Bathfitter installers do a great job. Product is nice and really looks good. The problem are the sales people. They don't understand the logistics of everything, nor what the installers have to go through. They just want the sale. Know that this job is going to take 2 days, not 1. They don't do floors. After you pass the salesperson, enjoy the remodel. It will enhance your home value.

Loving the oil-rubbed bronze fixtures against the textured "tile."

The salesperson showed up exactly on time, and let me browse various samples while he took the necessary measurements. I really appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me at all. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time and to get back to him whenever I made a decision. And I definitely did take my time... several months, in fact. But eventually decided to take the plunge and set up an installation. I live in a co-op, and I was pleased with how Bath Fitter streamlined the required approval procedures with the co-op management company. There was a bit of paperwork I had to submit, but nothing complicated, and Bath Fitter worked with the management company to make sure all of the licenses, contracts, etc, were submitted correctly. It was mostly behind-the-scenes, and no headache for me. The installer showed up on time (just one guy), and was pleasant and respectful of my property and of the co-op rules. He dealt with the outdated plumbing in my shower, ripping out the old fixtures, and replacing some old pipes behind the walls at no additional cost. The whole install took two days because I had the entire room done-- a new shower/tub surround and wainscoting around the rest of the bathroom. If I'd just had the shower/tub done, it would have been done in one day. Doing the wainscoting required the removal and reinstallation of the vanity, which took extra time, but the installer handled it all very well. He even replaced my old shut-off valves while he was at it. The only "problem" encountered was extremely minor, and barely qualifies as a problem at all: The installer realized he was missing part of the towel rod, so he installed what he had and assured me he'd come back the following evening to finish. I was nervous about him forgetting, but he arrived the next day, exactly as promised and took care of it in a matter of minutes. So far, I'm extremely satisfied with the whole process and the end result. The room looks much better than it did before, and although the material is a form of plastic, it feels and looks so much more high-end than the types of generic plastic tub surrounds I typically find in vacation rentals. Bath Fitter is not cheap, but it is cheaper than a full gut job, and perhaps more importantly if you live in home with just one bathroom, as I do, it's MUCH quicker and less disruptive.

All I can say is WOW!! we had our shower in our Mobil home replaced with a walk in shower. Looks incredible and the room looks much bigger. The promised to get it done in 2 days and they did. The installer was clean and professional and left noting behind. I can't say enough. See the before and after shod

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They installed incorrectly and broke pipes. We did not know until the basement flooded right into the new sheet rocked ceilings and new LED high hats. So they sent a plumber. The plumber neglected to shut off the main correctly and left a slow but steady leak in a rarely used part of the basement. This leaked and we did not realize until the concrete which is very porous could not absorb any more water. Needless to say we had a huge water damage and mold situation which required remediation at our expense. We were instructed by the restoration company White Glove Restoration to leave the industrial blowers and dehumidifiers going 24/7 bc the concrete was soaked. If we didn't we would have an additional (new) mold colonies growing. This made our electric bill increase by about 100- to 120.00 dollars per month. They refused to communicate with us. We called corporate and we're told we had to call the franchise. We did so to no avail. So we called Ally bank who financed the service. They were sent numerous emails, photos and video but decided the matter was resolved. Of course, Bath Fitters nor the bank care. I am paying the payments on time each month because I am contractually obligated to do so. What are Bath Fitters' contractual obligations? To provide competent and quality service, right? Well, they are neither competent or quality service providers. If I could attach pics and video here, I would. Bottom line, Do NOT trust Bath Fitter. They are not a customer service driven company. Once they sell you they'll ghost you if there is a problem like a bad one night stand.

Bathfitters wall trim coming apart at the seams!! Don't waste your $!!!

If you are reading this review on Bathfitters, please heed my warning! Such Poor workmanship for this product. I am Really disappointed with the work from Bathfitters. Thousands of $ were spent on this renovation in my tiny bathroom with plastic sheets of fake tile installation that is coming apart at the seams and corners. All hardware installed (towel rack, curtain rod and toilet paper holder) was falling off the walls within the week of install. Unacceptable! DO NOT GO WITH BATHFITTERS!! I guess they don't like to use mollies or its an added expense reducing profit. The tub water hardware is not centered see pics!! (and this cannot be fixed now) The shower head drips directly into the tray I purchased from them. Bad placement and zero advice or guidance/recommendation on where to place it. Spend a tad more and get a real renovation and tiles etc... oh my god what a mistake!! I could have gone with a professional job with real ceramic or glass tiles for similar $ & I chose bath fitters. I want my money back. This is an abomination. My husband wants to rip it out or have it removed because it looks horrible and like we're inside a self refurbished trailer/mobile home with its low budget appearance. (No offense to those with trailers- we have one too! But I don't want my actual house to look like the trailer!) Bathfitters HQ in Canada will be getting an earful from us!!

