The owner and salesmen at this location are unscrupulous and will sell you a used phone and pretend that it is new...you will figure it out when you begin having multiple issues with your device and go back to the location only to discover they are committing tax fraud by charging customers 40% tax instead of 8.15% and when the customer returns upon closely checking their receipt...the owner will laugh gleefully through his lying, crooked teeth and refuse to give you your rightful tax dollars back. This is absolutely FRAUD to overcharge customers on tax (In my case, I was charged almost $10 tax on a 19.99 phone. I have never had this happen as most 'citizens' do not require other 'citizens' of the US to pay 40% tax just to make extra money and steal it from hard-working citizens. The Fix inspected the charging port and not only was it dirty but had something in it. They cleaned it while we were shopping around and in 15 minutes we had a working, charging phone again. The cleaning was very reasonable. A new charging port would have been costly. They sent me away with a "before" receipt that gave an estimate for both, as well as an "after" when you pick it up. Thank goodness it didn't need the new port! But they're very quick, thorough and get you in and out. Thank you so much for being nearby to us!
