Visited this store yesterday and this location associates customer service SUCKS!! I ask one guy that was wondering around if he worked there and he replied I mean kinda what can I help you with? I told him looks like the travel perfume container was empty and was the last one on display..by any chance is there more some place else he replied oh that means someone stole it laughed and walked off!! Every time I enter this store it's just so clean and vibrant! They always have a good selection of music to get you in a hype where this is your jam and you were meant to shop today!! lol! I seriously had the best experience with Sequoia at Ulta. She helped me so much, not just with picking out products but actually understanding what my skin needs and how to take care of it. I came in kinda lost and left feeling way more confident. She took the time to show me how to do my makeup step by step and even demonstrated it for me, which made everything so much easier to understand. She's insanely talented and made everything look so effortless, but still explained it in a way that was super easy to follow. It didn't feel overwhelming at all because she broke everything down in a really real, relatable way. She also helped me figure out how to rehydrate my skin and recommended products that actually make sense for me, not just random stuff. You can tell she really knows her stuff and stays on top of what actually works. On top of that, she's so patient, kind, and genuinely wants you to feel good about yourself. What I really appreciated is that she wrote everything down for me so I wouldn't forget anything later. That was such a thoughtful touch and honestly helped so much. She made the whole experience feel super comfortable, fun, and personalized. I felt like she really listened to me and cared, not just trying to sell me things. Sequoia is seriously amazing at what she does and Ulta is lucky to have her. Miranda has truly been the best stylist/ color specialist I've ever had. For over a year, I've left the salon feeling fabulous then receive numerous and random compliments from strangers. Miranda takes the time to work between my wants and needs then puts her expertise through out the appointment. She makes me feel relaxed, pampered and amazingly recalls what's happening with my family. Quiet or talkative, she seems to know what I'm up for during the visit. I went today to get some stuff for my vacation tomorrow and I saw that they had some gifts with purchase if you spend a certain amount. I got to the register and she said my stuff didn't apply which the sign didn't specify and just said spend $70 on the brand. Then she said they didn't even have the gift with purchase anyway which was upsetting. Then my mom saw they had Daise on clearance so she got a few things. The sign said spend $15 to get a gift with purchase. They didn't have that gift with purchase either and the brand only had 1 product on clearance not the whole brand even though every product had a clearance sticker. All in all just super disappointing, I hope they take the signs down if they don't have the gifts with purchase and that the stuff wasn't on clearance. Unfortunately just feels like the store is unorganized and I hope I have a better experience next time. read more

Jessandra is amazing! I had an appointment today at 3 for a scalp treatment and a blowout. This is my first time ever coming to ulta for hair services and I'll be honest I was skeptical but I was desperate to get a scalp treatment asap. I have been struggling with very greasy hair no matter how much or how well I wash it as well as dandruff. I was really embarrassed for my hair to be handled but she was very professional. She took her time and was patient with me and my hair. I did not get the other girls name but she was also talking to me about my hair and products she recommended based off of my needs. I want to start by sending my deepest appreciation to the amazing team who worked yesterday, especially Beaonca and Brianna! This was truly the best customer service I've ever received at any Ulta store. I went in to return some foundations I had purchased previously, as they no longer matched my shade, they were all too dark for me. Some of these foundations had been bought a long time ago, and I no longer had the receipts, which made me a bit worried about the return process. Brianna was the first employee who helped me, and she was incredibly patient and professional. She took the time to explain the return policy clearly, and the entire process was so smooth. She was very knowledgeable, well-trained, and went above and beyond to help me look up my orders and process the refund. Since my purchase was over 60 days old, I received a store credit, and Brianna was kind enough to even write the amount on the store credit cards for me!! I returned for a second visit on the same day, and Beaonca assisted me. She was just as professional and patient. Since some of my purchases were made in-store rather than online, they weren't showing up in the app. Beaonca searched for the orders by date and order number, which I really appreciated. I love Mac and NARS foundations and had bought multiple of each, so my purchase history was a bit confusing. But Beaonca remained polite and helpful throughout, assisting me in tracking down the right orders and going through my history with me. It's not easy to find employees who are this patient, kind, and dedicated to helping customers. They both truly went above and beyond, and I believe they deserve a raise!
