It took three weeks for the tile to get here. Creative tile told us they would deliver the tile for $75 then one of their employees called and said they had changed their mind they did not have the ability to deliver the tile. I had a brief conversation without employee young lady a millennial clearly. I asked her how that was my problem that they're truck was as she put it not the best in the world. She hung up on me called me back from her personal phone. A cell phone from Myrtle Beach and told me I was a fucking asshole for B rating her! Today I am picking up the tile. It was not stored in a dry location the boxes are wet and moldy. I have been a contractor for 47 years I have never had an experience with any store this bad. They have two local location is owned by the same person. Beware is all I have to say I will never buy from them again under any Circumstances.

Kitchen has it changing from left-right to front-back in the middle of the counter. All four of the bathroom vanities run in different directions and the backsplashes do not match the vanity tops. One side runs the same the other is turned 90 degrees. They never gave us a layout. The stone wasn't sealed so water marks showed everywhere until we sealed it ourselves. There are tape marks on the kitchen surface. They sent three people with bottle of Bar Keepers Friend to fix it. Didn't work, still have tape marks. What a mess they made of some beautiful and expensive quartzite stone.

They sell kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, bathroom stuff, pictures, rugs, candles, Yankee candles, picture frames.... AND all those "As seen on TV" items. I can spend at least an hour every time I come in just looking at all the cool things they have. Also the store almost always has a 20% off coupon going on which helps a lot .... do not buy here. the staff is incompetent. i received a doa uline ice maker after spending…read more$65,000 in appliances. well actually first they lost one of my ice makers so i had no ice maker. simultaneously also had a broken wall oven door with a repair happening 8 motnhs later as they forgot tp order that piece. we moved in and turned appliances on in march 2023. i have been calling since april of 2023 as the ice maker is full of water and still have no replacement. i was told i needed a repir but the unit is also full of mold for the past two months. i did not get replacement parts which i later refused to accept when tehy didn't come but i also never got the replacement unit i was promised over two months ago now. shari and joel are a total joke. buy elsewhere. you can get better customer service from anywhere and i repeat anywhere else. i have been waiting 7 months for this problem to be rectified. my builder also told me he had a nightmare with one of his own appliances needing repair and that "joel used to be good" go online and save yourself the headache. i did have some damage with an online appliance purchase which was resolved immediately by someone over the phone from another company who actually cared about their customer service. oh yeah and i am yelling in caps. i am furious!

This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!
