Place is always orderly. Usually do online order and pick up and it goes pretty quick. They always check to make sure the items are correct. And the employees are pretty pleasant. There's quite a few of these bath and body around me that's the same distance away. But this place is my go to since there's ample parking and it's usually quick. read more

Want to the Washington Square location today around 11:30. The person that greeted us sprayed a fragrance on a paper and shoved it in my face, at the same time asking us if we were looking for anything special. I said no, then asked her where I could dispose of the paper. She literally snatched it out of my hand turned and threw it in the garage. I was going to say something back but since I was with my granddaughter celebrating spring break I didn't. We bought her a few things. The girl at the register was sweet. Then as we walked out my 9 year old said that lady was so rude to you. She snatched it out of your hand! I didn't think she noticed...that woman needs an attitude adjustment. The scent from all the candles, lotions and soaps gives me an instant headache. I find the scents of the lotions to be overly strong and sweet, just not my thing. Reminds me of the first perfumes I purchased when I was a teenager. They are always offering sales - like buy 2 get one or buy 3 get two - so for those who enjoy their products and like layering body wash with lotions and body sprays, this is your store. There is usually a crowd and these stores are everywhere so obviously I'm the outlier. read more

Went into today and the staff were very helpful and kind. The girl in the front offered me a basket for my products and today you could get 3 wick candles for 25 % off. The two girls at the cash register were very nice and told me all the sweet deals on their products. The girl who checked me out was especially very sweet. Definitely will be coming back read more

I'm not allowed to come here alone, my boyfriend has to chaperone me or I spend too much money. I love all the stinky stuff they have...it's hard to chose between the hand soap, lotions, bed sprays, lips glosses, foot scrubs ect. I like this store, it's pretty quiet and you don't get harassed the whole time like you do at the mall. Cascade station has a lot to offer, next time stop by and pick up something that'll make you smell good. read more

I feel like this store profiles people/person of color often. I order online and pick up after work or just stop in to shop, dress up or down same behavior/treatment every time. Yet I watch other hard working citizens who might be considered as not being a people/person of color shop and associates gives such a more positive energy. I have even tested this theory on multiple occasions by asking friends and family to shop and give me feedback because it bothered me. Disappointing but I still shop bath and bodywork's. I just choose not to frequent this location for this reason.luckily not all locations treated you like you should be followed and watch like a hawk, you can actually browse, test the products, ask questions. A all round pleasant experience.I tried to address it with store and I feel like it went no where. Hope they will one day work on this behavior. read more

I was skeptical about the risk of going in for candle day but I'm glad I did. They are enforcing distancing guidelines as best they can, limiting number of customers in the store, requiring hand sanitizer before entering the store, and disinfecting equipment in between each customer. The employees were all helpful and friendly despite it being a wildly busy weekend for them. read more

This store is in Cascade Station, close to the airport, and on the MAX line. I have shopped here a number of times because of it's close proximity to my employee parking lot. It's not a large store, but it does carry the full line of products. The store isn't usually overly busy, so it's easy to get what you need and get going. If you need travel size products for your trip, this would be a good choice to try. I'm a junky, so I stop more often than I should because of the great sales. read more

Thank you to the two amazing associates who made a price adjustment so simple today. I came in to this location after visiting another location a few days ago where I purchased several items. I had forgotten my coupon and the sales associate refused to honor it. So I decided to come back with my coupon and receipt to get a price adjustment. ($10 is $10 right?) The manager and associate were so nice and apologetic about it and made sure to give me a coupon for next time that they had also forgotten to give me. Thank you Cascade Station BBW! read more

Went in to exchange purchase made online, was immediately approached at the door offering assistance, GREAT one would think, after grabbing a few items went to make the exchange, was advised the items weren't on the packaging slip? Proceeded to go to the front door since reception is horrible to locate the receipt via my phone, returned to the counter, Tiffany states, this is the same receipt as the packaging slip! Located the actual item by it's picture and showed her it INDEED was on there, she then states "she overlooked it"! Proceeded with the return, I asked rather than returning, if she simply could apply the credit towards my purchase, had to ask management who advised only of I have a packaging slip! I let her know I did but her employee overlooked it, unfortunately now I cannot have this happen as a result. I explained how problematic this was, as a result having items returned with no receipt when one was presented. Tiffany exclaimed she was not accusing me of stealing,.ironically, I never said such a thing, I told her if she was feeling guilty of something then thats on her! The manager approached, comforting Tiffany, I asked if she'd be comforting me as well since I was the one harmed, I mean after all clearly Tiffany thought I was stealing!! She then dismissed herself to the back, I'm wondering if there's a trauma room for #METOO after being traumatized by this Caucasian woman?? Usually, when I am shopping at Bath & Body Works I have a Coupon. Today, though, everything that was on my List was on Sale. I bought Three Minis, which were Buy Two Get One Free. And, I bought Three Car Scent Refills, which were Three for $ 9.00. I also bought Six Wallflower Refills, which were on Sale for $ 3.50 each. One time, when my Husband and I returned Home from a Day of Outdoor Entertainment, he remarked that Our Half Bathroom downstairs smelled really, really Good.... I had put a Pumpkin Scented Wallflower Refill in there a few days earlier. I find that the Wallflower Refills last about a Month. There were some Newer Scents, as well as some of the more familiar scents... so there was a Good Variety for me to choose from on the shelves. And lastly, I bought Four of the Eight Ounce Deep Cleansing Liquid Hand Soaps for Six for $ 26.00. I almost bought a Tube of Shimmery Lip Gloss, in a Red Wine Color, it's the Mentha one,... but... I already Own sooooo many various colors of Lip Glosses. read more

One of the store associates followed us around and watched us like a hawk. Everywhere we went, she went and tried to keep an eye on us. Oh, because we're black, we can't browse and smell products without being carefully watched? She seriously wouldn't leave us alone. This location definitely have at least one prejudice worker and management needs to fix that. I wish I had got the lady's name so I could put it in this review. I typically like Bath & Body Works but this particular associate definitely made my experience a bad one. read more

This little store offers an array of products while you wash your hands and moisturize. The workers are welcoming and extremely generous when it comes to trying out their products in the store. Out of all the locations, this is one of my favorites since the employees offer a welcoming hand but also leave you alone to explore. read more
