I figured that the off-putting "greeting" was probably due to a language barrier, but little did I know it would get much worse. So the pedicure itself was okay, my nails look alright, but it was very brief considering what it costed. The tech who did it seemed like she was racing to finish even though there was only one other customer there. She didn't even let my feet soak for more than a few minutes, didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails in or if I wanted them cut, she barely filed them, it was a mad rush. They even rushed me to pick a color. It was so bizarre! The woman who was at the door was snippy, pushy and even tried to tell me what color to get-unbelievable! Terrible Presentation: When I walked to the back where the pedicure chairs are, I immediately saw junk on the floor, boxes-some opened, some unopened. And boy was I sorry when I had to use the bathroom which they also use as a storage closet-it had more dusty boxes, junk, vacuum cleaners, etc. I'm sorry that I spent any of what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon in this place. Did not buffer my toe nail did not scrub my toes. All she did was take that off put those yellow things on my feet and polish them and I told her she did not give me a pedicure. She said I did. The blue thing is wet. All she did with the blue thing is rubbed the side of my big toe and rubbed it in the water and put it in the drawer. I do not recommend this salon to anyone because I feel like they treat people differently if you don't look the part , if you get what I mean and it's not my first experience my daughter had the same experience when she went, but I watched them do other people's feet differently. It took her every bit of 5 minutes to Complete the manicuring of my toes. when I told her she did not touch my heels in the bottom of my foot. She said she did when I know if you touched them. She should not have argued with me. She just should have did the service that I requested which was a pedicure which is what I did not get. Beautiful shop with a full bar in which they asked me if i wanted a drink. I see why they do this now so you're tipsy and dont mind the work. Homegirl used the pumice stone maybe one swipe down my heels and then punched the bottom of my feet 1 each then got to nail painting. Not a single file was used. I was in and out in 24 minutes and she had the nerve to tell me that next time they will charge me for gel removal but she didnt this time. uhhh yea because she literally hardly removed It the paint is bumpy as hell. I found hair by premiere. I looked at all the different hairstylists and found Haley Balck. Her work was perfect. So I booked a full foil and haircut with her. I am so happy I did. In one session she was able to get me to where I wanted to be, where that other hairdresser told me she couldnt get me to. She is very meticulous with her work and all about making you happy. She definitely loves what she does!! I will be back!! Thank you so much for getting me to the blonde that I wanted to be at.
