Do NOT recommend their printing services. I paid over $30 for cards that were cut horribly. Half of them have some of the information on the card cut off, they're cut a crazy angles, they aren't the same size, there are stains on some. Just overall atrocious and a huge waste of money. I would give this store a zero star if I could!! Warning- do not use this store people. My parents brought a coffee maker to the store to be shipped out. The store employee repacked the box. Insurance was also purchased the protect the coffee maker. The box was decimated by UPS during transit, then returned to the UPS store. A) It never reached its destination. B) UPS is denying any refund on the insured box because it was not packed correctly. C) The employee that repacked the box denied repacking the box, although my parents saw him. And, of course, my parents were told that store cameras don't go back that far to The date item as shipped. Even though it is the store that delayed investigation for 3 months!! This is a case of a business preying on elderly people. Do not use this store!! read more

I came to this location for fingerprints. Service was quick and the gentleman(Brenden) I think that's his name was very nice and was helping multiple customers at the same time. It was a painless process and I was done within minutes. I just knew I was going to have to wait for another store employee to assist me, like another store I visited, but I I able to get on with my day. The store is located across the street from Walmart and in the shopping complex behind the IHOP. Will return in the future...they also have a notary there. read more

I scheduled an appointment for their fingerprinting services. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was informed that there was nobody present to take my fingerprints. I was flabbergasted because an appointment was made in advance. Needless to say I will be informing my employer of this instance in hopes that they will be removed from the recommended service list. read more

All Service Members and Customers....Do not visit this store, it is a rip-off. Just spent $26 to send fax. Called recipient of fax when I got home and was told that it was not received. Went back for refund but was told no by owner Savy. Total rip-off. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. All I do here mostly is pick up my post office box mail. Pretty simple. No issues unless they are not up front and available to help.

The Millington, TN crew is the absolute best. I have been there several time to ship packages via UPS and they are very helpful. Kudos.

I paid almost $40 dollars to have VERY important documents faxed, but the transmission failed. Returned to the store the Next day & the Salesperson attempted again. Still, failed. She ended up e-mailing the Documents which ordinarily costs $7 & would not refund any of the Original $40!!! What sense does that make?! I essentially paid money for NOTHING!!!!
