Well my hair was so bad that it hardly worked, in fact it turned almost lime green and yucky yellow. Was the worst!!! Went back over the weekend after calling Brandy(I believe) and she talked to me calmly and reassured me that they will help me figure this out. They recently moved to a newer location not far from the old one, and the space is much larger, nicer, and able to accommodate more people comfortably. We all had a great time, and even my teenage boys enjoyed the experience, which says a lot! The candle making process starts by smelling a wide variety of fragrance candles and writing down the ones you like. I will admit this part can be a little overwhelming because there are so many scents to choose from, but they thoughtfully provide coffee grounds to help reset your sense of smell between fragrances. Once you've narrowed down your favorites, you choose a growler (the container for your candle). From there, a staff member guides you through the process. Sam was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. She also made sure I received my birthday perks, including $20 off, and helped me sign up for the rewards program, which gave me an additional $5 off. They were also running a buy three, get one free promotion which worked perfectly for our group of 4. After selecting your favorite scents, you blend them together to create a custom fragrance. Three scents seemed to be the sweet spot, although you can use more if you'd like. Once your fragrance is finalized, you're given warmed soy based wax to mix with your oils. I loved that the candles are made with soy wax. Sam let us know when everything was ready to be poured into our growlers, and the entire process was fun and easy to follow. One of my favorite parts was getting to name my candle and place the custom sticker on it. The candle takes about two hours to set, so we left and came back at the time they recommended to pick it up. Another thoughtful touch was that the restrooms were stocked with feminine hygiene products, which I always appreciate. If you're looking for a unique, fun experience that is perfect for a family outing, date night, girls' day, or special occasion, try it out. I loved that we came here on Mother's day. I would definitely come back and make another candle!

If you've ever been to Bottleworks on the weekends, you know that parking can be a bit of a challenge so plan ahead (we were almost late). When we walked in we were greeted right away and we jumped right in. You start with going through a wall of different scents. And when I say wall, I mean a literal wall of scents. There must've been 100 to go through. Once you list your favorites and find your top 3, you pick your vessel and head back to your area. We were surprised to see they had beers, wines, and seltzers available. Our "helper", Gracie, was really fun to work with. She took a look at our scent lists and made some suggestions on scent pairings. She was very friendly and attentive. After a few drinks in us, we started mixing and pouring until we handed our candles in to start the two hour setting process. They were about to close so we decided to pick our candles up the next day. Overall, such an amazing and unique experience and we'll definitely head back with more friends!

The tables are set up in groups of 4. Check in with a staff member and they will explain the whole experience to you and get you oriented. The experience itself is free, and you pay based on the scented product you choose at the end. It took between 1 and 1.5 hours to go through all the scent options and concoct recipes for a signature scent. The website is super easy to use to track your favorite scents and submit your recipes. Once you're finished, you can choose from a bunch of scented products including lotion, perfume, body butter, beard oil, and shower gel. The experience was so much fun!! This is a great activity to do with friends or family! The only drawback was that it took forever for the staff to mix up our finally products. I don't think it was any fault of the single employee who was working -- I think the place was definitely understaffed based on the number of shoppers. It took several hours for the lotions and perfumes to get mixed up, so expect to wait or go get a drink/meal and come back. I highly recommend this awesome experience!

Couldnt even walk down the Isles. There was a nasty cup of water and looked like backwash old food mixed in a cup just sitting on the cash register right in front of the customer. I asked the dude how much it was for the pedicure technician chairs and he told me $180 when they're only $80 on Amazon an $100 on nail supply equipment websites. They prices are extremely affordable and they also carry children's clothing which most boutiques I've been to don't have. I really enjoyed their selection of graphic tees. I'm a graphic tee addict and was able to siphon through a huge couple of boxes they hadn't put out on the store shelf yet. It made me feel like a VIP when the store owner offered me those boxes. I also really enjoyed their huge selection of leggings. And their sale rack left me going home with some dresses I never thought I'd wear. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they always have to text the owner to find out the price of something because it isn't marked. Most of their prices are affordable and they have a sweet little clearance room where just about everything is $12.99. I found the cutest dress today for just $12.99!!! I couldn't believe it. The employees are always really sweet and helpful and I love the owners photography posted throughout the store. She also gives 10% of her proceeds to charities around the community. Gotta love that!!!