Creative had previously done our bathroom vanity. We were able to work with Greg on the redesign of…read moreour kitchen which was a total rehab. A good selection of cabinetry and countertop materials for what we needed. One of the advantages of working with this company is they provide an all in price which includes design, fabrication, demolition, electric and plumbing work, drywall, installations of cabinets and all appliances as well as paint. They coordinate everything. Agreed on a schedule and they kept it. No issues with "extra" work coming up during construction either. They are very interested in customer satisfaction. There were some crossed signals on communication but we were flexible so no big deal. Recommend them for kitchen bath work large or small.

TL;DR - Just don't do it. Especially if you are having them install countertops. The lack of…read morecommunication is infuriating during a process that many aren't familiar with. They don't answer (phone calls, texts, emails - you can't leave a VM for either Howard or Jose) and I had 2 no-shows during this arduous process. Well you have called me 2xs and texted me 2xs asking for my review...here you go. I went to the showroom to look and discuss countertops on February 18th, met Howard gave him my measurements of my kitchen, told them we wanted a waterfall. Not once did he mention my island was too large and told me we would need 2 slabs. He did mention my upper cabinets were high, but that during template they would double check (I told him, yeah the design has our upper cabinets higher than standard due to having vaulted ceilings in our home). He recommend I check out Nash Stone (loved them and their selection. Gabby was super responsive, Nash has great customer service!) I picked out 3 stones and by February 25th (a week later) emailed Howard with pictures and asked for price quotes...AND AGAIN GAVE ALL MY MEASUREMENTS + plus the measurements for A WATERFALL. Still did not mention my island is too large. Had to stay on top of him into March but did get a price quote to which I was told I needed to send in the check to hold the stone. When I sent the check in March, Howard just ghosts all calls or texts until early April. By then the stone I wanted was gone, so I had to run back to Nash and picked out a new stone on April 1st. He wakes up April 5th and tells me April 10th they will come to template. They never show. I was told they forgot my house and finished for the day, cool. So they show up to template on April 11th (take my sink at this time too- we will come back to this) and this is when I am now told my island is way too large. Can't accommodate an a waterfall edge, would need a seam for the stone and they recommend taking out 2 cabinets out of island. I emailed Howard that night, and he never ends up getting back to me. In fact, no one will answer me. Can't leave a voicemail his inbox is full. My husband ends up calling...using a different number and wow would you guess who picks up...Howard. He then pushes us off to work with a different designer, Jose. Real nice and super professional move (*I'm being sarcastic here). Jose does come to our house, and explains that we will need to take out the 2 cabinets. Which honestly is just so frustrating to get to this point and learn this. He also mentions several ways he would have designed our kitchen differently, cool super helpful. My contractor comes back rips out the 2 cabinets (goodbye $1000) they come re-template. Now we are well into the middle of May, we get a call on Sunday 5/21 to set up for install saying it will be Tuesday 5/23 and Wednesday 5/24. MONDAY NIGHT AT 6PM, night before install, Jose is rapidly calling us to tell us, our sink is too large. The sink they have had SINCE APRIL 11TH. He is trying to push us to buy a sink off of them, by some luck my husband finds a new sink in the "correct" size (we wanted a workstation sink) and since they have had this sink since April 11th, I now cannot return the sink (goodbye $614.81). They come and do the backsplash that Tuesday 5/24 and then DO NOT SHOW (no phone call, no text nothing, which I took off of work to be there) on Wednesday. You would think they would of said something that Tuesday that they wouldn't be there, or ask for the new sink? I call 4pm on Wednesday the main phone number asking why no one has come and the woman does not have an answer but tells me they need the new sink delivered by 5pm to either Selden or East Northport location. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE with this company. I guess if you are not having a full kitchen design you are not a worthy of their time. Thank you for adding an additional 3 months + wasting $1,600 to my renovation that did not need to be. I will not be recommending this company, ever.

My wife and I were delighted by the beautiful work done by ATOZ Renovations. We're not in the habit…read moreof writing rave reviews. (We're New Yorkers after all.) But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. The final result is exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend ATOZ to anyone.
