I came back same day, same hour and was refused any refund By their own printed policy I should have been allowed a refund $100 for a $27 perfume and no refund same-day is bad business. If it clearly states no refund if it's used/discontinued/rare and my item was none of those, why couldn't I get a refund or even an exchange within your own 5-day policy?
