The roses were huge and the owner told me that when they fully opened they'll be the size on my palm! I took a photo of the front and back because both sides are beautiful. I was called when the flowers were delivered, I explained I wouldn't be home for hours. The delivery man asked if there was a neighbor he could leave them with, unfortunately none of them are home during the day. I happily said I would pick them up later. I was greeted by the owner in her cute little shop. I thanked her for the call because prior other companies just left them at the door. One piece for every piece purchased to either your garage or curb. They handle that with care as well. That was important because I had sold my old furniture. One thing you may want to insure when purchasing right now is to make sure the furniture you have selected is in their warehouse, otherwise you may be waiting quite a long time.

We were buying two $900/each recliners then were told it would be $149 for delivery. To soften the blow he said that would cover all purchases for a year. We then decided to also purchase a chair and a couch. Well, they added on another $50 delivery. What? He had just said it would cover all orders for 12 months. Nope. The couch was a floor model so it adds on another $50. One of the back corners had the back loose for the about 10 inches towards the top. The salesperson said he would have someone there staple it back. When we received the couch, the upper portion of the back had indeed been restapled. However, the rest of that corner below that was flopping open. Someone who said she was in charge of the repair dept. at corporate called and said that they would do nothing to correct it. She said that it was a floor model, therefore we had implicitly accepted any and all damage. That seems like a pretty nasty response. Doubly so since it was NOT damaged like that when we bought it.
