All asking for "diagnostic fees" and have various upsells and fees depending if it had this or that, iRescue was the first spot they seemed so casual.. over the phone he asked for us to just swing by and within 15min he'll know if he can fix it or not. No sales tactics and nothing merely than just a conversation. He told me the price for a screen replacement since he believed (phone unseen at this point) that would most likely be the issue. We ended up waiting a day, then going with iRescue. They ended up replacing the screen and calling us that it's ready for pickup. Although it's not an OEM screen, this merely buys us time until the "latest and greatest" phone is released.

The Fix inspected the charging port and not only was it dirty but had something in it. They cleaned it while we were shopping around and in 15 minutes we had a working, charging phone again. The cleaning was very reasonable. A new charging port would have been costly. They sent me away with a "before" receipt that gave an estimate for both, as well as an "after" when you pick it up. Thank goodness it didn't need the new port! But they're very quick, thorough and get you in and out. Thank you so much for being nearby to us!

Each member of the staff (like Tanya) was cordial which brightens the experience, especially when you are upset or frustrated with your broken item. I brought an iPad in for a screen repair and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately, after taking it home, I found a dead spot near the middle of the screen. So, a few days later, I returned to the store and they fixed the issue under their warranty (you can find it on their website). Personally, my affinity from this shop comes from their willingness and eagerness to resolve the matter at hand. They were upfront about wanting to spend more time with the iPad to test it and make sure everything is working properly before I picked it up again.
