Helio, In 2013-2014, we remodeled our all-electric Rossmoor condominium built in 1977. I located Battaglini Electric on Yelp! After meeting several electricians, Brian Battaglini stood out. I am an owner-builder and also a perfectionist. Working with Brian on a daily basis led me to admire his craftsmanship, trust his knowledge & ideas, and value his integrity. We worked out a time and materials contract. I would purchase the finish electrical items at his cost. I had no need for an electrical engineer because Brian calculated the electrical loads I used to get my City Building Permit. We needed to add several new circuits for more appliances, run new cables for home entertainment and electronics across the house, and "snake in" wiring through finished ceiling and wall cavities. Brian was pure magic in this craft. The result is that now 95% of our lights are LED's giving us much more light at an 83% reduction in watts (cost).
