I also wanted candles…read morewith scent descriptions that made sense; for example, what on earth does 'Moon Beam on a Beach" smell like? After looking online I finally located Pure Integrity Soy Candles and made a large purchase of 8 - 16 oz candles. I am so happy I found this company, their candles are amazing. These candles are slow burning and last a long time, I have had nearly half a year since my purchase and I still have 5 candles jars unopened. I burn a candle 3x a week for an hour or so, sometimes more days, sometimes longer burn. I tend not to burn the candles for too long because their fragrance is strong enough to fill my house with these shorter burn times. Their candle scents and the cleaner burning soy do not trigger migraines (cheap candles can). I love all the scents I purchased: Lavender, Rose, Lemongrass & Clary Sage, Lily of the Valley, Lilac, Lemon Drop, and Gardenia. When I received my order, I received 2 sample tealite samples of their Honeysuckle Pear candles - which I loved. I love the fact that their candles smell like you think they should. Lastly, the 16 oz jar candles come in an attractive glass frosted jar with a wood lid that can be reattached with ease and securely stay on. Once I finish using a candle, I clean the jar and reuse e.g. small apothecary jars. Lastly, the staff takes pride in their candles - when they shipped them to me (across country - I live in Nevada) they carefully wrapped the candles (not one broke in transit). Moreover, they took the time to write a note of care and concern in a time that COVID is ruining our social ties and way of life. As long as Pure Integrity Soy Candles remains open, I will be making my yearly candle purchase from them - their candles are high quality.

Perhaps some of the reviews are a little on the fake side but I do think it's cool and it's locally-owned, and I appreciate that so even though they're expensive, if you're into candles I think you're much better off buying them here than at Yankee Candle.

We went as a group of seven to celebrate a birthday party to the new location on Main Street in downtown Buffalo. It's nestled between some pretty nice small businesses and fits in perfectly here. The vibe is intimate, warm and welcoming! The owner, Tawana takes you through the scent profiles that you may want to use or mix for your candle. She's such a wonderful person and genuinely takes the time to get to know you and walk you through the process. Tawana was patient while we were passing scents around. The business accommodates gatherings and celebrations too! Since we were celebrating a birthday, we brought in light fare and wine and this is The Way to party! The space is beautifully decorated and has several spots for your instagramable photo opps, you get to name your own candle and purchase additional candles or wax melts in your fragrance, all while learning to make a candle. It All Makes Scents candles are vegan and they burn clean-no black soot in these! They have their signature candles and wax melts on hand for purchase as well. I highly recommend them for all your candle needs!

It is located near the Nike store across from Express Tees and Relax Spa. I contacted the owner via Google and she had a spot open for my group of 5 right away. I was so excited. When we showed up she was very welcoming. She was really nice we enjoyed the candle making with her. She poured us a glass of 999 wine and had some good music playing to get our candle making party started right. The class cost $40 and you also get 10% any purchase in the store. Was a really nice experience. Would definitely do this again.

So I decided to check out this fairly new store that opened in the old Pier One location. I wasn't…read moreeven sure what kind of store it was. Ends up, they sell high end clothing, shoes, bags, and jewelry. The store is very spacious and wide open with comfy chairs and couches in the middle and lined up near the dressing rooms. The dressing rooms looked really nice! When entering, I received a slight smile and head nod from an employee. She was one of several, possibly 6 or 7, wandering around the store. I don't like being followed in a store but also received no offer asking if I needed help or direction. I'm not sure about the whole idea of the bar. I walked by, but it didn't really seem open. Prices were a bit higher than I was expecting but may be fine for others. Will I return? Most likely not, but would still suggest others check it out and make their own decision. Just not for me. 2023-85

The girl was so quiet and when I looked at her she wasn't smiling at me so I wasn't sure to be honest. I was not approached the rest of the time I was there which, I don't want sales forced upon me but a nice welcome and run down of the store seems standard for a new business but I guess not. I think this can improve. The aesthetic of the store was very pleasing! Clean, big, bright, well-organized, easy to find things. Plenty of fitting rooms and chairs for those waiting or to try on shoes. There is a bar with seats that's cute but no one was back there so maybe you have to ask to be served. The prices are on the high end. I picked up some earrings I thought were cute and they were around $200 (not gold or diamond anything). I picked up some shoes I loved, one pair also around $200, another almost $300. A cute little cotton tank top was $38. Now, I do believe the products are adorable and of high quality so I'm not complaining per se, but if you're more of a bargain shopper (or a maxxinista like me) you may not be in the right place. Aside from clothing, shoes, and accessories, there are hair and skin products and candles galore. I would say the best age group for this stores style is 16-25. Just make sure you are prepared to spend these sort of prices and if so, you are sure to leave happy.
