It was my first time going ever and I know you need a membership but they let us kindly go in and if we wanted to buy anything, it's fine without the membership. It was very fun to walk around and explore every aisle because there were so many things to see! The prices overall are a bit cheaper than elsewhere and they have a variety of things. For example, there are at least 5-6 different refrigerators for sale, not all stores have that! We didn't buy anything this time around but I think they had lots of things stocked up, even chicken, horse, and farm animal foods! Quite impress with the varieties for sure!

Personally I love my bi mart! It's a one stop get it all. Anything from~ Hardware Kitchen ware Electronics Medicine Food Clothing Paint Gardening Hunting gear Lots of fishing gear And soooo much more! I was very pleased to see a tables set with wipes hand sanitation and even gloves when you first walk in! The store has everything you need for an absolutely great price. They also have special offers on Tuesdays for members and raffles you could win! I would've love to give the store a five star but there was only one charge register open and multiple employees walking around and as you could see the line was fairly long. Other than that I really love the store and will continue to come here.

This has been my main supplier of fishing and camping sundries. Kodak photo print from your phone at a good price for instant. Bi-Mart Fashion Center has work clothes including safety orange and lime. Good COVID-19 protocol, reasonably and adjusting as the situation changes.

I have shopped here for 15 years and always loved it up until about the past year. Last time I was here I was followed around by security for a good hour. I came in today to get a prepaid card I got the purchase card and went to the register like it says on the card and the man at the register told me that the lady at customer service needed to help me with it so I went to customer service and customer service didn't say a word to me they just got on the intercom and called for somebody to come to electronics. At this point I was already a little annoyed because everybody was so rude. But I needed the cell phone so I went to the counter and I waited a literally set my timer waited there for 17 minutes without anybody acknowledging me at all. I finally decided to leave and go to Walgreens to get the phone. I had about $280 worth of merchandise I was planning on purchasing probably the biggest purchase I have made it by Mark but it's very clear that nobody there one of my business. I've been in customer service all my lifeAnd understand the importance of treating a customer courteously. I had two employees come through the electronics department and not even acknowledge me as I stood at the counter. And then when I left I passed by both the customer service counter and the employee I went to initially and nobody asked me if I was helped. I hope this is something that they work on improving. I know majority of the shoppers at bi Mart are elderly and I would hate to think that any of them experience what I just did.

It seems to be kept fairly neat - the bathroom does not need to be locked down which is a plus. I have also noticed it benefits being closer to Portland s you get a lot more of the local stuff that we do not get at the Beaverton one which is technically closer to me. This also seems to have one of the better bakery locations. For mobility, their motorized carts seem to be well maintained and there is always an ample supply fully charged and ready to go without hassle. I also really appreciate a lot of lanes open with great cashiers there to help you if you need it or leave you alone when you are doing ok by yourself. This store seems to have their sales figured out to as some locations I seriously take photos now since checking out of some stores feels like hostage negotiations arguing the prices of everything which is ridiculous and annoying. So I appreciate it when the sales reflect on it. Even better - I read the sign for Clearly Canadian wrong and was missing one to get the discount. He knew! He explained it and I said I wanted to get the third one for the huge discount and without missing a beat he offered to grab me one. I intend on doing my shopping at this location because the ones closer to me are managed horribly and making shopping there a mess.

My opinion of the sales merchandise offering was underwhelming with sale things hard to even find and a selection looking like scraps. My star rating on that is a 2. So I'm in the men's dept. Then I'm approached from the side by an associate named Grant who could tell I was searching for something and offered his assistance. He showed me to the bleak sales rack and I tried on a couple of things. He was the epitome of a full service sales associate getting the right size etc. I ended up just looking with him in the full price section and after a short discussion he understood exactly what I was looking for. He brought me shoes to try and a new belt. Stayed with me right through the entire transaction, alterations and so forth. I drive in from Camas, WA, and my experiences have consistently reflected the level of service and care associated with the Nordstrom name. Unfortunately, today was very different. Every April, I treat myself to a birthday shopping trip and genuinely look forward to it. In the past, I've always been greeted promptly, assisted with sizes, and made to feel welcome. This time, no associate approached me--or any of the other middle‑aged women browsing nearby. Two employees stood at the register engaged in conversation, not helping anyone. I eventually interrupted to request a fitting room, but no one ever checked on me afterward. The lack of attention was surprising and disappointing, completely unlike any experience I've had there before. I left feeling invisible and disheartened, and I'm not sure I'll return. If this is the new norm, I'll need to find another way to celebrate my birthday going forward.

First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I was very confused like I must have missed the apocalypse. This time I was able to really see all of the merchandise! It was laid out so nicely on racks. I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things.
