I'm a fairly regular customer of this location. I was here today for several items that were on sale & to use a free member gift reward. The employee that helped me was super helpful & pleasant. She helped in getting the best value on the sale items (soaps/fragrance sprays) & using the gift reward for Aromatherapy pillow mist. I truly love visiting this location, as I know it will be a great experience. Mary & the staff are professional, pleasant, & helpful every time that I've been here. The customer service at this location is consistently excellent. Parking is always easy to find at this mall. One even gets a bit of exercise walking from the lot to the store! I really like this standalone bath & body works. It's convenient because sometimes I don't like to go to an actual mall to get my goodies. I come here frequently to buy candles, hand soap, and sanitizers. I recently found out that you can exchange used candles if you don't like them. I'm mad at myself for not coming to this location sooner. It's tucked i. The back of a plaza so I didn't actually know it was there. This location is really organized and fully stocked. The staff is super friendly and helpful, Tori answered all our questions. And the lady that checked us out was also friendly and patient with me and checking all my old phone numbers when i couldn't remember if I had a B&B account or not. Avoid online ordering from BBW because it takes an act of Congress to return anything. If you return items to your local store, you cannot receive a refund to the creditcrd used, but rather they give you a gift card to buy merchandise in store. And they don't refund items easily - it's very reluctantly. Especially avoid their wallflower plugins, that don't smell anything like it says on the label - in fact, they have almost NO scent whatsoever. All their lemon scented products are bogus - not smelling like lemons in the way you'd expect. My online order arrived in a beat up box with NO wrapping, NO bubblewrap, all the items thrown into the box with 2 items broken. Today was the last day this location was going to be open because of renovations. I totally enjoyed my visit. Tori, one of the reps was totally awesome. Very helpful and informative. I actually called before I arrived and she has an awesome phone voice and manners. Don't be fooled from the way it looks on the outside. The store was pretty huge. The good news is according to Tori is that they are renovating to make it much bigger!! Man!! I can't wait. With the constant sales that have, BBW is going to be my new home. Like many others I'm addicted to a Bath & Body candle sale. The selection is always vast and the staff is very knowledgable of what scents are available. While the tagged prices are a bit high they almost always are doing on significant sale at a time. This is my preferred BBW store primarily because it's not in a mall making for an easier in/out experience. The shopping center is always busy but parking isn't too too bad. They always have a friendly staffer greeting people at the door and offering those darn bags that make you buy way too much lol. The store is always clean and fully stocked, with the exception of candle day lol but that's expected. Cashiers always ask if you're a rewards member which is helpful because I don't always remember to pull out my phone to check for digital offers. I went to Bath and Bodyworks today and I had excellent service from Janette. she was amazing she knew exactly what I wanted she help me with the plug-in wall smell goods and finding smaller smell good Bottles. she walked up to us and helped us without even asking when I had needed help for about five minutes and other customer service reps were talking. Nice Bath & Body works. Came in to get a gift for someone. I was greeted by Adrina who told me if I needed anything she'd be glad to help. I looked around and found what I was looking for. Went to the register where I was greeted by Joel (I believe his name was...) and he rang up my items. I asked him for tissue paper and he gave it to me. When he realized that I was going to put it into the bag, he fixed the tissue paper in the bag for me really nicely. If I were in the area or didn't feel like being bothered w/ the Bath & Body Works within the mall I'd come here instead. I would recommend this location to others for the same reasons that I just gave as well. read more

Most Bath and Body works are located inside of the mall. But I love this location because it's not. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is always clean and fully stocked as well. I don't know maybe it was a slow day or something but my experience was not pleasant. There was a line with 1 employee at the register the other person behind the desk was doing nothing but ignoring the line and not even acknowledging us by at least saying thanks for your patience. So an older lady behind me made a comment about them helping the one cashier. At this point the employee who wasn't doing anything said someone will help in a minute.. As I finally was helped, I was informed to go in the front to wait for my order at the pick up spot (that no one was at to begin with). As I was leaving the same worker walks pass me with my bag, I stopped she handed me my bag slowly and asked the cashier if she processed it like I was not just told I was all set to await my order at the front. She was passive and disrespectful, I had a mask on so assume she thought I was the one who said something about helping. Make sure you know who to target if you want to slick. read more

I placed an online order 8/22/2022 I received a email stating I would receive my order between 8/25 and 8/31, I didn't receive my order so I called 9/1/22 and was told by an out of the country customer service representative to wait 2 days and call back!! She never bothered to look my order up, I called back today 9/2/22 I spoke with Avanna and was told my order was lost by the mail carrier!! I could do one of 2 things, replace the order or get a refund. When I asked Avanna why wasn't I noticed about my lost order , I was told there was no one to notify me , she spoke with an attitude as if I was bothering her with my questions. She then it was my responsibility to look up my own order with the tracking number, which I informed her I did and there was no information and that's why I called customer service!! I've spent several hundreds of dollars or more!! Very poor customer service and I will no longer purchase products from bath & body!! read more
