This is one of the better Burlington stores I've been to. It's always so clean and organized! You can tell the store managers & staff really take care of it and their customers. Well stocked, but if you see something you want, better get it or it'll won't last long on the shelves. And even though it appears to be empty during the week, it gets cleaned out by the weekends. It's still relatively reasonable, especially since everything is going up, prices are a lot lower than going to a high end department store & Amazon, as you know has outrageously priced clothing & low quality material blended w/materials that likely contain questionable or toxic chemicals. Some decent small furniture pieces, home decor, bath & bed- list goes on. Let's not forget what they were originally known for- Coats and jackets w/smaller inventory than it was in the beginning, but come shop in fall asap, as they sell out quickly. The baby department has also shrunk, especially furniture which I don't think they sell anymore but they have baby necessity items and clothing. Finally. I have to bring up a message of caution when purchasing beauty products: primarily skincare. I bought makeup wipes here because you get more bang for your buck on quantity but the quality did not match! The wipes smelled horrible! I didn't notice at first, but as time went on, I noticed an unpleasant odor and threw them out. I should've known better as you take chances with skincare products, especially discounted prices. Same should also apply to food items. That is not stopping me from regularly shopping here. Plenty of parking, next to Five Below & Harbor Freight-bring your will power, too much temptation. read more

It's bright, clean, and organized. Love the prices and selection of products. I easily spent over $100.00. I started toy shopping early for Toys for Tots and Angel Trees. Check out was quick & friendly. Richard, the cashier was quite engaging, personable yet professional. What's up with the photo on this posting of the Burlington building? That is not the one on Temecula Parkway! Misleading & posted by the business. My photo is of the actual building! Richard agreed with me & didn't understand it either! I had the opportunity to meet an outstanding assistant manager by the name of Fred. He was excellent! He assisted me to my car with 2 heavy mirrors. He made sure the mirrors didn't break by securing them with blankets. There have been a several times I shopped at this location, and Fred was always working keeping the store clean and clutter free. Fred is professional and friendly. I had a great customer experience. Visited here last weekend, and the cleanliness and organization was impressive. It looks like they redid their fixtures, and for the better. Feels more open and easier to get through each aisle. I never had any issues with employees being a POC, so I don't know why there are other reviews who seem to have these outlandish experiences. I frequent this store almost monthly, and the employees are always great. Never been profiled, stopped, questioned, or followed at any point. And whenever I see the store manager, he always greets me and has an overall positive aura. The store itself is one of the smaller ones, so selection isn't like the one in Murrieta. The environment seems more relaxed than other Burlingtons, and it's always nice to shop at a leisure rate, and not feeling so overcrowded. Here is the reason why Burlington is not doing well. Their prices are just as high as target if not more expensive.

For the past year, I've been shopping at this Burlington, I usually keep to myself, I like to shop and see the deals that are being shown on YouTube. They usually have good deals, but lately, I've been trying to find a particular jacket and a pair of sweatpants, that I've seen other shoppers find. I walked in this night about 7pm and went hunting. I found a cool sweater and a toy for my kid, I held them because they were the only ones there. I walked around looking to see if the jacket I wanted was in and it wasn't, so I put the toy back, when I guess I startled one of the employees or manager that one was coming out of the bathroom. Not thinking much of it, I walked through the kids section to look for some basketball shorts for my son. That's when I noticed the same employee was in the same aisle as me. She was 'looking' for hangers and I was blocked out of the aisle. Still not paying much mind, I walked down another aisle just to see her move there as well. I got a little suspicious and I moved to another aisle, now there were two employees 'looking for hangers and putting away pillows." I thought to myself, yep I'm being followed, okay don't panic I buy from there all the time, except this last 2 months they haven't had anything worth buying. I put the sweater back and proceeded to walk out the door and call my wife to let her know I'm being followed and I don't know why. That's when 3 employees, were standing by the door and one yelled out you know what you did 'n-word.' I turned around and said what did I do? I was then told by another lady (both who I've seen plenty of times and never had any issues with) tell me that I need to leave. I again asked what did I do to get this mistreatment and was told I was caught on camera filming with the tags. That's when the f-bombs came out and without hesitation the blonde manager said she was calling the cops and she did, telling them that I was belligerent and assaulting them. I was 10 feet away from all of them btw. I alllowed to call the cops and stood there until they showed, all while the skinny manager that I startled, stared me down and belittling me calling me a scared boy, and my poor feelings were hurt. Uh-yea, I see you there all the time and I've never done anything incriminating and this is the 2nd time you've talked to me. The cops came, the 3 lady employees/manager made up a story of how I called them derogatory names and that I am no longer welcomed back at that Burlington. I will contact corporate in the morning, I've never felt so unsafe and mistreated in my own community, especially when I keep to myself and still stand out to show I'm not a threat. read more

Worst Burlington ever!!! I was testing out a skateboard before I bought it, and the manager said "you need to get off of that before you damage it." When I just stood on it for like 3 seconds, and he probably thought I was gonna do a bunch of flips on it. After he basically called me fat, we went to check out and leave, a nice lady scanned our dog toy and it said something went wrong. The lady called the manager and the guy who basically called me fat was the manager. The lady told him the toy wouldn't scan, he gave me this dirty look, and told us he couldn't not sell it to us because of a "recall they got 3 minutes ago" that's obviously a lie! Because there was like 20 back there, I think he just hated us and didn't want to sell the item to us. Don't come to this store unless you want bad service or to be fat shamed. read more

Today I was profiled as a shop lifter at this store for the first time ever! I have been working retail for 20years and I was not displaying any of the signs of a shoplifter! I was shopping with my two toddlers and followed around by a man with no name tag...after looking at the yelp reviews it seems to be normal practice at this location. read more

My fiance and I were followed around by loss prevention the whole time we were in there, I used to work at Ross and i know how they do it. You sit around pretending to look at clothes and fold things while staring at suspects. It's really annoying being followed around by some dude the whole time because you don't look like a primp and proper suburban stay at home mom doesn't mean I'm not a valued customer. Idk probably won't shop here again it's annoying being followed and watched, and yes I bought probably about 60 dollars worth of stuff. I didn't just go in to look around. read more

I stopped by this evening with my daughter to do some shopping for her TikTok video and to buy some home essentials. As I walk in the woman standing by the carts to the left was giving us looks. Than, another lady walked in behind us and was pulled to the side and accused of stealing because that was her 2nd time today visiting the store. Which I thought was crazy. Literally every isle we stepped into an employee was looking at us up & down. I was annoyed. It made me want to end my shopping and go somewhere else.which I did, IMMEDIATELY. To top it off out off all the people suspecting us of potentially shop lifting, no one smiled, no one welcomed us, no offered help. Every single person had a face of misery. I hope this get back to management and corporate so they can support their staff with basic customer service training. read more

Kristy (not sure how it's spelled) but the supervisor who was working Friday afternoon is trash. The fitting rooms in the back were closed but I wasn't sure if it was temporary or they would be opening. The only two fitting rooms in front of the store were occupied for quite some time and I asked the supervisor "ma'am, are there any other fitting rooms available?" She gave me a bothered look and with an unpleasant and unprofessional tone she responded "no, if they're occupied they're occupied" I voiced my concern and she turned her back and walked out of the store. I have more than 20 years consulting and I was absolutely appalled that she would speak to anyone that way. Christie (however it's spelled) Please take a leadership and empathy class, learn how to build rapport with your customers, and at least act like you care about the outcome of the customer's shopping experience because guess what, there's a multitude of other options where we can shop smh. read more
