They had so many purses to choose from my brain was swimming. I didn't expect them to have so much. Although expensive I think you also realize the value of the type of purse you buy. She has helped us multiple times and she has been such a pleasure to work with. She is smart, educated, and pretty and she got my taste pretty quickly. After waiting for quite a while, we approached an employee and asked for help. The response was simply, "I'll send you someone," but no one came to assist us. There was no apology for the wait, no attention to customers, and the overall attitude felt rude and dismissive. For a luxury brand that prides itself on customer service, this experience was far below expectations. We left feeling ignored and unwelcome. Colston arriving late was out of there control but what wasn't out of their control was how they handled the crowd and the lack of accountability in making us wait, wait without any updates. The staff allowed people to come in and there was no rhyme or reason on how the line was set up inside. The line went sideways when Colston was interviewed by Tom Waddle because everyone got out of line so those that got there earlier had people who were in back go in front. Nothing was done about this when it brought up to one of the people running the event (dark haired brunette). This is the same person that seemed to speak differently to people of color vs. caucasian people. Needless to say, there should've had a event staff run this event because it was clear, whoever ran this had little to no experience the crowd size of 200+. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth as I shared with folks ahead of tonights event at LifeTime Fitness about this event featuring performance apparel. I came in just for a return and it was literally done in seconds! Absolutely no hassle or having to explain why I was making the return (had all tags and original mail order packaging). The clothing here is a bit pricier (but luckily I'm part of the V1 Community Program so it's much more affordable!). Everything I have bought from Vuori seems to hold up really well in the wash without any shrinkage, which makes it worth the extra cost.

Many times I've gotten things that I never really needed or worst product that wasn't good for me at all and I ended having to throw away everything. This time I came in the store after having done some research of my own and when Ashanti approached me to find out my needs, she heard me first and addressed my caress and concerns while educating me at the same time & it was only because I had an appointment with a dermatologist that I didn't purchase anything yet however, after I speak to my medical professional I will be back to shopping with Ashanti‼ Finally, an associate that really listens, hears, understands and cares about the clients needs over their own desires to make a sales quota or the like‼ I'm excited to shop with Ashanti in the future because of her wealth of knowledge, and ability to go above and beyond the call of duty!
