I have shopped here many times, and have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The store is always clean and neat.

He just seems so happy to work there and gave the best customer service, I believe his name was Omar?

But shower heads were $30-40 compared to $60 at the big home improvement store. Sometimes they have big appliances like fridges, washers, dryers. Big selection of clothing including shoes. They have some furniture as well. (Mattresses, couches, tables.) It's very clean and well organized. The store doesn't smell bad. It's a pleasant shopping experience. There's stuff brand new in the box. If I'm already in the area or nearby I would pop in to see what new inventory they have. I think as long as you think of it almost like a thrift store (no guarantee what you'll find that day although they have a little bit of everything and at what price) you'd be setting reasonable expectations for yourself.

They are an outlet for returns and damaged items, overstock, etc for big box stores like Costco, Sam's Club and Target, so you just have to know the prices of things or you need to search for the original prices on your phone. Generally, their food items are pretty good deals, but you need to check for items being expired or nearing expiration. Today the store was packed full of stuff and to my surprise, plenty of shoppers! They have a good amount of furniture and appliances today. Come check them out if you are looking for some deals on popular items you may be holding out for at the big box stores, you may be able to find it here.

It's perfect if you are looking for a trend item that is budget friendly. It's also aesthetically pleasing to the eye for an outlet store. The demographic skews towards the younger college age crowd and older women trying to be. But the find for all ages is if you need a trend accessory of the season, this is the place to go. The prices are excellent and it might be your next find for that trip to Vegas or NOLA. I scored a crochet handbag (wished I got the pink beaded clutch bag), a hat, $5 4th of July t-shirt and a sports bra. Out of the items I wished I had thrown back was the sports bra because the straps were oversized (it would have worked better with a cross back). Total spend was $40. When I checked out, the cashier told me that they receive new items on Fridays/Saturdays. I went on a Friday so I did good. There's ample parking and it's in a business park. Definitely worth checking out!

As you drive there, it's sort of hidden, towards the back of the building. There's no sign attached to the outlet, but you'll see a single door open that leads into the warehouse. The worker was so helpful while I was there, always asking if we needed anything and offering to find sizes. From our convo, I learned that VICI sells a mix of their own clothes and other brands and are usually sold online or at retailers like Nordstrom. It seems like the brand isn't very size inclusive though, I mostly saw XS-M. Fitting rooms are plentiful and easy to go in and out of. You might have to dig around to find something you like, but I'm so happy with my grabs! I've been wearing them nonstop and the quality seems fantastic.

There are a wide assortment of items, like cleaning supplies, groceries items and seasonal things, but nothing you can't find at FoodMax, Walmart, DollarTree, Smart & Final, just down the street and for a lot cheaper for toiletries, and cleaning supplies; food items, pet supplies. Shelves and racks are disorganized, but I arrived when they first opened and the ladies were just starting to shelve items and restock things I guess. I gave it 2stars for staff and employees being so helpful and friendly. But I would pass this place all together and just head over to the other mentioned stores for better deals.

Hate negging any business, but couldn't scratch any positives outta' my 1st visit here. I downloaded their app. and clipped a few site coupons before arriving. The lighting & parking situation outside isn't the best at night. Looking like Freddy Krueger, Michael Meyers or Jason could be lurking nearby in the dark? I was mainly interested in their prices and coupon app, but was disappointed with both. Prices I found were noticeably higher than at any Dollar Tree or .99c Store. And the coupon app. is kinda stupid with multiple click-thru's on your smartphone required to activate the measely discounts (pretty gimmicky). Also, coupons are only good for 1 item of any quantity and cannot be used for multiples of the same product. So, no benefit to stocking up like at the other dollar stores. Perhaps worst of all were the packaging on many of the shelved products. Noticeably faded, indicative of products beyond their natural shelf life (kinda like what you see at flea markets, gasp!). Even my packaged candy was super-stale! Inquiring Minds: Are they being supplied with leftovers from the local flea market? Unsure what niche Family Dollar is looking to carve within this uber-competitive market segment? I think I'm sticking with the other Dollar chains over this one for now however.
