I didn't open anything, but I also didn't buy those products and I might have had I had the chance to try them. They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. I recommend making an appointment as a courtesy to their high demand, but if you're looking for an experience and not just a pretty set, this place won't disappoint.

I then picked up almost $60.00 of stuff, mostly smaller item. The person stocking the shelves was up at the cashier and told the cashier that I may have pocketed or lifted an item. I told the shelf stocker I found the items I had been looking for and paid. Not only did the cashier give me a bag that was much too small for all the items I had, but she had also a given a previous customer a larger green bag who had the same number of items, she repeatedly scanned the bag to make sure they would not trigger the alarm when I left. this indicated to me she expected me to trigger the alarm with some item I tucked away and could then say it could NOT have been an object in the paid for bag. I walked out with no alarm sounding. I believe I was being profiled and that most likely while the focus was on me there could have very well been someone else ripping off the store.

I had a unpleasant experience at this store. My daughter received a gift right before Christmas. I…read morehad a gift receipt for the outfit and the cashier said I would receive $8.00 in store credit. Since we received this gift two weeks prior to Christmas, I felt that item was purchased at regular price. I asked her why the credit was so low since I had a gift receipt. She told me store policy is to issue the lowest sale price after a certain amount of time has passed. I didn't question the policy as we were returning an item in February that we had received in December. She then proceeded to say "Well, that's how much the person paid for the item anyway." I don't know why she felt it necessary to tell me that. Was she trying to insinuate the only reason my daughter received an item from Janie and Jack was because it was marked down ?!? It was a rude & unnecessary comment to make. We, later found out that the pajama was actually purchased at $50.00. Had my experience with the cashier been more pleasant, I would have made a purchase and willingly paid the difference. However ,what she said made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't want to spend another minute in that store.
