I thought I reviewed this already, too. Apparently not. Anyway, this location is great. I didn't realize they were here until my neighbor told me. It's great for when I don't want to go to the mall and deal with the crowds. I've been here twice, both times during their major sales (e.g., the all body care $5 sale), and it's been hoppin' in here. The staff has been great -- attentive and helpful without being overly intrusive. In general I think B&BW is overprice, but when they run their sales it's a great deal. I'm glad this location is doing well, as I'll likely continue coming here instead of dealing with mall traffic. read more

Our go to Bath & Body Work store. It's convenient, plenty of parking, friendly employees and they have plenty of cellophane bags and ribbons if you're giving out gifts. They're very patient when it comes to ringing up big orders. We shop for a bunch a stuff to ship to the Philippines for Christmas but I hear Bath & Body is coming to Bonafacio Global City (BGC)?? Until then, family members are very happy to see that this stuff is made in Ohio. It's a great store and location, they just need to redo the parquet wood floors, because of all the foot traffic. read more

Went in today to return 13 candles we had purchased online during the 9.95 candle sale. We had spent hours on the phone with BBW with no luck in getting a price adjustment. Decided to just return them HOWEVER the amazing lady at the checkout was able to return them and have me repurchase them with the code, as it never initially applied during the sale. I like that this location is well stocked and in a convenient location, however compared to every other Bath & Body Works location I've been to, the employees here aren't as friendly or welcoming. This doesn't apply to every employee there, however there are a couple that are extremely grouchy. The woman that rung me up suggested the coupons I was trying to use were already "redeemed" even though I had just recently gotten them in the mail and had torn them out of the booklet that same day. I emphasized that I didn't redeem any of them, but she just gave me a blank stare like I was either lying or stupid. I ended up not using them and walked out without getting my free body care item. Never had a problem with any of the coupons they send me or a negative experience such as this. It honestly spoiled my day. read more

I love Bath & Body Works and this location in particular. I used to always go to the store in Old Orchard, but this one is close to my house, easier to find parking for and it's never as crowded! This is my fav BBW location because it's low key, conveniently located and the staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Danielle, in particular, is a fantastic associate. Hardworking and accommodating, she went out of her way to assist me this morning and I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. This store is well laid out and avoids being overwhelming or cluttered despite its small square footage. When I come here I'm always greeted and asked what I've come in for and the sales people are good about not hovering but quick to come to help or direct. I often see and get helped by Joy - I noticed her name today likely because we are nearing the holidays. She is honestly a treasure! She shows me the great deals and is always up for questions. Everything gets packed up perfectly and she makes sure I utilize all of my coupons. Even with the mask, you know she is smiling. So thanks Joy for spreading some joy! read more

I have been in/out of the hospital for years but I have been able to call this location & Jamie will get all my products ready for my husband to run in & get them. She goes above & beyond. This location has always been extremely clean, the customer service is the best. I go out of my way to go to this location just because of when you walk in the door you are not treated as just a other customer but you are treated as part of the Bath & Body family. Stopped in here to use a gift card I got for Christmas. The store is very clean and well stocked. What I especially liked was that despite the fact it is loaded with all kinds of scents, the smell in the store is pleasant. Some places I have gone into have given me headaches from the over powering smells. B&BW is set way back in this large strip mall. Had I not been looking for the one nearest my home, I doubt I would ever have stumbled across this place. They offer some very nice deals. I stocked up on scented candles and a really nice tote bag. This location is really convenient for me and I find it's a great place to pick up small, inexpensive gifts for friends (or for myself)! The sales people are very helpful and the store is always spotless and attractively arrayed. Some things are pricey but if you sign up for emails, they will tell you about upcoming sales. They always seem to be running some sort of special promotion. Several times I have received coupons good for a free travel size item with no purchase required. I like the deep cleansing hand soap and coconut based body lotions. I use a lot of lotion in the wintertime to keep my hands from cracking, and in the summer I apply it after swimming. I like the fact that it doesn't feel greasy. There really is a difference between their products and the stuff they sell in discount stores. read more

I like Bath and Bodyworks. This one is particularly nice because after a visit or two, they seem to know your name and what you have in tastes. Now THAT'S nice. The scents are clean and not overpowering. The men's products are not overly cloying, and they have quite a nice selection. My only problem is I WISH the men's collection also came in travel sizes. It would be nice to take the smaller sizes when I go on trips. But that's up to the company itself, not the individual stores. read more

Came here the customer service is off the charts. The girls are so friendly and helpful. The store was extremely clean and organized and well stocked. I came on sunday feb 3 a hour before closing there where only 2 girls working. But everything was on point...i can't Express how much i feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Seriously this is gonna be my only go to bath and body store for now on. Kudos to the employees job well done.. I recently scored a new job so I wanted to treat myself to a little something and thought B&B Works would be an economical way to go. This is a great store because it is not inside a mall -it is a singe store in a strip mall and is never crowded! I had smelled this WONDERFUL new scent called Butterfly Flower several months ago and had been thinking about purchasing it ever since. When I got there, I had the pleasure of meeting sales clerk Rhiannon (kind of like Rhianna meets Shannon, cool huh? She explained however that her parents named her after a Fleetwood Mac song.) Anyway, she was the sweetest and most knowledgeable girl ever! I normally am not into a "sales pitch" but Rhiannon wasn't trying to "sell" me something. I genuinely believed she was just really passionate about her job and really just wanted to let me know about all the great products. She was young, down to earth and just cute as a button. I see some management or corporate training opportunities in her future! So she introduced me to "P.S. I Love You Spring Fling" another deeeelicious scent and I was hooked. I took advantage of their "Buy 3, Get 2 Free" deal which included the bottled perfumes. So I scored the perfume I had been coveting as well as got a free body spray as part of the deal -so it was really like "Buy One, Get One Free." Love it! I love bath and body!!! But can the employees PLEASE take it down a notch ??? Overbearing...from the minute u walk in...constantly hovering over your shoulder.Yes..I have worked retail and understand you need to advise customers of specials, etc....but, I like to leisurely browse , ALONE but they are hawking over you...its annoying. At first I thought that I was just being paranoid but in speaking with other people when I have referred them to that particular store to pick up gifts and what not , they shared the same similar stories of the obnoxious employees. There is an AFRICAN AMERICAN female and a CAUCASIAN/ LATINA who really need to chill out. They will tell you about the specials and then just keep popping up and trying to talk to us about the products...even once I make clear that I am fine with a stern "Okay, thank you , I will let you know when I need you"....they still keep at it!!!!! Even with a supervisor of store seems to be a bit challenged socially so it's just very awkward and uncomfortable. Here's a tip : tell me about specials and be done with it.... and also when customers are checking out if they do not take advantage of the specials you don't need to keep reminding us and reiterating that we are missing out on them. I have a budget, I am an adult and do not need someone telling me how I am "missing out" on a good deal. They need to take a quick course in Sales and Marketing tactics read more
