    There is no reason not to give them five stars. They do more than sell batteries even though they have all kinds of batteries that are hard to find. They also sell light bulbs, program key fobs, and most importantly repair phones. The store has welcoming feeling, and the customer service is great. Parking is easy, as the parking lot is huge. Actually, the best part about them is that they are next to a liquor store...

    BPB Staff provide you with well informed, experienced and quality service. I came in to drop off spent fluorescent bulbs, for only a .99c fee! A great service for east county home and small-business owners. The BPB sales person introduced me to a LED bulb replacement option along with easy to follow paper instructions for by-passing the old ballasts (check out BPB DYI How to Vids on YouTube ). BPB Prices and Customer service are outstanding. Gresham BPB store and staff are doing IT right! I have more old florescent bulbs to replace and in future will only buy all my bulbs and any batteries i may need at the Gresham Bulb Plus Batteries!

    They couldn't so much as replace my phone's screen adhesive. They're absolutely worthless.

    Very bad customer service. Yesterday I want get batteries for my iPhone the guy help very bad attitude. I am not recommend to go there.

As a rule of thumb, it is a great deal…read more-- extending the life of a phone with a new battery or a replacement for a cracked screen is good for the pocketbook, good for the environment, and a way to reduce your own stress as you avoid having to transition to a new thing all the time. I've been using my current Samsung Galaxy for a few years, and like it. It is still performing well, and I like the size, although the battery performance was starting to wane. So I went online and bought a replacement battery (OEM) for about $10 on ebay, thinking I would just install it myself. After watching some youtube videos and trying to get the back cover off, I gave up and decided to have a pro do it. I reached out to a few different places, and the going rate was about $85 for a replacement battery installed -- but of course I already had the part! The guy here, however, was willing to install my provided part, and only charged me $45 for labor (a perfectly reasonable price, after I watched those youtube videos). The phone turned out great, and the operator of the business was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back for another repair in the future. (for those who are curious, this is in the building with Agility computers; Inside the building, there is a partition separating the iPhone repair business from the computer business)

    I called and ordered a battery about 3 weeks ago, offered to pay while I had her on the phone. She…read morereplied "no, you'll receive a link to pay." No mention of prepay. I immediately received an order confirmation, and a copy of the warranty.... no link for payment... so I had assumed I pay when the battery is ready to ship. Today, I get a text saying they're still waiting for prepayment, I reply I never received a payment link. They haven't even begun the process of getting my battery ready. Three weeks waiting to hear the battery is ready to ship, and they haven't even started it. If the service is this bad at the very beginning, I think I'll go somewhere else before spending $3,000.

    Getting in contact with someone is more difficult than it should be. Expect to be on hold for 10-30…read moreminutes if you give them a call. If you choose to leave a message, no one will get back to you. The online chat isn't actually an instant online chat, it looks like it automatically sends them an email but again, don't expect an email back. I was able to get my question answered but the process to get a simple question answered is a trek. I had initially reached out to them in January 2022 about getting sent a new hybrid battery under warranty and they told me they had a delay with the freight shipments which makes sense but I didn't receive the battery until OCTOBER 2022. My car started to crap out a few weeks ago and luckily not months ago where I would've been out of luck. So if you need a battery asap I hope you get one a LOT sooner than I did. I had reached out intermittently throughout the year about the status and NO ONE answered the entire time. The only notification I got was from Fedex letting me know I had a shipment coming at the beginning of October. I even tried finding the email interactions from January '22 and I cannot find them whatsoever which is super odd and it's as if they were retracted because I know I did not delete them... The only good thing is that they were able to pause my warranty while I waited for the battery to come in since my warranty was supposed to end March of 2022. **Update: I received an email letting me know there was a transfer of ownership lately so things fell through the cracks during that time. It's good to know the reasoning behind why no one was answering but I feel like multiple months is way too long for customer service to be down.
