Utilized home warranty for a disposal issue and they were assigned to me. They came right out…read morewithin 2 hours so the service was quick... I did appreciate that. However, I specifically asked the person to replace the disposal with the same specs as it is an important appliance me. He acknowledged and went outside to the truck to get the unit. I just trusted he was doing what I asked. Later when I went to use the disposal later it was definitely a baby compared to what was there. I went to look at the label and discovered it was put toward the back of the sink so it was purposefully not visible. After 2 of us playing twister to get a pic of the label with a phone and flashlight so we could see what it was, I discovered that they took my $200 disposal 3/4 HP and replaced it with a $70 1/2 HP. I called them about this they stated 2-10 only authorizes that disposal as a replacement- which if was said to me at the appointment I would have not authorized a replacement. I would have purchased a proper powered disposal. Later that today, I spoke to 2-10 and was informed that I could have a 3/4 HP installed so she called them to see what happened while I waited on hold. When she got back on the phone with me she informed me that NE Contractors said that the service person did not hear me say I wanted it the same specs and didn't have one in stock after he looked for it. hmmmmmm.... 1. how do you not hear me and THEN look for it. 2. why do you put the label backwards if its an error 3. it IS covered by 2-10 warranty to have the 3/4 HP - Draw your own conclusions on this one...

We selected Dover Essex in truffle color and you can't find this beautiful cabinet color anywhere else. They are easy to communicate with and they respond in a timely manner.
