So I was apprehensive and Kayla was amazing she was really just spot on with what I liked she has a great nose and she wasn't just trying to get me to Buy a bunch of products. She was showing me and paying attention to what I wanted and even showed me how to layer the scent and the lotion where it would last longer. So I came back the next day and I bought a bunch of lotion and the perfume in the sense that she showed me.all because I was able to see that it does last a lot longer than it used to! Although the products are pricey in store, I find the quality is good. First time coming to this location, I usually buy online. Terrible customer service. I was shopping with my mom which has a walker, no courtesy at all while in line for check out. Moved us all like cattle , no please, start the line this way, or suggest kindly to move. One worker, said "NO, this isn't going to work at all" move. Too busy trying to move customers around the store to let anyone feel like they matter at all. Couldn't stand by one table to try the products, to decide which new ones were worth it. Definitely they do not have a policy in place for disabled people. read more

Extremely Disappointing In-Store Experience I had a very disappointing experience at the Bath & Body Works store located in the Temecula Mall. I came in to return a wallflower nightlight fragrance plug-in that I received in April at my wedding shower. The nightlight feature had stopped working, and knowing that Bath & Body Works offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I brought it in for an exchange. The employee who assisted me, Summer, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment our interaction began. She questioned the return and said she needed to ask her manager if they could even accept it because it looked "used." I explained that, yes, it had been used -- but it no longer worked, which is why I was returning it. Instead of listening or handling it with any empathy, she continued to be abrasive and even told me the item looked like it was from 2022, which I found bizarre and insulting, since it had been gifted to me only recently. Eventually, her manager approved the return "just this once," but the way Summer handled the situation was belittling and unpleasant. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Because of this experience, I no longer shop at this location. I now choose to either shop online or visit the Temecula Parkway store, where the customer service is far more welcoming and professional. The atmosphere at the Temecula Mall store has changed for the worse, and Summer's attitude is a big part of that. read more

Temporary location inside the Promenade Mall in Temecula. I've stopped in at least 3x now, and it's been a pleasant experience. Candle Day (or weekend, as it was Dec 1 - 3) was a bit nuts, but the employees were on top of it and handled the crowds well. The line moved fairly quickly and I was glad they had everything organized. There's some items they down seem to have, but I'm sure it'll all be back once their original location reveals their new look in the spring. I went here to exchange a wallflower plug in because it was leaking at the bottom of the plug. This has happened before, and I was able to exchange it at the store in Rancho Cucamonga for one of similar price. Again, another wallflower plug of mine started leaking, so I went to this store for an exchange. The manager told me I'd have to exchange for their $4.50 plug. I was baffled because the plug I wanted to exchange clearly wasn't a $4.50 one. The manager smuggly said "oh it's because we don't sell that one anymore and it's old." Well DUH I know they don't sell that one. I told her the other store exchanged for one of equal or lesser price. I told her the other store exchanged it no problem and she said "well those are our rules" in a smug tone of voice. I didn't get her name, but the manager was short, light complected with blondish brown hair, and was on the plump side. She was there Saturday morning at opening. I then drove to the store on the other side of Temecula and their manager was surprised that I was told I could only exchange for a $4.50 one. I told her that the other manager said it was their rules, which she was also surprised by because she said the stores don't get to make their own rules, and that she was wrong. I was able to exchange my $14.50 plug in with another one. I'll be shopping at the store off Temecula Pkwy from now on. The other manager at the store in the mall is incompetent. read more

I was in and out quickly and forgot to take photos! A very extremely friendly and helpful associate, Gina took great care of me. I wanted to get a wallflower plug and scent, eucalyptus spearmint--so aromatic like many of their products but it's a favorite scent. I had placed an online order on Friday and picked it up today---5 each foaming hand soaps on sale for $3.25. How could I not take advantage of this great bargain! Anyhow, Gina rang me up as we compared notes on our highly intelligent grandsons. She made the customer service experience very enjoyable and definitely makes me want to return again. read more

Not only is this store unkept and disorganized, there are several associates who take their job a little bit too seriously. I understand the Customer service piece of informing customers on new products, however it can be very over bearing. Let people shop! Do not become offended if a customer simply wants to take their time enjoying their personal shopping experience. The behavior from associates in this location is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I've been a customer in this location for over 10 years, and I will not be returning. As a matter of fact I canceled my Christmas gifts this year and I will be shopping somewhere else. The leadership team here needs to retrain associates and ensure that a hospitality mentality is always in place regardless of your personal opinion. However, a few times a year they actually have very good deals. We went to a buy any 3 wick candle ( 24.50 regular price) for 8.95. I think 8.95 is a fair price and judging by the long line just to get into Bath & Body Works Temecula this "one-day-only-sale" was a great deal. - Hand foaming soaps are what we buy for our guest bathroom. read more

Ok...So I placed an order on 12/5/23 thinking that would be enough time to receive before Christmas (delivery said December 11th to the 18th) (as they were Christmas gifts. I bought 5 hand soaps on sale for $3.25 each. I got 4 progress updates. And yesterday and today received 2 emails. One saying they no longer had 2 of the items in stock (they were in stock when I ordered them???). Also I would not receive them until 12/26/23 and they are showing that they are $7.95 each not the $3.25 I actually paid. It's like they are trying to charge me more for the items being delivered late and not wanting to refund me foe the items they no longer have in stock???!!! At a loss for words read more

