Found a bath and body works open. Limited people inside. Not many items on sale. Sunday was an hour long line. I went Monday in the afternoon and it was less then 5 mins to go in. They have the semi annual sale but not many items. They have a lot of $6 sprays that are usually $10-$15. They were super nice. Even helped fine a gift bag that was on sale. They also have hand sanitizer outside and inside for sale. 5 for $8. read more

While out school shopping I noticed a Bath and Body Works tucked away in a corner of the shopping center and had to go in. I love the 5 for $8 deals on sanitizer; especially with all the kids going back to school. I'm so glad I went in because they had the best customer service and even better two big 75 percent off tables with so many great body products. I get spending less than 25 dollars including four sprays and sanitizer. Yay! read more

I LOVE Bath and Body Works. No matter what location I visit all the gals are so friendly and helpful. Picked up some car scents and Christmas presents this trip. I am loving the Strawberry Snowflake scent right now. I also picked up some Tissue the Season and Frosted Cranberry. I enjoyed the jar candle holders more so last year than 2022 so I didn't pick up any this year. Stocking stuffer and jar candles for some gifts. My mother had previously got me hooked on the car scents. She picked me out a blinged out car scent holder with gems. FYI in the Arizona heat the glue melted and allnthr gems fell off. Next time I will aim the scent holder up hoping I still get the same strong scent without losing the bling. read more

I'm so disappointed with Bath and Body Works. I literally shop in this store several times a month. My husband took my daughter to pick up Christmas presents for her friends. He stayed outside while she shopped, the store is pretty small so he was able to keep his eyes on her from outside. He had no idea what transpired until I shared later this evening after speaking with her. Clearly he would have given her the three pennies. I happen to be on a business trip, if I was there I would have returned the entire purchase and gave them an extra three pennies. My 13 year old went to the register to purchase two candles and three travel size lotions. The lotion was on sale- buy 2 get 1 free. Apparently she was three pennies short! The cashier advised her that she needed to put something back. She didn't want to hold up the line to go outside to inform my husband that she was three pennies short so she put two of the lotions back and completed her purchase. She was probably a little embarrassed as well. While some may disagree...Here's the issue that I have! A child is spending money in your establishment- not to mention for holiday gifts and you make them put items back for THREE PENNIES! She could have shopped at another establishment. I understand that you didn't want your register short for THREE PENNIES however I'm sure that multiple people left pennies there today. I will be sure to bring you three pennies and NEVER spend another penny in your store. read more

I was in the store a few months ago and I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now. My daughter is 3 and enjoys wearing her princess costumes out of the house. That day she was dressed up as Elsa and the moment we approached the store two of the employees walked out and yelled "It's Elsa! I didn't know a princess was coming." As we walked into the store, the other two employees joined in and all four continued to praise how pretty she looked and how special she was. Rarely do everyday events warm my heart, but the employees of Bath and Body Works made my day. So grateful! read more

As Dirty Harry might ask, "How much are you willing to pay to smell good, huh Punk?" If your answer involves the Dollar Store, you can move along, nothing to see here folks. However, if you enjoy changing out the scents in your sinks at the change of each season as the Princess and I do, this is the review for you. Bath and Body Works is a great little category killer retailer that specializes in scents (soaps, lotions, candles, misc). As most category killers go, this one also plays the high/pricing game with the best of them. If you plan on going in without coupons, please do the staff a favor and bring your own smelling salts so they can revive you follow the inevitable sticker shock. Most of the items are in the $10-12 range but if you play the game right, as we did last time, you can get the price down to about $5 per item by buying around $30 worth of products-if you have the coupons and follow their sales. The product is quality, it doesn't dry your skin out and I do enjoy the smell. The one area that really bugs me about BBW is they have yet to figure out how to send me an email coupon that I can simply show on my Smartphone. They insist you print the coupon and bring it in to receive the discount. So much for sustainability. Figure it out guys, everyone else has. The staff is always eager to help, sometimes a little too much but I'd rather have that than be ignored. Overall, I always enjoy our quarterly trips even if it's for product that just goes down the drain. read more

If you have a small child who has to use the restroom you're on your own. I spend well over $3000 a year in this store and when my 3 year old had to use the bathroom they told us we had to go to kohls. I've worked retail and whenever a small child has had to use the restroom it was never a problem. Even during covid we were able to use the restroom at other bath and body works. I will NOT be returning to this store and will now question if I should continue doing busniess with this company in general. read more

