I looked up a Dewalt multi-tool on the internet and was pleasantly surprised to find Lowe's had a combo package that inc numerous parts AND a charger and battery that was the cheapest listed. I went to my local Lowe's in Mesa AZ only to be told that ONLY the Peoria AZ store was running that sale, 45 miles away and they don't do inter-store transfers. What big chain store in this day and age doesn't do transfers? CRAZY! I called the Peoria store from the Mesa store and was on the phone for 10 min only to have them tell me I needed to call the Peoria NORTH store that's even further away, as they didn't have any, OR just go home and order it on my home computer or phone. This latter process would not work on my computer as it would not ID the Peoria North store, so I went back to my phone and got almost all the way through before a CC# and then had a 'no delivery available' message, start over. I then called the Peoria North store and another 10 min was spent before they said they could only sale in person. Went back to the phone only to see the price was now raised $20. It doesn't matter if we need help finding something, have a question or are just passing by an employee, they are very helpful and super friendly. We buy everything from outside chair cushions, paint, outside rugs and more. The selections have been good for most things and the prices are reasonable. I called the store where we purchased our dishwasher. They said their system only goes back 6 months. I have the original receipts They can't locate our dishwasher. Our dishwasher is less than 2 years old $500. Making noises. I found screws and a piece of metal in the filter. All I was able to do was fill out a claim that was denied and then dispute it. This started in end of August. It's now October. I even spoke to a manager Brian, and he seemed very careless. Like there's nothing I can do. He made no effort to resolve the issue. We purchased 3 ceiling fans back in Feb 2025. We decided to have Lowe's do the install. Went to Lowe's to set up the install we were told we would need to do a refund for the fans and then do repurchase of the fans for Lowe's to do the install. My husband came home told me and the. We went back to the store to set up a time to have to schedule the install (today 9/28) we went to customer service the guy said sure and then I had a question about the interest rate the guy went to talk to the manager and then we were told couldn't have Lowe's do the install! Manager Brian B said it past the window of 30 days to do install! We weren't told that when we purchased the ceiling fans! I asked to speak to the manager which was Brian B. He wasn't polite he said (as he was rolling his eyes at me) he couldn't believe wasn't offered the install when we purchased the fans. Terrible customer service. Just kept starring at me like "what do you want attitude". Employees aren't probably trained when my husband went in initially and told we could do it and then went back in and they we were told different story when initially went in today and the first guy was going to help us. I'm so sick and tired of going to this store and know one knows what they are doing! We also went in to talk to someone about screens for windows and spoke to 2 men that had no clue and they work in that area of the store. Why aren't people properly trained? For purchases it is a nice store as long as you can "help yourself" . You need to avoid purchasing the installation services. They are done by a company called NEXLVL and are not BBB accredited. Check Yelp reviews. My installation was a disaster and ended up costing me an additional $300 out of pocket to hire a plumber that actually knew what he was doing. I got a half done install for my garbage disposal that leaked and got a broken drain connector for my R/O system that I had to pay for because the installer told me "they always break and we are not responsible". The pipes leaked into my kitchen cabinet. Called NEXLVL "so sorry" we can send someone out sometime next week will let you know in the next 2-4 days when that will be. . I called Lowe's customer service telling them I should get a refund of my install charge and after 22 minutes talking and on hold I was told the manager said" not our problem as you have already paid for the install". read more

I love this Lowe's and swear I had written a review prior. A few years back our local Lowe's had microwaves that had gap around thr front frame which allowed sunlight to peak through it. It was 1/4 of an inch bowed gap. After returning the first two Junior had told us he couldn't sell us anymore unless we kept it as he could sell them to other customers. We visited this location and found one that didn't have such a gaping bow. We also learned Junior's rules were his own and not Lowe's policy whatsoever. They were so helpful. This visit I went with friends to pick up a extra special house warming gift a few of us pitched in for friends of ours party. They were so helpful with answering questions, purchase and delivery. It is also a great location when I need something and our location is out. They also offer propane bottle exchanges here. read more

