I ordered a Rolex and she sends me texts every 6-9 months that I should be getting it, soon. She then had me come in at different times(5X) and tries to hustle me, by trying to sell me some of their jewelry that has about as much value as a fake diamond. Each time I came the hustle started with, my watch is coming and they I should buy something new for my wife. I'm there for the new Rolex. Once again? I have wasted my time and her texts continue with her bull shit and deceit. After waiting 3 years, I still have no Rolex from Lucido's and she continues to send me her BS texts. I finally tell her to get lost and she plays the blame game. Candace might look good, play the game-good, with her little gold Rolex, but she is your typical clown full of a masquerade of dishonesty and circus games. My advice? This is a clown show! They know their diamonds are worthless. Buy a 10K diamond on Monday and on Friday, the most any jeweler is gong to give you is $500. There is absolutely no resale value in diamonds. They are a scam! Further to the last post where I detailed how Holly (a registered nurse and the owner) left me with…read moresecond degree burns from the laser treatment, I have now had to be on antibiotics for some of the burn wounds becoming infected, was on prescription pain killers, had to get a tetanus shot, have been both to urgent care and the family doctor multiple times to deal with the second degree burns. And, according to the family doctor will almost certainly have permanent scars from the laser burns Holly inflicted. My lawyers have reached out to Holly to obtain her insurance info, which she is refusing to provide. Further, Holly had promised to refund the $200 gift card I had with her. She has not. And has kept an additional $50 she charged to my credit card that she was never entitled to. (Which I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company over.) Do not get treated at Reawaken Spa. Not only did Holly leave me with documented (by her, me, and multiple sets of doctors) second degree burns, but she is not professional enough to take responsibility for them by letting her insurance company and my lawyers properly settle the matter. Based on this action of her, I fear the only remedy is going to court (vice settling it between the lawyers and her insurance, since she refused that option) and filing a report with her RN licensing board because I genuinely fear what she will do to her patients, especially as a nurse.

On top of all this, I drove back to the med spa an hour after the appointment to show Holly the burns (which she photographed for her own records) and she took no accountability in an email she sent hours later despite initially sending in a prescription for antibiotic ointment to my pharmacy.

I've gotten surgery, fillers, and non-invasive procedures (facials, microneedling) and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. I've referred people here and they always have wonderful things to say. As a background, I have been to other plastic surgeons and medspa businesses both in and outside the area and have never felt as comfortable as I do here. Dr.Z is patient, friendly, and honest. He will tell you what is realistic for your goals. The staff is great, too, and they even know my voice when I call on the phone. The one not so good experience I had was with a microneedling procedure with PRP (I'm not good with blood draws, so it was more my own fault), but they wanted me to have a positive experience and treated me to a complimentary facial the next time I came in. As for all the negativity, I really don't get it, other than there always will be those few disgruntled people. Not every surgeon is for everyone, and that's ok. However, i can't speak for other areas, but I have never been to one plastic surgeon who does not charge a fee for an initial COSMETIC consult (maybe the talented physicians in Beverly Hills are just so prevalent, or they're so rich they can spend time on free consults day in and day out). This fee can be applied to a procedure, and I've always thought that was standard practice. Dr. Z also works with residents, so it's usually him, a nurse, and a resident in the room. The future surgeons and doctors have to learn, too. I found him on RealSelf, where there are lots of reviews. I would also encourage you to look him up on Instagram or Facebook. Again, every surgeon is not for everyone but i personally would not trust anyone else working on my face after the service I've had here.

I called the office about a chalazion in my eye and asked when I could come in they told me they can squeeze me in 30 minutes from them. I came early was called back in 2 minutes and then the doctor was in quickly after. I saw Dr. Clune and he is super nice and kind and put me at ease about my eye problem.