Store full of customers 8 minutes before closing time. I wasn't allowed in; they didn't want my business during posted business hours. I made a trip to get a nice smelling candle and left with a feeling of wasted time that could only be made right by wasting more time letting Yelp users know that you should arrive at least before 8 minutes before closing. Not sure how much earlier. The listed hours don't list the actual store hours. And if you manage this store, think about honoring your listed store hours so that potential customers don't mistakenly use listed store hours as truthful store hours and get sent away. You can be in here for 37 seconds and 4 employees all standing next to each other will ask you if you need help finding something over and over until you flee the premises. I can not even begin to say how happy this store and its employees made me tonight. When I read that Bath and Body Works would be shutting down for 2 weeks, I was worried because I was almost out of soap. I got there right when they were closing and Emma stayed and helped me with all the scents. She gave personalized recommendations based on which scents I liked/disliked. Went in for the semi annual sale and noticed their prices were higher than what was listed online. Showed them the online prices weren't just for online orders but they wouldn't price match. They also don't have the buy online pick up in store option like the arrowhead location. Bummer! read more

Every Bath and Body works that I have ever been to has accepted expired coupons. Ours was two days old so I do get that it has expired but this lady was snobby about it and wouldn't let us use it. I stopped in here to buy candles and was really disappointed. First of all within about 3 minutes of entering I realized the candle section is now really small. The candles they do have smelled like my grandmothers attic or like I was walking by Perfumania in a jar. Just my opinion. What happened to the simple scented candles like Warm Vanilla Sugar? My favorite candle, Cherry Blossom was discontinued years ago and I realize I haven't missed anything by not shopping here in a very long time. I suppose if you enjoy smelling like Lemon Pledge and other fruits this is the place to be. As I glanced around the store after being held up by the salesperson it looked like they may carry some decent body lotion that didn't smell like fruit but because of her I was not about to stick around much longer. They do still carry the Lavender Vanilla linen spray and that's the best thing I can say about this store. The sales person was overbearing. When asked, I said I was only here to check out the candles and she proceeded to name every candle that was sitting on a small table in front of me. Well I have to say that this store doesn't impress me a bit. It's not the store. It's actually the new manager, Sarah. I had to return stuff ( w/ receipts) and she made me feel like I wasn't allowed too. Questioning me why? Many different ways n times. Even though if you look at the bottom of the receipt.. It says that BBW guarantees 100%, as well as the fact that I would have gone to the Arrowhead Mall store, but they were closed due to their location moving. The manager at that location told me to come in and she would assist me but I forgot they were closed. So I ended up having to go to the Lake Pleasant location. Nina, the associate who was doing my returns was nice and courteous. I won't be shopping at this location again due to the rudeness of the manager. Went in today because I wanted air fresheners for my car. I walked in and the greeter was extremely rude. She was an older lady with really blonde hair and had glasses and she said in a very rude tone, "go grab one of those bags because you need it at checkout". So I said okay thank you in a nice tone. I walked towards the register because that's where the care fresheners ate located. At the counter was a woman in a wheel chair buying soaps. I do not know the full story but the employee at the register said "is that okay?" to the old woman and I do not think she responded so the employee decided to scream slowly at the old woman. It was very condescending. I walked away and asked the older woman who i tales to earlier in a very nice way if they had any more car fresheners because I couldn't find them and all she said was "no we are out". NO eye contact, nothing. I was appalled because I have always come to this location. read more

Your candles are getting CHEAP In quality! Most of them only burn down half way until the wicks are useless. I have had to throw away so many that never burned down. The fragrance is also weak .... used to have great quality candles years ago but not anymore. Glade makes better candles and actually burn completely and have a noticeable fragrance. read more

I would love to give this location more stars, however the manager of this store is so unprofessional . She taints the entire experience. The store is well stocked and clean, very shoppable. The staff is polite and helpful as well. However the manager is so bad, and I wonder why they keep her. I was shopping a few months ago, and had extra coupons that where set to expire, so while in line to check out, I gave one to a lady in line in fount of me. The manager glared at me, gave me a dirty look, and finished checking the woman out who I had given the coupon too. I was next in line, and another associate helped me. Has soon as her customer left, the manager started complaining that they had just lost $10 in sales because I gave the previous lady a coupon. She made such a big deal out of it. I was shocked, and she kept going on right up until I walked out of the store. I was parked right in front of the store, and she then proceeded to follow me out the door, yelling at me the entire time! She lost her mind! I called the corporate office while sitting in my car, while she was having the melt down. I was sent a gift card for my trouble, but months later the phyco is still there!
