I LOVE Bath and Body Works, BUT I recently ordered scent refills and soaps online and I was immediately sent to WALMART. I did receive the scented air fresheners, but never received the soaps. When I called Walmart/Bentonville, they said they couldn't send the soaps so they are refunding my money that I paid for the soaps. I found this very bizarre and will not be ordering from Bath & body Works online again.. read more

If I could give this negative stats I would . Was there today and got shoved out of the way bc a lady said I didn't move far enough over when she was coming ... the manager came over bc her then BF threatened to whoop my ass ( yes bc I didn't move over far enough ) mind you the woman was a large woman. The manager did absolutely nothing . I asked to roll the cameras back bc he threatened me and she said oh I can't do that . I'm filing charges on the man who threatened me and I'm sure the manager will be involved . It's a clear discrimination of my skin color . This Bath and Body Works location is a good size plus they have White Barn attached which makes an even wider selection of home fragrance products and candles. The candles are my favorite!! The store staff is always very helpful. Recently, I shopped on the day with $2.50 soaps and Candle Day. Both days I experienced over charges. The cashiers rang up double products. I've learned to always check out my receipt before leaving. Thankfully the staff is helpful and I just receive whatever item it was that they charged me for extra. I didn't not want to wait in that long line!! Normally when I purchase a smaller amount maybe 3 or less items there are no problems. The set up of the check out line is very good and functional. I only waited a very short time both days I went when it was extremely busy. The staff informed me of a new rule that the coupons can not be redeemed 3 days before or 3 days after the date on them. They also have a rule that you can only redeem one free item coupon per person per day. read more

This company has been fantastic, the company brand has fantastic products and while there are fragrances, no one in the family has been affected. A girly girl's paradise. Love, love, love Bath & Body Works! Walking into this store is like getting an invitation to paradise. It's so beautiful and everything smells so wonderful. I am Bath & Body Works obsessed. The store is large, well stocked and beautifully decorated. You can sample the various fragrances and the staff is pretty good about helping out. I feel welcome every time I come here. It's one of my favorite mall destinations. Even more so than Body Works. The selection here is fantastic. So much to choose from. But don't stop at mall or store shopping be sure to visit them online as well. As they have many exclusive online offers and deals. For instance the Brown Sugar and Fig, which is my favorite "every day scent" is only available online. The only hassle about online shopping is the shipping charge. But do be sure to get on the mailing list for exclusive store and web offers including free shipping. Also never shop online without first Googling "Bath and Body Works Coupon". You'll be sure to turn up savings. The best thing about Bath and Body Works besides the fabulous scents of course is the Buy 3, Get 3 Free. I don't shop unless that sale is on. I'm literally obsessed with bath and body works. I have nearly 40 candles, 50 lotions, 15 wall plugs, and 30 hand sanitizers. This location is pretty good as it is filled with employees who are aficionados of the products they sell. Having said that, my only complaint is about one worker in particular, Lynette. She is downright rude and has quite an attitude. Instead of wasting your time with her, ask for Amanda or Kathy, as they are both very knowledgable about the products they sell and are very nice. Overall, a great store with very good sales and amazing products. read more

This randomly placed B&B Works in a somewhat rough Elkton strip mall is as good as it gets. I've been three times to restock on foaming hand soaps and scenty things for my car. Every time I walk in, the sales floor associate(s) are so friendly and welcoming. They don't sound generic and like their greetings are mandatory. They sound like they are thrilled that YOU walked into their store. As you browse, they don't hover, but will stealthily slip by to tell you about sales going on that you might not know about. And I just LOVE their hand soaps, which I got 4 for 20 dollars. To those out there more frugal than I, that might not sound like a great deal, but man they smell amazing. The smells are good. The team coordination is there. But I got kicked out of there last night. The reason is because they accused me of "stalking" someone, and they escalated it and said she has a boyfriend. I said I am just her friend. "the only reason you came here is to say hi to _____?" I said yes...and why though? It is because I was her loyal friend for months. She invited me to her wedding not too long ago. She herself also said when I asked to get invited to her wedding she said "top of the list"...How in the world is that stalking someone??????? Just how... I get it, it's the mall and there are a lot of people there.....They have social issues. They can use that as an excuse really. But I was going to be a customer....sorry not anymore. I still enjoy the people there, but like most places there are exceptions and people tend not to get along well at all. I'm not a mall god or anything, I know of good people who have been fired from there(the mall in general, my friend who ran a candy concession got removed by the higher ups at the mall, very unfair). They, the higher ups also always excuse themselves because of their own desires of money and job ownership. That's the way "the world" works. I am a christian, but also, I darn well know I don't mess with people who are engaged, so there....I am being generous even with 2 stars because of abuse. The reason I keep the 2 is because a lot of the people that work there are good people.....If you don't mind being a customer who is accused in the long run, and buying overpriced candles and scents...then be my guest.... read more

I went to this store to buy candles, I stock up on the candles every time they go on sale. I got a total of 12 candles and had 4 coupons for $10 dollars off of $30, which would mean I would do 4 separate transactions. I do this all the time and I see people do it all of the time. I went up to the cashier and she was not pleasant at all, she scolded me for the multiple transaction and said that they were not supposed to do it and that there were cameras watching so she was doing me a solid because she was going to do it. She accused me of taking the tops off the candles and putting them on the ones that I was purchasing (which I didn't, there was an associate helping me to get the candles I wanted.) She also didn't crack a smile or say a kind word while we were doing the transactions. I believe her name is Lynette and she needs a course in customer service. read more

Customer service is terrible!!! The cashier barely gave me the time of day! A couple months back I forgot my coupons(the ones EVERYONE receives in the mail) and the manager said "oh no big deal, I'll honor them"(she brought it up, I did not ask) so tonight i went in, and I asked if they would do it again...well the cashier acted like I wasn't even in front of her, then when I talked it was like I was bothering her. I then told her what coupons I was talking about and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about yet SHE described them to get manager over her little microphone. In Dover, the staff is so helpful, but here not so much. I gave them a snip snap coupon- which they refused.
