It has been a while since I've visited a Bath and Body Works store but my good friend Glenn inspired me! I'm glad he did cuz I really enjoyed my visit here today! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Several employees offered me assistance finding things. The store is well organized, very neat and clean. The lighting is good and the merchandise displays were eye catching. I found some terrific sale items. The check out process was easy and quick. The cashier was friendly but I wished she had been a bit more careful placing my wall flowers in the bag. I bought four of them and every time she dropped one in the bag it sounded like they were breaking. Maybe she knows more about their durability than I do, because everything was in one piece when I got them home. Thankfully. Second time inside the store since Covid hit and I've been very impressed with all their precautions they have in place. When you enter the store they have someone that greets you and they offer you a paper bag to place your items in. They ask you what you are looking for today so they have an idea the size of bag you will need. (This is your bag at check out) They have masks and sanitizer available. I have ordered online a few times throughout the shut down phase of the pandemic but it's so much better in person to be able to smell the different seasonal items. The staff was so helpful and grabbed items for me to help ease my way. They answered questions and made suggestions. They are cleaning items that are touched and cleaning the counter and card machine between transactions. I enjoyed my shopping experience and selections that were available. There is parking available along the streets of Tanasborne and also the parking garage is steps away. I'm stocked up for all the fall season. read more

For nearly a decade I stayed away from Bath & Body Works because a lot of their scents had gotten increasingly artificial smelling, and their sales people were always incredibly pushy. However, I decided to go into this particular establishment out of curiosity and ended up spending quite a bit for products I've come to love. Their prices range from $1.75 (hand sanitizer), to products on the higher end like $18.00 (candles). The great thing is that there are almost always Buy 2 get 1, or buy 3 get 2 sales going on for certain products. And though these employees do make their presence known, it isn't in an annoying fashion. *Purchased*: Peppermint Shimmer Spray ($14.50)- I love, love, love their peppermint collection. I came in for this product in particular. Smells amazing and the shimmer can be seen clearly on my darker toned skin. Rose Body Spray ($14.50)- Smells great, smell seems to stick around for a couple hours. Rose Body Wash ($12.50)- Smells great! Rose Aromatherapy Body Wash & Bath ($5.00)- Normal $13.50, it was on sale for $5, so I nabbed it! Smells great. *Selection*: They have a huge selection! They have products such as candles, hand sanitizer, bubble bath, shower gels, body tools (loofah), body sprays, perfumes, lotions, body creams, foaming hand sanitizer, foot products, room sprays, wall plugs, hair products, and men's body products. *Wait time*: 2 minutes. *Service*: Great service from the female employee with brownish hair and a sort of bob cut. Haley! She was the BEST today and can't say enough good things about her! Came in with a list of soaps that my son's girlfriend couldn't get online. Haley helped me get what I needed (so I could stop worrying, lol!) and even made sure I had the best results to take advantage of the specials! Please let her know she is so appreciated and such a wonderful asset to BBW! On Saturday they had a great sale on Wall refills. $2.95, limited 15 per person. Can't beat that! Stephanie, helped me as soon as I walked into the door. She's personable and gave me the low down on all the areas the sales where at. There was a great variety and even though I'm not into pumpkin, vanilla, autumn smells. I was able to get a few scents I could actually stand and they had a few summer scents left such as Mango Mai Tai. They also had the basic wall plug for $2.95 as well. Great deals & it's always a great experience when the employees are so informative and accommodating. Also, I overheard a customer asking about a coupon that expired the day prior for( $10 off of $30) and an employee stated there was a 3 day grace period. So, when I went to pay.. I found the coupon in my email and my total from $37.## went down to $27.##. Great surprise to an already great deal. read more

I had the best experience this afternoon in the Streets of Tanasbourne store from shopping,everyone wearing masks correctly... right up to the point of me walking out and one of the store employees,manager... (not sure what her title was) stopped me to ask how many bottles of hand soap I had. I had purchased 21,the limit was 20 so I got charged full price for the 21st bottle. She had an employee take me back to the register to refund the balance and made sure all the cashiers knew that if a customer was purchasing over the limit to run them as separate transactions so they get the sale price for everything. I think her name was Stephanie and the other employee that she had do the adjustment was Lisette (if I remember correctly). Kudos to amazing customer service read more

I LOVE their candle scents, although I always wait until they are on sale to buy them! The candles are higher quality than many of their competitors, not just in fragrance, but in longevity. Having said that, I would urge EVERYONE to stay away from the wall plug-in fragrances. I plugged one of them into a wall outlet in my brand new designer kitchen that we had just installed and the bottom of the cabinet that was about 6-8 inches above it had the finish stripped right off of it in a circle above the plug in. If these fragrances can remove the varnish from high end cabinetry, imagine what they must be doing to our lungs?!! Eek!!! Stick with the candles! read more

This Bath & Body Works is located in The Streets of Tanasbourne. I'm not from around here but everything looked new. I was able to find parking in the structure located immediate next to this store so it was extremely convenient. I was extremely impressed with how the workers interacted with the customers here. They were very helpful in every way and generous to a point that I felt bad. It was so awesome that they were having their semi-annual sale and combining that with Oregon not charging sales tax, I ended up buying two bags full of goods. It's too bad I didn't get the name of the girl who helped us because she was so kind and treated us so well. read more

I shop at bath and body works all the time. Usually the employees are so super sweet and helpful. I bought a candle that was suppose to smell like coffee and instead it smelt like chocolate. When I called to see if I could return it even though I used it a little and it was on sale she sounded very distracted as if she wasn't listening to what I was saying and when I asked her a question she didn't even hear it.
