He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. When the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. I will definitely reach out to Mitchell for any other problem than we have and know that we will be dealt in a fair and competent manner.

He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for. I did not feel as though I was backed into a corner to buy a vehicle I did not want, I didn't feel lied to, and my decision to not purchase a car that day was respected.

Said they were going to give me a call back about providing another motor or refund but never called back. When I returned the next day, I was forced to wait another hour when they had already said the motor was out and ready to load.
