I was lingering just waiting for someone to ask to help me and give them a chance. Nada. On top of that the soaps smelled awful, very strong like flowers at a funeral home almost. At least the few I smelled while there. Really it's all about customer service, so I wish I had a better experience. I hope they work on that, as there were so many employees just sitting around not engaging. I was one of two people in the store so no excuse. Love a good homemade soap. For laundry powder - you can go with one of their already blended staple scents (I personally love Commando) or make your own - one staff helped me blend Patchouli and Sandlewood that I really enjoyed!
