She showed us around and explained that the candles are all eco friendly, and that you can bring in your empty jars to get refilled! She makes jarred candles, but also decorative varieties like tea cup candles, "beach" lanterns, and candle holders. I got the English Garden jar candle, and it comes with a local Lewes shell on it, so pretty! The candle smells amazing and has a slow burn, which is great! I was…read moretraveling to ocean city and needed a hair care product and decided to venture to ulta Beauty nearby. I walked in the door and was greeted by a young sales associate who asked me if they could help me find anything. I pulled up a picture of exactly what I was looking for and I had already done my due diligence and researched that ulta did in fact carry the product. He looks for a second and assured me that this location does not carry the brand design essentials at all. I almost walked out but decided to look around myself since I did go out of my way and I really needed this product or something similar. I walk to the back and find hair care products that look like they cater to black women and amazingly there is an entire section of Design Essentials. I quickly locate the product I needed and headed to check out. After arriving at the checkout I am instructed to put in my phone number. I inform the young lady I have never purchased anything from Ulta and did not have a rewards membership. She asked if I would like to sign up and I declined. She then informed me that I could not make any returns without being a rewards member. Overall I was more annoyed with the policy and the lack of knowledge of the sales associate. I'd rather someone admit they don't know or ask for help than just confidently tell me their store doesn't carry the very product I found a whole display of.
