They have tables and shelves full of handmade items including soaps, candles, salts, shower steam tablets, bath bombs and more. I absolutely love the colors and scents of the soaps, and they also had a few local color variations to celebrate the Vols, Preds and Titans. Was really cool to see! Store was clean, well-stocked and in good condition. Overall, nothing major, but I'd prefer to pop into another nearby Bath & Body Works location when the need arises.

I also can get down with their polos if the color pattern is right and the logo blends in a bit. My latest trip to Opry Mills found me wandering around Nautica and actually leaving with an aforementioned lightweight jacket. Ran me around $50, which is not bad. Service was friendly and helpful at the register. Overall, solid location worth a stop by.

This does make it tough to move around when it gets busy, which is why I try to avoid this location during peak hours and the holiday season. While the stock and layout is pretty consistent with other locations, the service is a bit hit and miss. They seem to be less welcoming and friendly than other locations. Maybe it is the mall crowd? I mean, I get. I do appreciate the expansion of their men's line of lotions, colognes and scents. Overall, Bath & Body Works comes in clutch when needed and this location is convenient...sometimes.
