I can not tell you how impressed we were with Bathroom Surface Solutions. We needed to have our tub resurfaced, having had it done about 20 years ago the first time. I had wanted to do it myself, but I kept putting it off for years. Why I waited, I will never know!!! The customer service was perfect!!! From our original call to get a quote from Mike, their immediate response to any question we had, how easy it was to schedule, and how professional the actual job was!!!! And their cost was VERY reasonable. Matthew and Quinton came out to do the work. Matthew came first to do the removal part. He was RIGHT on time, answered all our questions, took care to make sure everything was taped off and kept clean, and went right to work. Quinton came to do the next phase before Matthew even left. They were both so efficient, friendly, and VERY good at what they did. Excellence in it's finest form!!! In this day and age of COVID where you can not find good contractors of any kind, this was a breath of fresh air. We would highly recommend this company as a 5 star for sure. Everything went perfectly with this and the price was very reasonable for how great our shower now looks, esp compared to what it would have cost to replace it. We had small cracks around our shower drain that we were worried would start to leak, after we had a drain problem the plumber recommended that we get the fiberglass "reconditioned" so we started looking into it. Bathroom Surface Solutions popped up on our search, they said their process could do exactly that, and everything went great. The technician who did the work was on time, friendly, explained exactly what would happen and how long it would take, and was great about fielding our questions. We would highly recommend and certainly use again. Of note though: the fumes do hang around for at least a week after the process and can be pretty strong. read more

I didn't know bathtub refinishing was a thing until recently. Our porcelain-enameled steel tub tub had stains, scratches, and rust marks on the bottom and a couple of chips missing on the inside. The tub itself is nothing special, but I thought I was in for a high-cost demo and replacement, which would ultimately turn into a $3000-$4000 bathroom remodel. For $595, Bathroom Surface Solutions made it look brand new. The difference between the old and new appearance is amazing and if I didn't know better I'd say it was a brand new installation. They answered calls promptly, showed up early for appointments, were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. On the scheduled re-surface date the installer, Quenton arrived early, completely masked off the neighboring surfaces, and did a beautiful job. There were no runs, drips or oversprays. I love my new countertop surfaces and can't stop admiring how great they look and how much they changed the look of my kitchen and bathrooms. Surface Solutions has a good product for refinishing out of date tile. My 1950's green and pink bathroom had immaculate, but really unattractively colored, tile. I hated to tear it all out since it was on all the walls and countertop. Bathroom Surface Solutions transformed the pink tub and sink, and the green tile into a more modern bathroom. I am really happy with the results. Isaiah was my technician and he took the time needed to make sure it turned out beautifully. I had a second bathroom sink...blue sink...turned white. We did have one issue with the paint seal when the plumber tightened the fixtures too tightly, but Isaiah remedy the situation immediately. I would recommend this company. read more

This company did a fantastic job!! I have a 1905 claw foot tub that is a family heirloom that needed refinished. I was nervous about the fact that it was upside down in my garage and how he could access it. He was competent and turned the thing over by himself CAREFULLY to refinish it. What a treat it was to have Quintin resurface our bath/shower unit. It was so old an cruddy looking and it looks brand new now! I was amazed at Quintin's flexibility. I forgot the date of the job and when he arrived, we weren't home. He left a message that he was waiting outside our unit in his truck. When I didn't show or respond to the message, he went back to the office. When I finally saw the message and called to apologize for the mix-up, he re-worked his schedule and fit us in that day. This company did an excellent job of resurfacing my small fiberglass shower. They were on time, dressed appropriately for the job and kept the work area as clean as possible. They gave me good cleaning tips to keep it looking new. I was pleasantly surprised at the price they quoted and it was a perfect price for the labor involved. I can't say enough good things for this company and recommend them to anyone who wants to resurface a shower. This resurface cost me much less than buying a whole new shower insert. After having my shower re-surfaced, I noticed some rough areas on the surface when using the squeegee. I called the company and explained what I was experiencing and the response I received was very quick. They came out within a week (note, it would have been sooner but I wasn't available) and buffed and polished the affected areas which are now as smooth as can be. From the time we called to book an appointment to completely done was 4 days. The process was fast and easy. We were told by a contractor the smell in this process would be so bad we would have to evacuate the house until clear but the smell was very mild, we just kept the door closed. I can't say enough about this company... our tubs were damaged (I filled a bunch of holes with fiberglass years ago) and horrible looking. They fit us in on short notice, refinished both tubs beautifully, and got our bathrooms looking totally redone, and our house sold first weekend! Great communication and follow up. Techs were friendly and proficient; they came back out a couple times to fix minor issues, and made good recommendations for preserving the 10 year warranty: dripping faucets can cause staining, and a suction cup bathtub matt can eventual damage the new surface (you can find a non-slip/non-suction cup matt on Ebay).
