After my initial consultation, I was able to schedule surgery within 2 weeks and I could not be more happy with everything. In addition to my surgery, Dr. Brought personally performs injections instead of having a nurse or another injector do it and that makes me feel like I am in the best hands and getting the most out of what I am looking for. I have never felt pressured and Dr. Brought actually will often do less than what I think I need if he doesn't think it is necessary. I would trust him with any of my family or friends.

She explained it's not an exact science, we would need to play the shape of the tattoo and the duration of the work by ear. She doesn't listen. It's frustrating. I know what I like. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.

We had planned a girls day of shopping, nails, lunch and brows. Sheron was super sweet and communicative with scheduling the appt. We arrived a bit early and I texted Sheron to let her know. She greeted us at the door and escorted us in the room which was gorgeous. Very calm and soothing with plants, beautiful decor, calm music and it smelled great. It felt as we knew Sheron! We talked about getting older, music, spa things, products, etc. It was like hanging with a friend who does your brows. She did explain what she was doing with my friend and addressed her concerns and answered questions. I LOVED the result of the brow tint and wax and thought she did a beautiful job, I will be back for Sheron to do mine! This was my friend's first time with tint/wax so I'm still waiting to hear if she will keep it up. Thank you Sheron for a great start to our day and for being so kind and professional.

Not only was it 100% pain free, but Dr. Prather did it ALL in just under 2.5 hours. I was stunned. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. (I even won an Amazon gift card during my visit!) Dr. Prather came recommended by my sister-in-law. Both of her sons had lip tie surgery done by her when they were babies and she did a fantastic job. My husband started going to her and kept raving about everyone at her office, so I decided to go myself. I'll never have another dentist as long as she's around!

We bought into the expansion package with Dr. Prather for palate expansion because she had an appliance that I wanted for my child. The biggest problem is that at the end of the treatment, we did not gain the width we were told we'd achieve despite excellent compliance. When I asked questions, nothing was addressed or adequately solved. The solution was to tell me that I just needed to start "phase two" and pay for an entire other treatment plan, obviously for thousands more. Please beware of money grabs and get second opinions; beware of any dental practice running a spa.