I was in the store between 10:15 and 10:30 on Saturday Dec 2. The store was already busy having been open 1/2 hour. I went to pay for 3 small fragrance refills for wall plugs. I was waiting right behind a couple who were called to the counter to pay. When it was my turn I was rudely informed I was suddenly not in the right line and had to wait in the other line behind 13 people I counted. All of whom had so many items. The other line was not adequately marked and more people than just me were confused. The very rude gal at the counter didn't care I had already been waiting exactly where the other couple was or that I was 70 years old. Have you ever considered a line for less than five items? I left the store and threw the fragrance refills in a bin on the way out. I thought I was safe going early, but the experience reminded me why I no longer shop in store. I had to pick up something at Pottery Barn and mistakenly thought I would have an ok experience at your store as long as I was there. You may want to train your staff on people skills where older patrons are concerned and how not to embarrass them. read more

I came on a day when there was a storewide sale and when they were introducing a new fragrance (for free with a purchase). I was able to use all of my coupons, discounts and rewards without any issues. It was moderately busy and the lines moved quickly and efficiently. Everyone of the staff were friendly, courteous and thoughtful. Ariana helped me find the things I wanted and gave good suggestions about other products. This is my go-to place to get my perfumes lotions etc. but ever since they renovated the store, service wasn't really the same. I understand that some people have bad days, we have all been through that. But when I walked in, I was only greeted nicely by one employee. I was ready to go and pay but when I got to the cash register the lady helping me looked out o it. She was just staring at me, and I wasn't sure why. I started to feel like something was on me. But in the end, I found out that she was listening to others talking through her earpiece that the workers have. I don't know why I found this a bit odd. I'll never get how or why other women do this to each other. Your staff at the register on 2/3/23 was so unbelievably rude to myself and my mom. We were looked up and down, passed from one associate to another while already at the register, rudely treated when I asked questions about the online order I placed (I'm not familiar with your card policy), publicly shamed infront of other customers for wanting to return my online order to then repurchase it for the sale price that you had that day (I still spent well over $260) - in general both my mom and I (plus my little one) left feeling so ick and mis treated that I had to leave a review. Specifically Taylor. Her eye rolling, better then you attitude was so uncomfortable and un-necessary. I understand you girls are young and have lots to learn, it might of been a bad day for you, but you still need to be aware of the attitude you cary around customers. You made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Hopefully you'll do better and realize your customer is mainly female based and making another female feel the way you made us feel is exactly why younger girls have such a hard time feeling acceptance and welcomed. I puchased online the 3 wick candle and picked up at the Redhawk store. I wanted to return it at the Promenade mall, this store closure from my house. The cashier can't give me the refund instead he wants to give me the gift card. I said I don't think I will make a purchase in the next couple months. I brought the customer copy and showed him my email as a receipt. He still kept telling me that I can't get money but gift card only. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager, a lady, said no money back just a gift card. Just like that. Instead, she asked me to call the online customer service, she said that online c/s can help me with refund. She wasn't pleasant at all. The online c/s also can't help me. Very dissapointed with her and the online c/s. Finally, I called the Redhawk store and spoke with Shana. She said she can help me with return and give my money back. Shana was nice and very helpful. She asked my phone number I used and looked up my BBW account. She did give me cash for refund. Problem solved! That manager at the Promenade mall didn't want to make more effort to help me. Shana is'nt a manager but she knows way better than the cashier and that manager at the Promanade mall. This location gets on my nerves. The workers come on way too strong. They swarm you immediately when you come in, and they ask you a million questions. Believe it or not...I need some time to look around and shop. I ain't gonna know immediately what I need when I come into one of these places. And guess what??? When you tell them that you need some time to look around, they won't take that as an answer and will continue to bug the Sh!t out of you. My mother and I come here 3-4 times a month. I enjoy the deals I get through my app. They opened one on highway 79. Great location.

To start off I'm glad they're still allowing exchanges and returns considering everything going on with Covid, but I expected customer service to be nicer. I went in hopes of exchanging my candle because the scent began to smell more burnt than the actual scent. I looked up return policy as well and it states "return anything, anytime for any reason." The guy who helped us at register was nice to us (I believe his name was Amir) and informed us he could do the exchange, but it might not be possible in the future. After we walked out we were informed that an employee was talking bad about us for exchanging the candles, when it clearly doesn't say we can't do so. Who talks bad about customers behind their backs to another employee? Seems wrong to me, if they're mad about policy maybe they should change it. Went in here looking for a body wash that had been discontinued a while ago hoping somehow it would be back. I was greeted by Cindi and asked her if they still had the body wash I was looking for but unfortunately it was still discontinued. However, she said there could be some in the discounted bins. I'm still giving five stars cuz I truly enjoy coming here, but only once in a blue moon (typically when they have a sale, which is kind of all the time). I think it's all outrageously expensive. I do appreciate the buy 3, get 3 off sale or the buy 2, get 1 off. It is still kind of a rip off though because they will charge you for the most expensive stuff. I bought three lotions the other day and it was 40 bucks after putting in the discount. The products are wonderful, I just wish they didn't cost so much *sighs* But since I love all their products and the employees are really nice, I will still give the five stars and return when I have adequate money again :) read more
