While I waited, that employee spent a solid five minutes trying to upsell a credit card to a "loyal customer" instead of acknowledging the line forming behind her. The manager was visible on the floor but somehow not available to jump on a second register or help move things along. This is a basic staffing and floor awareness issue. You don't let a line stack up while your one cashier runs a sales pitch, and a manager's job at peak moments is to see that and step in. Giving this two stars because the product selection is genuinely strong and the tax free pricing is unbeatable. Fix the front end flow and this becomes a five star stop.

And my last appointment was moved without any consultation on if the new time worked for me. The one cut I did receive went relatively well. My stylist was polite and did a nice job. However, the other stylists around the salon were extremely unprofessional. It's just too much of a hassle to get an appointment to then sit uncomfortably for an hour around rude people. I won't be trying again.
