Her behavior was completely out of line, and I am shocked and saddened to know that Domenic Graziano would allow this person to represent his company. Warminster is a very diverse part of Bucks County, and considering the climate we live in today, especially with the events that happened recently in nearby Horsham, I think the local community should be aware of where they're spending their money at. If Domenic was made aware by Anne/Ann that this employee was acting and speaking this way to customers, but has no qualms about allowing her to work within his company, I believe there's a broader issue within this company and people should be wary of spending their money here. If I were the owners or managers, I wouldn't want this employee to continue to work for me or represent my company, not only from an image standpoint, but also from an ethics and morality standpoint.
