4.5 stars (see below) First time dealing with a bathtub surface issue and need trust? I'd highly recommend BSS (Oregon bath.com) the communication was great until the first worker took apart the plumbing of our claw foot which the manager said that they would leave it. (My wife said she over heard them argue about that for a few minutes while she was working from home). They did put it back together however. I recommend tapping off the parts you want to have them keep on or make a note or be home to show the worker! Hence 4 stars but the end work was 5 stars. Nonetheless, their work was top notch. First worker came in and tapped off entire room, sanded and scrapped the chipped surface. Next, the main guy came later that day and sprayed (what I'm assuming is some very chemical epoxy or ceramic resin?) surface. After 2-3 days you remove the tape. It's that simple. I recommend whipping the walls off with a damp cloth after removing all the plastic and tape. Also keep the window and or exhaust fan on to remove the chemicals from the air. "Air that bathroom out" as my wife always says. This was my first time soaking in a clawfoot tube and it's so f-ing dreamy now.

This vintage 1980 bathtub was resurfaced by Christian/Bathroom Surface Solutions with perfect results he does impeccable work.

I have hired Bathroom Surface Solutions for multiple properties and they provide an incredible experience. From Michael in the office to Christian and Christian field technicians are top level professionals. Michael is very responsive and fast to schedule. Christian and Christian do the magic of applying the surface, this is the miracle process and these 2 are the best. My bathroom sinks, countertops, bathtubs and showers look brand new, they were vintage 1970 gold color hideous, but look brand new now!!! I highly recommend these gentlemen and their service to anyone with old bathroom surfaces wanting to avoid expensive replacements.

We resurfaced 7 sinks, 6 counters, and 1 tub in our kitchen, laundry, and 4 bathrooms with Mike (manager & worked on some areas) & Christian (primary worker). We are thrilled with the great stone like resurfaces, the nwas competitive (actually slightly lower) with 2 other companies (1 in LA area & another local). We have already signed them to resurface a bar for us. In the 5 rooms they worked on, there was only one area that needed another coat of sealer, which Mike agreed to add in next week. Very pleased and recommend them highly! We wanted new faucetts too, so we removed the old one first and reinstalled after pre Mike's recommendation to get the best finish.

They also communicated every step of the way! Alex was the lead project manager, both times, and is friendly and professional. Zsolt was the lead painter and did a phenomenal job with my space; going above and beyond with attention to detail and making the wall repairs look as though they never needed repairing. Forrest completed some handy work for me, adding the finishing touches to my freshly painted project and allowing for me to love the final product even more! I may have found a lifelong partnership with this paint and carpentry business. Thank you, PP&R, for your consistency, professionalism, and dedication to keeping pricing affordable for the quality of work produced. Until next time.

They scheduled and performed warranty work without question and in a timely manner. New work included outstanding carpentry work (in our 110+ year old house), painting the entire external house, painting new windows to match old windows and the like. never had an issue with cleanup afterwards. Estimates are very close to actual costs and scheduling holds except of course when weather interrupts. The whole team from estimates to scheduling to execution are a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication too. people walking by our house always comment on their work as it looks great!

I used the Yelp service to get repair quotes and received several offers that varied in price and process. I decided to go with New Life and Dale reached out to set up an appointment. Dale arrived at my house on time and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I showed Dale to the garage, we backed the car out, he took a look, confirmed that he could do the job at the quoted price, and told me he would be done in an hour. Exactly an hour later we went to look at the completed job. A picture says a thousand words. I have two other projects for Dale in the next month or two. Dale and his service are excellent!

This guy performs magic! I bought an off-white sectional and chaise and two matching recliners by American Leather. Off white in color and a soft buttery leather. When my new kitty tried to jump on them, she could not reach the seat and tried to pull herself up with her claws. Ouch! I know you are saying, why do you have leather furniture with cats? Because none of my previous cats like sitting on leather, preferring the fabric chair, so leather was always the safe bet. Until this little girl. She also punctured the vinyl (pleather) seats on two of 3 custom barstools I had made to fit under my kitchen island. Same M.O. Trying to climb onto them to sleep. After calling the furniture store and reading Yelp reviews, I called Dale for an estimate. He showed up on time, explained the process and gave me an estimate. The process is involved - not only glueing, but matching the scratch with paint, sealing, etc. He would do the repairs at my house and it would take 5-6 hours. He had an appointment a few days later. This furniture was expensive, and at this point in my life, meant to last "forever" so I hired Dale on the spot and prayed he could perform miracles. Without fixing the wholes and scratches, the leather would only deteriorate more. Dale showed up precisely on time and got to work after prepping my space. He worked continuously and diligently. When he was done, I couldn't even find the scratches and punctures on all the leather pieces. The vinyl is harder to repair due to the slight texture pattern, as he warned, but other than me, no one would notice where the punctures were. The counter stools looked like a meat tenderizer had gone over them and now they are smooth again! Magical. Hope I never need Dale's services again, but happy if I do, Dale and his craftsmanship (magic) is just a phone call away. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Sergio for a quote and he was super friendly and answered all my questions/concerns without ever being condescending, unlike some other contractors that recently quoted the same job. Their rates were great and he had an option to add flush wooden vent covers to make it look even nicer than I could imagine! I feel so lucky they were able to squeeze me in for this job! We were hoping to beat the clock and have the floors refinished before all our furniture got moved into the new house. Now the house is looking beautiful! These floors are great and they patched over an ugly/defunct vent at the entrance, so it has made a world of difference walking through the front door and now just seeing this gorgeous floor shining with new light.
