Clean store, aisles with products faced & showing 'per item cost' by Littiar & crew. Didn't have a specifuc tweezer or smaller boar bristle brush, but I'll be returning. Littiar (new manager) looked up from a conversation to greet me & was quick, during the sales process. Lots of parking; possibly due to weather. read more

What a bunch of idiots here. I ordered 3 boxes of dye online along with some other things for in store pickup. When I arrive to the store I ask to check my order and only one box of dye is on the bag. I ask the woman who was checking my id and another employee chimes in loudly saying it was rejected with a nasty attitude. Basically she told me it was out of stock and that I had only been charged for one. She shoved this printed receipt in my face that clearly said I had been charged for 2. She proceeded to walk to the shelf and say that was a mistake because there weren't anymore than 1 of them. I accepted this because running out of stock is completely normal and I walk over to choose a new color. Upon looking at the shelf for 1 minute I found both of my missing dyes in their respective spots and proceeded to go up to the register to tell her. At this point this monster is pissed off at me just because I found the dyes she was too lazy to search for. In the end I still had to repay for the third dye I was already charged for online and deal with this psycho ringing me up all upset and just plain rude. read more

Went into Sally's to buy some items so I can dye my hair, the products did not end up working so my partner wanted to do something nice and returned them on my behalf since I am working. 1.) when my partner went in to return the products the lady (AVA the manager) that helped him was rude, she said "these items were used" mind you the receipt STATES "love it or return it guarantee" I made sure to read the policy to make sure my return was right. I only used the products once and they did not workout so obviously I'm not gonna keep $50 worth of items I don't love. 2.) the lady tried to scare my partner by saying "I will have to escalate this to the fraud department. You mean to tell me your full bottles that are only missing 1 pump worth of product is causing you to suspect something!? If you're gonna send it to the fraud department then do it but don't be rude telling that to a customer trying to scare them out of returning the items. 3.) during the refund process my partner was already not liking this lady and thought she was being rude so he contacted me to make sure my refund was right. This lady was trying to hurry him up into accepting the refund. This whole process should've been simple and easy and the lady made it difficult, don't shop here unless you want rude customer service and overpriced products read more

*Warning this post is pro- military... Yesterday, I came here looking for a product and this location did not have it. When I was unable to locate the item, I asked the cashier if this location had the item in stock. She advised the location did not have the item and offered to call another location to determine if the product was in stock; great! *This is where the decent customer service experience stops! As I was prepared to walk out of the location, a robust blonde women enters the store in a huff. This women was the manager based upon what I could deduce. *She was carrying a bank money bag (used for deposits in retail stores) and had on a Sally's name tag. This employee blurts out to the cashier who was helping me "I am not going back out today, I am too tired and the bank will be closed tomorrow because of some holiday--Columbus day or something" (the employee was rolling her eyes when she said this). The cashier responded to the manager's comments with "Yes, I think it is". As a Veteran, (who happened to be wearing her Operation Enduring Freedom ball-cap); I respond, "It's Veteran's day". The manager retorts with a sigh "Well, whatever, I just know it's an inconvenience". Okay here is when I get all 'Mmmmerica' on that ass: Dear Ms. Robust Blonde Manager and Sally Beauty Supply Corporate, I am extremely sorry if Veterans day is an inconvenience for you and your organization. I would hope that my sacrifices as well as those of the many Veterans who have gone before me and who have come after me are not seen as inconveniences, but viewed as more of an honor to protect and defend the greatest country in the world. DO NOT buy from Sally Beauty Supply!!!! Their website has issues, so they tell you to download an app. Also, the prices for the same items are different. They charge less money online than in the stores but if you take a photo in with the price, they'll match it. Also, there is no membership and they are now charging .15 for a bag. I have at least 30 reusable bags in my car, was there a sign??? No!!! When I called corporate, and FINALLY got through she gave me a story that these changes happened around July. Really??? There was never anything said on the website. When I asked about price differences, she said it could be a promotion. No, it's not, they charge different prices in the store. This was my first time in, but I came in with several products that I needed to style my dog for a competition. Not their typical client, I don't look or play the part of someone who takes care of themselves, but they treated me just the same. The employees were nice and extremely helpful. They answered my questions and directed me to products that fit the bill of what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place, they know their stuff and were very friendly. Its Sallys. You go in, get what you need, ask questions if you have them, pay and viola. They have tons of great products, frequent good sales, and for the most part- really good customer service. Just sucked that this week we went in twice, and they couldn't honor gift cards or credit cards because their "internet was down".. They said it was going to be about 4 days before its fixed. Um, that's WACK. So later that week (my daughter was coloring her hair) we went to the other Sallys in Pflugerville and all was just right with the world. We used her gift card just fine. read more

I love Sally's. When I walk into a Sally's, I generally bee-line to the nail polish, what can I say? It's an obsession. Good prices for members, which costs $5 to join but you get a $5 coupon. Hello, free membership. The women at this particular Sally location are always very rude and suspicious of me. I'm a 19 year old girl, so I guess I fit the thieving demographic? I don't know, but it kinda makes me want to steal something just to give the old bitties something to talk about. If you use a debit/credit card, better have your ID! The lady was knowledgable and helpful showed me exactly where to the product was that I needed and handed it to me then she allowed me to walk around on my own. Went in to Sally's on 11/9/19 and brought hair color. When I checked out, I was asked if I wanted to use my rewards coupon. So I said yes. I went back on 11/10/19 to EXCHANGE out the unopened hair color for the same brand but different color and was told I would have to pay since my rewards coupon couldn't be used a second time. I politely responded, "I was just in here yesterday, it's an exchange and I'm not purchasing anything else". Now the young girl checking me out was clearly not happy with me since I was questioning why I was being charged since it was an exchange. After serveral minutes, another girl standing next her starting helping her and then the original cashier said something about not doing this and walked off. The other girl finished looking at it and called her back to explain to her what she did. They ended up doing the EXCHANGE as a new purchase. I have used rewards and coupons at other places and when an exchange is done it is honored. I sent an email regarding my experience to Sally's contact online on 11/10/19 but have not had a response. I realize you can only use the coupon only once but an exchange should not be treated as a new purchase. I have been shopping at Sally's for years and have noticed the changes since ownership has changed hands, but is this really how Sally Beauty Supply wants to treat Customers? read more