Just very frustrating, buying my washing machine,experience during buying was okay at best, then slowly got worse. When the 2 guys came to install, they turned the water lever by the machine to off, barely gave it a tiny twist on the valve and said I needed to call a plumber because the water won't shut off, I said you barely touched the Valve, seemed it's just pressure, i said. They insist I need a plumber, as soon as they left, I turned the water valve off, unscrewed the valves and No water coming out. I proceeded to install my self and did it under ten minute, im a female and never did this, and so they didn't take my old washer because of their incompetence. So i had to call to get it picked up I explained to several people why they didn't take it and for about ten minutes trying to get to the right person being transferred over and over, finally spoke to a supervisor and he hung up on me because i said the guys that came were dumb because of the situation etc..., so instead wanting to listen to my situation he ran with that and got very excited in his tone and shouted that I can't cuss out his employees and hung up on me. I had to call back because I needed to ask for the $50 they charged me to pick up old machine since I was canceling(to give to my neighbor instead) and the asst manager Debbie was obviously briefed because they transferred me and had me on hold again. I tried to tell her everything that happened and she was totally uninterested. Be careful buying appliances here. It's been awful on several levels of very poor customer service and very uninterested if you are having issues because they stay quiet and run off topics as soon as they can,customer service is very poor if you have an issue and definitely questionable work ethics, and i feel not worth it if it's going to go from bad to worse instead the other way. I'm sure they will defend themselves very well, that is obviously a given in my opinion, which doesn't count in their opinion by their actions. read more

Worst experience I've had in a long time. I had a 10% off coupon in my email. Went to use the coupon at checkout and when a partial gift card was use on the order it removed the coupon. A girl came over to assist and said the only option was to complete the order, then refund the order and ring up the order again. She asked me to go to customer service to assist. Instead of following me over to customer service to explain to them, I had to wait until they were done with the prior customer. I then had to explain to the customer service person they need to refund me then apply a 10%. They looked confused, then pointed out on the receipt that a discount was applied. The discount was only 5% and not 10%. I went home and have been sitting and waiting now for 15 minutes and no one will answer the phone. I will not be forced to go back to the store and waste even more of my time explaining this entire transaction again. WOW! I just updated my review changing to 3 stars because Rory the manager I spoke to on the phone was able to fix my order on the phone and not require a follow up trip back to the store. Walked around the store looking for wood shelving, not one employee asked if I needed any help. After loading all the wood on my cart and going up front to get assistance at the wood cutting area. The saw was down and out of service. After paying for all my wood, I realized I was over charged for the wood and was asked to go over to Customer Service. Found out someone stacked a bunch of full sheets of boards in the wrong spot. Needless to say, it was double the price than I thought. Instead of price matching it they expected me to suck it up. Absolute worst experience of my life dealing with Lowe's flooring in Peoria off Lake Pleasant Boulevard. Took them three weeks to get a measurement. The company eclipse flooring came out and did measuring and I had my parents there to do the door opening for them. The guy argued with my parents the whole time about where I wanted my flooring. Took three weeks to get, an estimate from eclipse to Lowe's. Then I went in to purchase the flooring they screwed up there even more told him I needed the flooring installed by July 16 and they said that's no problem at all. Flooring is not scheduled now until late July. Bunch of bullshit. Also, I applied for the Lowe's. American Express card was approved for it, but then they could not use it to buy the flooring because they had a glitch in their system. As we are in the middle of a massive Covid spike in AZ and masks are required in our county, I expected my delivery drivers would be taking all recommended precautions. Instead, they came to my door not wearing masks and after dropping off the items, came to me with a clip board and a pen to sign for delivery, again with no mask. Your delivery team should be wearing masks and you should be finding a way for us to sign for the order without a clipboard and shared pen, eliminating the possibility for social distancing. read more

They promised 1 week ( 1300 sq ft) The installer took at least 8 days off during that time .
