I wanted just didn't exist but A for effort in trying to find it. I rushed in here the other day to pick up some product. I hadn't been inside this Sally's before, not sure why I haven't! This is probably the best one I have been in. The girls inside greeted me as soon as I walked in. They weren't aggressive, just friendly. Also, they actually asked if they could help me!!! Am I in a different universe right now? I've never had a Sally's employee ever ask to help me. Usually they just glance at me when I walk in and go back to whatever they were doing; mostly just talking to each other. The store is stocked well and looks clean. It was easy to find what I needed and when I went up to pay, I got service right away. I've been to this location so many times. They have all the usual stuff that Sally's typically has. I've had both good customer service and bad customer service on different occasions. It just depends on when you go and who is working. Today I went and had good customer service; I was looking for the manic panic toner for blondes but I guess they don't sell it- so the chick working recommended the Wells light ash blonde toner with 10 volume developer. So I am going to try that and see how it goes. I was bummed because I really wanted to try the manic panic toner as I saw a couple YouTube videos and it worked great to get rid of orange tones. So we shall see how the Wells toner works out. I love the clearance section and sales at this location. I can usually find good deals on beauty stuff. For example today I got a styling station for $25! Yay excited about that. It holds a blow dryer, curling iron, and straightener. How cool is that! I'll post a picture of my find. read more
