They make so many different types of products I didn't even know where to start. Soap, shower gel, scrubs, bath bombs, lip balms, and lotion (you naaaame it!). They're also so many different types of scents you can get lost forever if you enjoy spending time in places like this. After taking a look through, I got a "Pumpkin Spice" soap bar (that I'm obsessed with), an "Oat + Honey" body scrub, coconut shower gel, a box of mini laundry pods, and a soap bar pouch so I can wash up with soap without it sticking to the shower caddy. So far I am super pleased with all of my purchases and I will definitely be back. I can't wait to see their spring scents! PS: As someone who has allergies I like that their products are fragrant but their scents are not overpowering so it doesn't aggravate my sinuses.

They have bath bombs, soaps, lotions, and other things. They make everything there! You can actually purchase dryer balls and then they will scent them for you. You are even able to bring them back to be rescented. We went the day after opening so they were pretty busy. We did buy soap and a soap sleeve as well. They said the soap sleeve allows the bar of soap to last about 2 weeks longer. I'll update this review once I use the products and know more about them!

Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I've only had one bad experience here and that's when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said "OMG, I'm not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter". She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don't seem to have fast or enough cashiers to help out which is absolutely frustrating. Overall, I won't go to anyone else but Codey!

I went to Ulta today to exchange one item from my online pickup order from two days ago. I walk up to pick my order and the young lady there seemed so bothered. I always try to make small talk but she was not in the mood to chat or even say thank you (they were not busy). Much less make eye contact. I went in today to exchange a product . I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelique. Wow! she is not nice and extremely rude. I went and exchanged the product for the same price point and brand. I just wanted a different color. . However, I had used a coupon with the initial online order. The price went from $25 to $20 with the discount. She starts to reprimand me says she will do me a favor and "honor" the price. Honey, I work retail and I know how even exchanges work so don't act high and mighty. Standing there raising her voice at me! I said both items are exactly the same price. Same brand. Just different color. When she started to raise her voice, I said to her that I will go get the same finish. She further stated that it has to do satin vs. matte. Okay! Had I ordered it online, I would have used that coupon and received the matte with the discount. Point of story is that this is my 3rd visit to this particular Ulta. I love, love the selection but after today I will not go back. Maybe I have been going when the "D" squad is on shift. I will take my business to another location or go back to shopping at another beauty supply store. So very disappointed. This Ulta needs to clean house and start over I am so bothered by how I was treated, I am going to return the product and when they ask why. My answer will be "repeated, poor customer service". I also love how the Starbucks in this location is so open and there are so many tables where I can get some work done or just sit comfortably and read. Anyways, the premise of this store is that each day everything in there is a set price. As the week progresses the prices get lower and lower. For example, everything is $1.00 on Sunday. But, by Friday everything will be .25. However, everything is in bins and the store is dark. It's literally a clutter madhouse. You just have to pick over everything and you're not allowed to open the boxes. There's things from shoes to decorations, medicine and etc. just random stuff.
