I had just gotten off work and simply came in to purchase what I needed. But regardless of how someone is dressed, looks, or presents themselves, every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect. I had an especially disappointing interaction with an employee named Cami. I was standing directly in front of her and asked for her opinion on two foundation shades I was testing--one on each side--and which one looked better on me. She completely ignored me. She did not acknowledge me or even look at me, despite the fact that I was clearly speaking directly to her. Thankfully, another employee noticed what was happening and immediately stepped in to help me. I unfortunately did not get her name, but I genuinely appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. I also want to give a HUGE thank-you to Natalia. She was an absolute sweetheart. She was kind, welcoming, helpful, and had such a great personality. She made me feel comfortable and helped turn an unpleasant experience into a much better one. If you come to this location and need assistance, I highly recommend looking for Natalia. She treated me exactly how a customer should be treated. I also want to recognize the gentleman representing Dior who was working in the store today. I believe he mentioned it was his first day. He had black curly hair, and unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful as well. Thank you for treating me with respect and helping me. As for Cami, I really hope she reflects on how she treats customers. Working at a high-end location does not make anyone better than the people who walk through the door. You never know someone's background, what kind of day they've had, or how much money they have based on their clothes or appearance. Ignoring someone who is standing directly in front of you asking for help is rude and unnecessary. Everybody is different. Everybody is unique. And everybody deserves to be treated with respect. Thank you again to Natalia, the Dior representative, and the other employee who stepped in to help me. You three showed exactly what good customer service should look like. The customer service here is great and they will help you if you need to buy a gift. The store is spotless and always well staffed. They have an amazing selection. I prefer citrus scents, especially their orange scents. They also have flower scents and more musky scents. They last a long time and are made so well. They come in the cutest bags that you can use as a gift bag or just for yourself. The prices are fair, for high end perfumes. They make the best creams that are thick and smell great. You just can't go wrong with Jo Malone. You can also get it at Saks, Neiman's and other high end stores.

Parker was awesome and rang me up! She answered all my questions and let me know about exclusive items sold only at Glossier locations, compared to Sephora. The situation escalated when he raised his voice and spoke to me aggressively over a hair color product. As both a customer and a cosmetology student, I expect professionalism this was completely unacceptable. The interaction felt hostile and disrespectful. I will be filing a formal complaint. Management needs to address this immediately.

The asian guy cashier extremely judgemental when I said it was a gift and wanted to return it because I do not need more hand creams, saying "it will go back to the original person's card, as it should, or we can do store credit". I opted for store credit and he was extremely pushy about me looking around for a purchase the exact same day. He came across very off putting and demeaning. The system ended up letting it go through to my credit card because that's what gift receipts are intended for, and he said "We'll let this happen just this one time." Perhaps he was just so disapproving that I was returning a gift that he acted so rudely but I hope he receives more training in customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
