This store manager is NUTS. He does not allow any employees to communicate or talk to…read more customers. The employees will state, "I am paid to be here, not to work!" So a customer spends alot of time to wait for one person and the manager is that only person. He is rude, nasty and unknowledgeable. Floor and Decor must be on the way to closing all their stores. They work with a new contractor for 2026. Installations made easy. Avoid them too. . Avoid this nightmare company. They claim they have 50,000-60,000 employees not independent contractors. They have 1000's of supervisors but cannot connect to one. I believe this company is an absentee owner with his airhead daughter working the phones. They know nothing, they can not find anything, and why Floor and Decor does not vet them is unknown. They are a waste of time. Hours spent just having them look up a work order that the girl has no training and does not know what they do. The claim all their installers for plumbing, tile, flooring, counters, etc are their own employees and not independent contractors. I believe they are 100% fly by night, take advantage of the consumer. Avoid them. It also appears they have multiple addresses and phone numbers, the sign of a 100% scam company.

Being a B-Corporation I assumed they could give me tips or tricks. They told me I was completely out of luck. The CEO, Bruce Champeau, emailed me directly and told me they don't offer "repair kits" and I shouldn't expect to get a refund of replacement. I was really offended by this. I wasn't asking for a refund if replacement. If I'm spending close to $1,500 dollars on a 61" outdoor loveseat it should last more than just a few years and if they really stood behind the quality of their product they should be able to offer solutions to prolong the life of the product. I feel their poor commitment to quality and even worse behavior by their customer service and CEO will warrant me never returning to this brand in any capacity ever again. I've reported the CEO's Email to the B-Corporation customer complaint site.

He quoted all the items and showed us an estimate of the total. Added all the financing options which made it very hard not make the final purchase. There was only one item we could not find, a standup desk. We decided to check out one more place before making the final decision. Unfortunately, we found all the items we needed at that last location we visited. A stand up desk was a non-negotiable for us, which Bob's did not offer. The business is clean, restrooms are well kept. They offer refreshments and snacks. I thought that was very nice. The water was very appreciated after walking back and forth.
